Called 9/5/17 @ 12:43 A.M. Introduced myself and asked for a quote for auto insurance. With a quick response from representative, hold on... I was put on hold and no response back. Customer service isnt as high as the ratings theyre receiving. If this is just the beginning, I do not want to see the outcome at the end. Hope you receive better service than I.
