I have been with Allstate for 4 years now. I have my renters insurance and car insurance thru them. Im also looking into pet insurance as well. My mother in law has her home and auto insurance thru them as well. Mike Ponce and his team are AWESOME! I wouldnt change insurance for anything!

I called to get my off road vehicle insured as my insurance company does not do off road vehicle. I wanted to use someone local and I read that Allstate was a good company to use for off road vehicle. I first talked to Carly she was absolutely amazing very helpful and friendly a complete pleasure to talk to. We tried to get all my insurance to be bundled together with Allstate but unfortunately they were more expensive so I decided to just get the one vehicle covered.Later that day I was discussing with my wife the wonderful interaction I had and were debating about paying the difference to change companies because good service is worth it.No more than a few minutes later I received a call from Mike Ponce (paraphrasing) he had a horrible attitude towards me saying they do not just insure UTVs by themselves. He then was asking why my insurance company wouldnt cover it and how long I have been with them, and I have been with them 4-5 years and they do not cover those. He said if you have been with them so long why wont they cover you. I stated again they do not insure off road vehicle. He then said I need to have your cars insured here as well. I explained how it was more expensive but I would run some numbers and see what I could do. We planned for him to call me back Monday at 9 AM and end of the conversation. My wife looked at me after I hung up the phone and asked who was yelling at me and why. I have never been talked like that for a service I was trying to purchase and didnt know what to say.Today at 9 AM I received a call from Mike he started to discuss my car insurance policy and I simply told him do not worry about it I will just cancel my UTV policy with him as I felt very disrespected. I then started to explain how amazing Carly was and how I was going to switch. Before I could even finish he hung up on me without saying anything.If this is how you deal with new customers I cannot imagine how you would react when I would have to file a claim.Carly was an absolute pleasure.

My own experience has been an excellent one. Quick to respond when Ive needed, never had to call twice. Having been with Mike Ponces Allstate for over 20 years I highly recommend 👍

Bill kept going up 900 for 2 months of insurance which was not late!!! And should have been 194 a month. They couldn’t figure out the problem. I had to cancel my insurance and go with a different company. No way I’m paying For that. They sent me to billing specialist which finally called me & left a message and they didn’t leave their name. Called back and no one could tell me who called. Going in circles. No time for that. Good bye Allstate was not a good experience. Now I’m with infinity & it’s much cheaper.

I was with Allstate for over 25 years. When Greg Woods sold the agency to Mike Ponce our rates started to go up at an accelerated pace with no claims and one ticket. Every six months the car insurance went up by hundreds and every year our home insurance went up a lot. I do not know if the agent makes more money this way, but it seems that way. After about seven years of this I had to change insurances to find much cheaper rates. The staff their is very professional and courteous.

The rates are reasonable. I havent spoken in person to the agent, but he has emailed me often, keeping me updated. No disaster has caused me to make a claim, so I can only say all is smooth going. I am satisfied.

Ive been with this agency for around 20 years and have always had great service. Easy to make changes to my policy via email and the few claims Ive had have been settled promptly. It really is good to know that I am in good hands with Allstate and Mike and his staff.

On Dec 30, 2017 my car was hit in a parking lot. The person that hit my car had no insurance. I went on line reported the accident an opened a claim. It was an easy process.i was able to provide information and upload pictures of damage to my car as well as the other vehicle. I was contacted within 3 days with instructions to get my car repaired. Spoke with adjuster to give verbel account of accident. Car has been repaired and even received my deductible back because the other person was uninsured. Thank you Allstate great experience.

COMPLETE DISASTER!!! Called in about rental liability insurance for my business. put on hold 3 times and the receptionist. She had NO IDEA what she was talking about. 10 minutes later i just hung up. Call another insurance place in town, got it stored out in 5 minutes.THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING
