My new nail place!!! Was treated very well & made very comfortable! My nails are gorgeous!!! If you want to treat yourself to a mani or pedi, this is the place to go!!!!

This place is amazing. Amy and Tommy and staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. They made my boyfriend feel comfortable. I got a manicure and pedicure with the sugar scrub and oh my gosh! It was fantastic. My nails exceeded my expectations. I even let them do my nail designs with their ideas and blew my mind!Thank you so much! I will be back again and again with friends and family. :)You all are amazing!I ended up scheduling an appointment but they will take walk ins. Just wear a mask and bring your tip in cash!

Ive never left a nail salon crying until today. I scheduled my appointment online and then called to verify what I booked. I said I had a funeral to go to stop I needed lashes, Pedi, Mani and wax. I asked for the price ahead of time. My appointment took 4 hours and the girl who does lashes wasnt in (which is why I scheduled here because I didnt want to worry about eye makeup running down my face at my little sisters funeral). They couldnt do my nails in any style I asked and even when I showed a picture of the shape nail I wanted several times, I got a different shape than I had asked for. Anyways, I ended up paying $60 more than what I was quoted and literally got nothing that I had asked for. I was kind and told the woman running the salon how I felt but she did nothing to make it right. Cruel and money hungry.

The best pedicure experience I have ever had. The message chair alone is worth the time to pamper your feet! I have told 3 people about my experience in just the last 18 hours! Found this place just by accident and VERY glad I did!

Waited for 20 mins although I asked prior to regarding the wait and that I had to be done by a certain time. Pedicure rushed and looks as such. Lady was nice but others that came in after me were tended to much quicker for walk ins like myself. Will not return.

I went to this place a couple days ago and this place was TERRIBLE! All I wanted was a Full Set which I called & asked & she said it was $45. The beginning of getting my nails done, it was a man and then I was asked to wait while he left my nails unfinished to go do a pedicure on another lady. Then after 20mins, the Lady came & finished my nails, she rushed through and did not fully glue the nails on properly. I asked for two colors & a letter, the entire set was horrible, bulky, & the letter was sloppy(looked as if a kindergartner drew it) & my nails are unevenly filed. When it was time for me to pay, she gave me a price of $60 (which is not what she told me over the phone) the nail job was Definitely Not Worth $60! WASTE OF MONEY & TIME!! & My paint is coming off now & it has only been 3 days.

Place was clean, friendly staff. No harsh chemical odors while I was there, a plus! I was able to relax while getting my service. Ive had my nails dipped here by 3 different technicians, disappointed each time and nails came off within a week or 2. If you want just a mani/pedi then its a great place but if you want a dip manicure or nail tips, this is not the place.

I cannot remember the ladies name who did my nails but she did absolutely amazing. Considering i have super short nail beds i didn’t think my nails would last more than a week and they are holding on very well. She took her time and did such a beautiful job. I would def recommend coming here. Everyone is very nice & the prices aren’t bad! Definitely enjoyed my experience here

Good service. First time there and was a little underwhelmed with direction of what to do, where to go and services offered. Appreciated that they werent pushy. They treated my 7 year old well so 5 stars for that alone.

My nail were so ugly and I paid 80$ for them smh and then I was willing to go back to get a fill in buy another one employee because I thought it might was just the girl that did my nails the first. I called to ask how much a fill in was and the owner said 75$ I said okay and never went back.

Very nice, great quality! Just got my nails done, and it looks absolutely FABULOUS! Wouldve done the pedicure too, but I didnt have enough time. The nice aqua color on my nails are beautiful, and staff here are so nice, especially Amy. She works so hard and deserves more respect. It was very elegant. My friend, Carly, got her toes done, and I have to say that it was gorgeous. I was a bit jealous, but in the end, we were all happy with our service. Five stars, good job Elegance!

I’m a male who decided to come in to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I get my eyebrows done about 5-6 times a year. This was my first time to this location. I specifically said just a clean up and not to remove too much hair. Just a simple shape up.The lady came in looking rushed asked me to lay back and quickly went to putting wax on my eyebrows. It took her literally 2-3 minutes to do my eyebrows. This is when I knew what results I was going to get.When I get to my car I clearly see I have very thin and each eye brow is totally shaped different from the other. One eyebrow is thin with a large arch and the other has no arch and is about 50% larger then the other. Also she did not us tweezers at all. This is the first time I get my eyebrows waxed and they don’t use tweezers. And bc she didn’t you the tweezers I still had a bunch of curly hairs sticking out. Ohh and my skin is totally burnt and swollen. Looks like I got into a fight with Mike Tyson.She refused to give me refund and began to lie saying they were even, shaped equally and she did not remove much hair. I showed her pictures of before and after pictures all though You don’t need 20/20 vision to see how unevenly shaped and thin my eyebrows are and badly burnt/swollen.After finally insisting for 20min they gave me my refund. Although It was only $10 for me it was not the money. I just felt the way I was treated, rushed, humiliated, lied to, and forced to wait the did not deserve a penny from me.Please don’t let them ruin your day like they ruined mine. Sorry for the long review I just had to share this terrible experience.

