Mud puddle I should not have driven through. was not paying attention. I almost got myself out but then got stuck in hard. Called AAA J&E came out and said AAA does not pay enough pay me $250 or I leave. I did not have $250 he left. WOW. as you can see I had half a car length to get out and I was not in deep (I stopped as soon as I got stuck hard so I did not dig myself deeper) there is about 40-50ft of mud behind me.After 3.5 hrs MORE waiting I gave up on AAA and started calling local listings on google maps. most numbers were bad. Tow Daddy Answered. $150. it was dark at night for a cold call we will be their in 15 minutes that is a reasonable fair price.They were their in 15 minutes and without anyone even getting muddy had me out in under 5 minutes. They even came BACK UP 21st st (the road I said I would use to drive out of the area) to make sure I made it (unknown at time if it had a mud hole as well it did not) That is pretty darned cool and professional. They rock!

After getting in a crash and what seems like a full day of trying to get a tow company out to retrieve my car, Shawn was right there when I needed him. He came so quickly and assured me my car would be safe. Even until the next day when I was having trouble with Duggar’s (do NOT recommend) to get my car from him to my parents he helped me get the information I needed to ensure my car came home safe. I called Shawn at Tow Daddy and he was very helpful and courteous-I had a flat and did not have a jack or other tools to change the tire.It took only 10 minutes for them to arrive (side of the road) and he and Todd were gracious and kind. I felt terrible because I didn’t have the tools necessary!They got me up and going in 7 minutes!! I would recommend these guys for any road side assistance!! Put them in your contact list!👍🏻

If you unfortunately have to get a tow, or worse… (I’ll leave that up to you).This is a great place to call. Yes, tow trucks are a bit pricey… but find one that isn’t. it’s hard to find someone else in Rio Rancho who will be honest, and try to help you as best as possible. And be reasonably priced.They respect your vehicle and won’t judge you. If for some reason, the police had your vehicle towed. (Ask me how I know…).They treated me well after I got arrested and my car got towed. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more.Give them a shot. (Not literally. Especially if you’re driving! That’s bad. Don’t do that).But for real. Great company. Great service. Great people.

Tow Daddy and his crew are amazing. Only 25 minutes after I called they were at my house with gas to get me going and even followed me to the nearest gas station to make sure I make it. To top it off it only cost me $30 and that was including the $10 of gas. For sure I will be calling Tow Daddy anytime I am having vehicle problems or in a jam.

I wish i would have called him two hours ago instead of breaking a nail and crying to my mom on the phone. Learn from my mistakes. Just call. Like right now. You obviously need help. The owner and the owners son were very unprofessional; I was on King and Unser, where I had my finder binder.. so it was maybe a 10 minute drive from there tow shop, from my accident, and was charged $300I called for them to meet me with my car at quanz on 528, which was not even a 3 minute drive for them, and would be charged a total of $400 cash..While waiting for them to drop off my car, it took them an hour before I had to call where my car was, after setting a time and date to meet, and no one showed up, until I called a worker who answered, and told me that they’re afternoon shifts just came in, so as far as I can see, it’s filled with lazy workers who ask for ridiculous prices. DO NOT GO HERE

Car was tow to Avis budget midway and stay there. Over 20 day and they charge my capitol one card 1.340.00 todate and have not received my money back .and left stranded 6 HR had to get Lyft home

Awesome company. Highly recommend. He gave us the best price and got to our location the fastest out of everyone we called. Very fast and efficient and took care of our 64 impala while in his care. Oh And if your having a bad day hell sure cheer you up cool funny dude.

My experience with Shawn was a great experience to say the least. I got stuck in the sand and he first recommended I call my insurance to see if I had roadside assistance because he didn’t want to take my money if he didn’t have to. I drive 150 miles a day I am a rural USPS mail deliverer. I needed a tow. This guy on the other end of the phone his name is Shawn I hope that is the correct spelling. But lets get down to what happened. This guy gave me every option on how to get the right way to get a good tow. He then gave some good advice. And what is that? Be nice and it will come back .

The tow driver was fast and careful with my vehicle. He knew what he was doing. The next day we had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn. The level of professionalism is is immeasurable. He went above and beyond to help my mother in law. Very kind and wholesome. It was like we have known them for a long time. They have our business anytime. I Highly recommend them. The yard is beautiful and well kept.

I was stranded 60 miles outside of Rio Rancho in the middle of the high desert with a hole in my oil pan, and I was almost out of water. I was on a road that isnt on most maps, and is named different things on other maps.I called around and most motorcycle specific tow companies would not come out to help me. Most general tow companies either wanted $900 to grudgingly come out, or just told me essentially enjoy your night in the desert. I called Tow Daddy, and they answered immediately, and were ready to come out and help and gave me many options as well (if I had people in the ABQ area they could borrow a trailer, etc...). He also told me to check my insurance to avoid losing money.The yard owner, and the tow driver who came to get me at 9pm at night, were both awesome. I cant thank them enough! They were kind, empathetic, and realized I needed help. Seriously, if you find yourself in need of towing help in that area, these are your guys.

Tow Daddy helped us in the dead middle of the night. No complaints and very friendly and cheerful. They were so helpful and arrived SO fast. Shawn was very gracious about my five kids and had a truck we could all squeeze into and he went out of his way to help us find lodging for the night so our family could sleep and our car get fixed in the morning.
