Rosie is the best! I went to another nail salon and they messed up my nails so bad. She took me in and fixed my nails. Im so pleased! She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, so relaxing and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this place!

Walked in and was helped right away. Clean and nice environment with ALL the amenities. I had ALL my kids with me and they were very kind and helpful. I even got my 3 year old hands and toes did too 💅 and I originally went to get my newly 11 year old daughter a first gel set that she absolutely LOVES!

Look at the pics and you be the judge. This job was done less than 24 hours ago. My $100 Gel paint job is cracking they missed removing some previous gray paint shown in the pics and my nail bed looks terrible. Yes I do believe it is their job to clean up my cuticles. They painted my toes and left streaks too embarrassed to share those pics I work hard for my money I do not appreciate it being wasted. Ill have to find some place to fix it. Likly costing me the same amount. Customer service was ok that is why Im giving 2. I do expect better from Rose and her crew!

Me and my mom used to come her before COVID one day the started massaging her arms she thought nothing of it because it used to be free but then she looked at her receipt and she was being charged but besides that it was a real complaints ever since that.

I got my pedicure done here for the first time absolutely loved it! They had a great personality and have such a great sense of humor. They asked me if I liked the color I picked out and made sure I was happy with the choice I made. Unlike other places this nail salon didn’t over charge me or change the price. It was a great experience and great customer service! I will be coming more often.

Friiendly and nice people

Rose and her team are friendly, pricing is fair and they are thorough!!! They go deep into your hands and feet. A lot better then other nail places Ive been to. And a very humorous group of ladies and gentlemen. Always good laughs when me and my son get our pedicures done.

Horrible... place is dirty... Her service board says one thing, she will quote another.. she tried to charge $75 for a gel mani pedi..I thought I would give them a second chance.. first time was not a good experience either...not worth what she is trying to charge

Rose the owner is extremely unprofessional and rude, I guess I should have known better! Ive visited this nail shop several times in the past this was my 1st experience with Rose. Lena and the other lady usually do my nail and they do a excellent job they a super nice and very professional!!! On this occasion Rose was the only one available and I should have listen to the another client before me who refused to let Rose do her nails. She was upset and complained that Rose was rude and mean, she also said that she Rose continued to hang up the phone when she tried to make an appointment with someone other than Rose. At that moment I notice Roses smug look on her face while the lady was talking. I ignored it, Myself and another lady were next. I went to Rose the other lady went to Rose husband as I sat in her chair and not even 10min into the service a lady walks in with no appointment and asked for eyebrows and a face wax! Rose then said this is my appointment Ill be back let me help her really quickly, I waited 35-45mins as she did eyebrows and waxed this other customers face. Mean while Rose husband was near the end of the service with the lady getting the same thing as me. So curious I asked the customers husband what time was her appointment he said they were just doing some holiday shopping and they were down from Fairfield and this was his wifes 1st visit they were just walking by and decided to stop in she didnt have a appointment. So Rose came back after 35-45mins later and I noticed how she started to rush the job she seemed all over the place! She charged me 40$ for a gel manicure. It was last minute so I didnt complain I had a holiday concert to attend that night. As she began putting on the color I noticed she applied it differently from the others, they each said the weather played a part and that they need to make the polish warm to avoid any problems . When I asked Rose she said everyone is different. She did two coats on certain fingers and when I tried to say something she said its okay, she just used the other side of the brush and neve dipped back in the bottle for more polish. This was on a Sunday and at this point I had already been in there 1 1/2hrs. Thats night I notice that some of my nails started to bubble and by Monday they were pilling and the gel top coat was coming off the top! I had never before seen anything like that! I immediately went back Rose who agreed to fix them said she probably let them sit under the light to long and come the next day because she was busy and she suggested I call 1st before coming. I called and no one ever picked up and I to experience the hang up!! I finally just walked in. The 1st thing Rose said to me was I am lucky she didnt turn me away because I should have called 1st! I tried to explain I got hung up on and she accused me of lying said I couldnt have called her. She then proceeded to just put a top coat without taking the origin polish off. When I questioned how it would turn out she then said angrily u lucky I even fix for u! I asked if someone else could fix them she said yeah for 40$ more. So with an attitude she began to take off the polish just enough so that she could reapply the top coat one more time. She rushed again and the whole time I was there not a another customer entered I asked if she had another appointment and she said no they were slow!! So I was really concerned about my nails. When she completed them I said thank you very much and as I was digging in my purse attempting to tip her for even trying to correct her mistake. She yells at me and says to me oh Thank me? your to picky u must have a problem, u probably just scratched your nails off cause u so picky! Even though the bubbling was there and not all the nails polish was lifted and it was obvious she had said it before when her husband was present she made the mistake. I was just so out done by her accusations as long as the other ladies have been doing my nails I have never had any issues. She then walked off and yelledI dont care Im done with u go!

A bad experience, my nails bled, I still feel pain, the lady very loud and badly spoken, it was my first visit, I saw how people were bothered by the work they were doing, I do not recommend this place
