I have had all my polices with Austen Diffenfer for the past few years... Eveyone in this office has been very courteous and prompt with my concerns... Austen and his team are always very professional and go the extra mile for their customers... I would recommend them to anyone.

When we recently had a problem with State Farm wanting to cancel us for filing a claim, Diffenderfer told us he had an appeal in the works but proceeded to block our calls when we called to get an update. He wouldnt even talk to us even though he told us he would call us back in 5 minutes which was 10 days ago!We still cant get hold of him! Hes Undependable! You better hope you dont ever have to file a claim because he will just turn his back and ignore your calls!
