This company is the most AMAZING COMPANY Ive ever dealt with. Not only was the owner amazing but the Office manager was so understanding n heart felt,. They truly made me feel as if I was their number one customer. After being in an accident its hard enough dealing with the insurance company n everything else but Clovers made my accident much easier to deal with. THANK YOU CLOVERS FOR BEING THE MOST AMAZING, UNDERSTANDING n HELPFUL company Ive every had the pleasure of doing business with!

If I could I wouldnt give them any stars at all. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My experience was similar, not only would they refuse to give us a price over the phone, they said if we continued to call and ask they would keep our car another day, or as long as they felt like it and continue to charge fees! Fees which do not compute to their quoted $15/day. The main guy is a jerk! Refused our CASH, after they demanded cash instead of cashiers check or money order or anything traceable!! Then refused our payment! Refused to give us an invoice detailing their bogus charges!!! Rio Rancho police is all too familiar with this company. You will end up going to court if you want to get your vehicle back, or if youre like us and have the bad luck of having this company tow our car after an accident. How they can still be in business is a mystery to me??!!! Company not registered in the BBB. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!

I used to work for Clovers and all of the negative reviews are definitely the truth!! They took advantage of me desperately needing a job. They paid me below minimum wage under the table because I was having a hard time getting a job because of my background. Both Sara & Mark stole from the vehicles and I used to have to make excuses to the customers about what couldve happened to their stuff. They are despicable people. It has been 5 years since I worked there but after seeing the reviews it looks like nothing has changed.

Clovers damaged my vehicle. I sued them. Still havent received any payment. Also they moved their location.

The only reason they.got one star from me is because i had to give one in order to leave my comment. Clover is the worst tow company in NM . The lady in the office is ugly inside and out. Rude and unproffessional. They.are thieves they took my phone my money my purse and a backpack with everything that i left in my car. They are all criminals. I highly reccommend that nobody should deal wth these lowlifes!!

This was the the worst company ever. The owner was a theif and a lair. His wife is very ruid. I witnessed so much illegal activity and was black mailed into quiting. If you ever have money or tools left in your car expect to not get anythink back. Id never suggest any one be affiliated with this company. All the employees had felonies.

Terrible company!! Very unwilling to work with customers. Unavailable services for those working 9-5 hours!! Car containing wheelchair and childs car seat was repossessed and owner was not able to recover before items were disposed of.
