I would like to say that Boss Towing went above and beyond to insure that my vehicle was properly delivered to me. Boss Towing went out of their way to insure that myself and my sister were comfortable and well taken care of as we waited for my daughters vehicle. I would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs or roadside assistance. I will definitely be keeping them in my phone for any services I may need. I had this business USE ME! After being towed i came in contact with Boss Tow and they quoted me $400. Did not let me retrieve my belongings, after being told multiple fees on different days, then to make this a more crooked operation i had been quoted by the owner that my truck title was in his name and possession and they had sold it.. I finally made it to the yard where I approached employee and saw my truck hidden around the back of both buildings still being told by a employee that it was sold. Well this owner was found to file all paperwork through NM MVD incorrectly and intentionally prior to the dates in accordance with the state laws. Well a state sheriff came out to retrieve my truck back from this BOSS tow company and I was still charged a tow storage fee. To sum it up. .Quick and timely, yes to be crooks,Professionalism, childishThey will literally solve all your car trouble and make it disappear for good! Watch out New Mexicans! True story.

Everyone was extremely helpful, accommodating, professional & friendly. They really went above & beyond to help me with my impounded vehicle. (not a very common experience, when dealing with tow yards.) Thank you, Boss Towing, for your exemplary service!

Locked out of my car in Jemez Springs, EVERY OTHER LOCKSMITH I called would not service the area. Boss towing not only serviced the area but responded and came promptly at 8 o’clock at night! Friendly and professional unlocked my car in minutes! While I hope I never need their services again, they are definitely my go to in the area and who I’d recommend anyone call for towing or locksmith needs!!

A disgrace to the city!My bike was picked up by Boss towing after an accident (bike was fine and didn’t need to be towed) and I was charged a ridiculous amount on a 15 minute tow. The gentleman who claims to be the owner was nothing but rude and argumentative and tried to start a physical altercation with the gentleman who gave me a ride. I have lived in Rio Rancho for over 20 years and have never been more appalled by a business. If you have the ability do not use them they will take advantage of you.

If I could give less stars, I would. My truck was towed by RRPD to boss towing, and every time I called to get a price on how much it was going to be, I never got an exact price. He told me well over 400, but that he was going to round it up to 500. So I had my step mother call, and she talked him down to 400$ which was still outrageous. After calling Rio Rancho Towing and getting a quote from them, which was 260$. When we got there at 3:00 on a tuesday, all the doors were locked, so we waited outside for a few minutes. Finally he unlocks his door amd lets us into this dim room with a futon a fridge and a little tv stand, he has no shoes on, no computer where I thought he would have printed up an itemized receipt for what I was being charged 400$ for. The worker kept asking me why my truck was towed, if there were drugs involved, if I did drugs, if my friends did drugs, and if they did, what kind of drugs they did. The employee had no idea which key belonged to my truck, and didnt even check the registration papers I brought in to prove it was mine because he was blind and couldnt see them anyways. Anybody could have taken my truck from that lot. I had to ask him for a receipt, which he poorly wrote out in pencil, just numbers, no reasons for the cost. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable around this man, and if I didnt know any better Id say he was taking drugs, or just insane. If youre a woman, and need to get your car from this lot, I suggest taking your husband or a male friend with you. I can not believe how unprofessional this man was, its insane to me that RRPD would use this business to tow cars. Something needs to be done, this guy should not be in business.
