I was impressed by the knowledge the agent had that set me up with a new auto insurance policy. They are very professional here and will set you up with a policy that is right for you very fast. The next month I almost forgot to make the payment on time and I was out of state. I called them and easily made a payment with my credit card over the phone.

I actually really like their insurance. They are always really nice fast professional any time I have called or gone in. The prices are reasonable you can also set it up to take the payment automatically every month so thats really convenient. All though I have never needed to file a claim but Im sure it would be an easy process. Its very nice that you can pay your car registration there and get your tags way way way better than the DMV. All in all I would recommend....

I didnt like the costumer service at all

First time looking for insurance, was a bit worried about the process. Was welcomed by Scarlet who was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I was worried I would have to pay a big first payment but she worked with my budget. All in all good experience, in and out within 20 minutes. If you want to make sure you have a trustworthy agent ask for Scarlet.

Horrible service, they said that the cancellation fee is only 15$ after I cancelled they ended up charging me a lot more and they are untrustworthy! Read the cancellation fees really well before you sign anything! They tell you one thing and on the paper it says something else!

Got auto insurance through them and got kemper. Kemper insurance was pulling out money in different names. One month they took $478.00 when the insurance was$177.00. I had to put $400 down. Dont trust them.

Is a good place to get insurance but they do over charge you for services that should be free like adding and removing a vehicle. Thats why reccur to the actual insurance website to do all that for free.

All the Employees are so friendly and helpful as soon as I came in they all said hi and they were all willing to help me. I will be recommend this office to friends and family . They were able to give me a great rate on my auto insurance .

When I first came into Adrianas it was fast and easy. Jose was my representative. He is great! He explains everthing in specific detail and even if he doesnt know an answer to a question, he will find that answer. He is wonderful and made my insurance shopping made easy. His great personality makes it just that much easier. Kudos to you Jose. I hope you read this.One thing I didnt like was some of the other reps attitudes. I will go in sometimes to make a payment and I get some rude reps or they are not so welcoming. So far I have dealt with three rude reps.I went to make a payment today and one rep was on the phone with a customer and I glanced over and notice she was on Facebook from her desk, all while talking to a customer. Wow! Thats all I could think and also how I would hate to be that customer on that other line.It was obvious that Jose has much experience under his belt and I would hope he can somehow incorporate his skills into some of these other reps who lack experience.

Pésimo servicio! No vayan con esta Aseguransa y mas le locación de Riverside tiene empleados incompetentes Marcó y su disque manager Albert. Me cobraron por una nueva póliza el día de hoy y no me mandaron mi póliza que según hasta mañana nada de información.Worst insurance ever, don’t go there, specially the one in Riverside. They charged me for my policy today and never provided my paperwork I had to called and they told me until tomorrow but they did charged me Today.
