Got a pedi and my nails done. Absolutely loved both services. Will be going there again

DO NOT COME HERE!!! THESE people ARE SO RUde, unprofessional, and just bad business people. I came in to get my refill and 48 hours later my nails were already lifting, the lady refused to give me a refund and demanded that the only accommodation would be for me to come in for them to get fixed... even though I explained that I would have to go way out of my way to do so. I drove 1 hour back to Richmond the following day to get the nails fixed! An employee asked me to have a seat and then called the two owners, who yelled and berated me over the phone for 17 minutes because I left a bad review on Yelp! One that I could have removed or updated like so many other people do after bad reviews! Who would have known that a bad review is justification for not honoring your policy! This is bad business people!! The owner told me he would fix it at the beginning of the call and by the end of the call the other owner (lady) said she would not be fixing my nails! So I drove here, spent a total of 2.5 hours here (total time spent the first time here and second) just to have them refuse to fix my nails and keep my money!!! Please save yourself the headache!!

Compared to the original salon I would go to before businesses shut down, this shop is more expensive but poorer quality. My finger nails and toes were chipped within a week when normally I am used to them staying good for 3 weeks to a month. A nail design cost 5 dollars extra but the design was so ugly. They do not know how to do flowers. It also was additional money for more than 1 color. No other salon I have gone to has charged extra for more colors. For the price I was paying, I expected better quality. The only good thing was that they were fast but I would rather them take their time if it came out better. Would not recommend this place or go again.

I love this nail salon and appreciate it even more after having a terrible experience at a place nearby! Bebe is the nicest woman I have ever met. She remembers everyone’s face that ever walks through her doors and is always very personable with every customer. I feel so at home here and always get the most bang for my buck! Love the quality of my nails every single time!!

I have a great experience every time I am there. The prices are reasonable. They do an awesome job. B is always so nice. She knows most of her clients by name. I absolutely love her services. She never pulls my nails off or files them down causing them to be thin an brittle. So now my nails are actually strong underneath my dip.

I usually don’t everything about a place but this was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, and nobody in the salon is left waiting they all work together to be sure every guest is taken care of. They were extremely friendly and pricing is fair.

Took my daughter to get her nails done here. Kay did a awesome job! I am very pleased with her nails & the service. I will most definitely be back & this will be the nail shop we use for now on.

My dip was pretty good, didnt cut my cuticles, but it was only $35, and I usually pay $45. Ill be back

I went twice first time I got exactly what I asked for second time I got nothing of what I asked for... rushed and did not do a good job... if I would go back it would be because I live 1 mile away...

I went to Glamour Nails and new exactly What I wanted, showed a lady named BeBe . BeBe kept saying yes, I know I can do it for u. well, NO she couldntthis was The WORST nail job I have ever gotten! She barley got the old nail powder off and just started doing the new. I could see the old color (pink)on The sides and underneath. I tried telling her yet she didnt care.My husband even said I cant believe I even paid for This bad nail job.I went and had to get my nails taken off And redone. I went were I normally go Bella Spawhen I went to Bella Spa they couldntbelieve how bad my nails wereLesson Learned!PLEASE Dont go thereWaste of $Horrible experience and I never write Reviews but felt needed to
