My wifes car died yesterday and we were not sure where to tow it to. Called these guys and had it towed to our house. They arrived VERY quick and the driver was very courteous, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Very nice. Today, we needed a tow to the dealership after we figured out the location. Called them back and I swear they were at our house in 10 minutes or less. We were so shocked. Different driver this time and all the same attributes! If we ever need another tow in the future, we will not be using a different company. These folks are awesome!!! Thank you very much for helping us!

Slid off the trail and got my 4runner stuck. Turns out it got hung up on some burried metal beam. Would not move.I was lucky enough to get Andrew and Luis from J & e Towing. These guys know their stuff. This runner was impossibly stuck and they had the knowledge and patience to get it out and with very little damage,.These guys are the best. These people are excellent. I have a Prius C and the batter was dead and even though the gentleman who came with the tow truck was not familiar with this make and model, he went above and beyond. He looked up the information needed to provide a jump and then when that didnt work, to get the car out of a locked park position (looked it up again). Plus, had to call the tow people after they left and the people who answered also went above and beyond to help me. This company is Triple AAA and they are all wonderful! Thanks to the people and J&E!

Huge shout out to the guys at J&E, on labor day weekend, the water pump went out on my pickup on I25, and they were the absolute best at getting it back to town, even with a few issues! They were professional, patient and even made it fun to get towed! Cant thank them enough!

Woke up to a dead battery, Thank goodness I have AAA. Andrew Antonen was dispatched to my apartment. He arrived promptly, was so professional and respectful. After towing me to American tire, I was talking to another customer there. I told her what outstanding customer service Andrew gave. We both agreed its a rarity to get customer service from young people. But this young man proved otherwise. Good luck Andrew, with your work ethic you will go far. BUT TODAY I drove 1/2 mile and my front bumper is falling off. It had to be the tow truck, putting in a battery could not do that. I called J&E and I wont mention his name coped an attitude. So I called AAA, it will take 5-7 days before they can help. Meanwhile I cant drive my car, or the bumper will fall off.

I was involved in a bad car accident that prevented me from being able to access to my trunk where I had all my belongings. I made a claim with my insurance and asked them if it is ok to forcefully open the trunk that would require more damage. Long story short I got the green light to retrieve my belongings and the lady in the office was so RUDE and said they weren’t going to allow me to get my stuff because the driver told her I grabbed everything already.. I did grab everything up front... my trunk wasn’t opening or the seat wouldn’t come down for me to pull my stuff out. Desperate to retrieve my stuff I made another attempt to speak with the woman she started yelling at me after I mentioned that I would get the cops involved. I hope that nobody is ever in an unfortunate situation such as I was and if so DO NOT get your car towed to J&E towing.

This was by far the best experience ive had with getting a vehicle towed. My Silverado was stuck in park and Andrew was able to drag the beast onto the bed and very skillfully get it off the bed when we got to my destination. He was perfessional and extremely polite. The lady I spoke to who set it up was also very nice and easy to talk to. I will not be using any other tow company in the future. Highly Recommend!!

I was in a horrible situation yesterday when my transmission went out and my van ended up in a ditch and J&E towing responded knowing it was going to be a challenge because I was on a dirt road with ice on a slope but they were amazing and got my 3 year old and I out and arranged to give us a ride. Our tow truck driver Andrew was super amazing along with Lisa and George even entertaining my daughter as we got the paperwork taken care of.

Broke down today and called AAA. J&E showed up and they were probably the fastest service I have ever received from a tow truck company. They turned a bad experience for me into a positive one. Thanks for everything.

I called gieco roadside when my vehicle broke down. My insurance called duggers roadside and they gave me an hour ETA. Shortly after they called back and said it would be 2 hours. That was unacceptableas I was in an unsafe location. I called J & E towing and they came out immediately within 30 min. The driver was very polite and loaded my vehicle fast and professionally. I was very surprised how clean J & E towing trucks were especially during this covid-19 pandemic. I will only use them from now on.

Very friendly service.Towed us (the car, myself and friend) to the nearest Walmart for new tire.Ive never had to use my AAA service before, but was completely satisfied with J&E Towing. I felt safe🙂.

Andrew Antonen hit my car on November 23 and never took responsibility I can provide pictures he hit me from behind at a red light . He said his truck was having problems and hit me provided all his information but when questioned by insurance he lied and said I moved forward and he did also dnd hit me but he should have never been that close to me . Just want his employer and public to know what is going on I will continue to get justice this is a heads up

The individual at the office was busy talking about personal issues for 30 min then made another call that lasted another 15 min. Finally went to the vehicle to find out dirt was placed on the back seat of my car. I would never do business with them again.
