Today I have walked Into fiesta auto insurance, on Van Buren blvd Riverside CA, my family and i were helped by Janette Felix, she was very professional and helpful. She helped us with our car insurance policy and with our quote. She helped us find a perfect and reasonable price.

Unprofessional. Ghetto. Complete scam. At least hire employees with the smallest amount of decency to make your company seem the slightest bit successful. This experience has been a nightmare. Had to close my entire bank account. Thank you for this lengthy waste of time and money.

Even being a previous customer they charged me 500 dollars to start up with them what a rip off. And then I called and the girl was like oh it wasn’t 5 dollars it’s was 500 and I’m like well next time put emphasis on the hundred and say it’s 500 HUNDRED not 5. So stupid.

The people here are very nice and kind. Very clear at explaining and best prices I have ever seen. Suzette is really good at giving the best customer service a client deserves.