I love this place. The ladies here have become my new beauty squad since moving to this area. They are so accommodating for my super busy schedule and you couldnt ask for better people to enjoy your girl time. Lashes/dipped nails/gel toes/and eyebrows. They are awesome!

Elegance Nail Spa is a decent size salon and I really like this place. By far, the best nail experience I ever had. I am so happy I have this nail salon right down the street! It is actually somewhat relaxing and not so hectic like other salons. Cleanliness is on point too, that is what I look for especially. The staffs were so nice, quick. and beautifully work! After leaving the salon, I feel relaxed and very satisfied. I had been there twice and I will becoming back for a fill very soon. I left with beautifully manicure and pedicure nails every times. I will never get my nails done anywhere else!

Elegance Nail is the absolute best nail salon! Ive been coming here for almost 3 years now and Ive never had a bad experience. Ive had the chance to work with most of the technicians and they are all fabulous. Everyone is friendly, the salon is always pristine, and their service is spectacular. Id highly recommend their membership as well - its a great deal if you get your nails done regularly.

My colleague brought me here and I love it. They make sure your water is warm and pay attention to you. The gel manicure I have, not lifting and thats a huge plus. They are super nice and look after you. I hope it stays that way. Usually I find a place and then it changes after time. Keep it this way. I recommend this place.

I went to this nail salon on Tuesday the 9th and I told them that I was allergic to Acrylic nails. They said fine. So she told me about a wet gel. I was like fine. I sat there for a hour in a half before they finished my nails. I was in there for a total of 4 hours. One nail broke 3 days later. This weekend a nail pulled up and today another nail broke. I paid 75.00 for these nails. Will never go back there.

I called last minute and the ladies were so welcoming and accommodating. My sister got a full set and I got a gel manicure- they were fast, and they still look gorgeous a week later. I always find manicures a bit awkward but with these ladies I was laughing the whole time. Happy to keep coming back for every occasion ❤️love Elegance Nail

Excellent job by Christian. He fixed the botched nail job from VA Nails. I tried dip powder for the first time and I’m thrilled with the results. The facility was clean and the staff was really friendly and professional! The only thing to note is they are cash tip only. I did not have cash on me so I’ll need to return to do so.

I went to this nail salon for the first time, I had eyelash extensions a manicure and a pedicure. I spent $140 which was way different pricing that was on the online menu. I had to go back to get my fingernails fixed because the acrylics looked horrid and they showed absolutely no care that I had to come back. A bunch of the eyelash extensions fell out... overnight.... I paid $50 to get this done yesterday. I had to go back today, they were done yesterday.....horrible!!! I will never return to this place.

I have been to Elegance Nail for 3 years and it is a wonderful experience every time! The spa was clean and tidy, the girls did very well and everyone was very friendly, especially the receptionist. They have a maid service at no extra charge and I never have any reason to complain! They are wonderful!I recommend them to all my friends and family, which is amazing

They spend a significant time on your feet with an upgraded pedicure. I definitely recommend this place. Very sanitary and all around clean. The spa chairs are very modern and easy to navigate. The staff are incredibly nice and good with their hands.

I came in without an appointment and I didnt wait more than 10 minutes - So great!! I showed her a picture of what Ive wanted and she did it exactly like the picture - AMAZING! My gel nails came out PERFECT! 3 weeks and it still looks good!!! I would recommend this place to anyone giving themselves a little me time on a weekday.

Sigh of relief!!! I’ve finally found my nail salon home! I don’t mind the wait others mentioned although I have yet to experience it because I have the luxury of being able to go early on a weekday. I can be particular in what I like and they understand and explain things. Excellent communication. Top quality experience. My nails last longer here than anywhere else. I’m a nurse and constantly washing my hands. Over 3 weeks in. Perfection. No chip. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Awesome experience. I was gifted a massage and pedicure for my friend birthday party and luckily I was found to Elegance Nail Spa.Everything is organic and all natural and the jewelry they sell is all handmade- which I personally love! Keep it local!! I got an hour full body massage from the young guy. It was the best massage I have ever gotten. He was extremely interested in what I do on a daily basis to focus on what areas are the most tense. After leaving, I felt relaxed. He was also extremely nice and personable- never once did I feel uncomfortable. I then moved to the dry pedicure from another nail techs, this was my first dry pedicure. Im very ticklish with my feet but not once did she make me jerk my foot back. She gave my great information about facials because I had a really bad experience a few years back.Overall, GREAT EXPERIENCE! Absolutely adore this little place.

My boyfriend and I walked in for mani/pedis- no appointment. The atmosphere was so welcoming and loving. We were all enjoying conversation across the room and laughing out loud. Some repeat customers came in and they were kisses and stories of vacations all around. A real home feel with great nail results. HIGHLY recommend!

Came in the nail salon for getting the Shellac manicure/pedicure w/th MY daughter. They were ALWAYS super NICEEE! The shellac nail is so splendid in my EYES! Will definitely be back with friends!

They don’t know made ombré, and if you ask a specific color, they will laughing at you and keep talking in their language about what you want, made comments with the other customers about “she is complícate”.Expensive, very expensive.Don’t come if you don’t want to overpay for a regular gel color. They don’t have a dip, she says yes but is a gel.

They talk in their own language and the nail quality is very poor, it just got broken in 5 days.

They’re really nice, but for the money I paid, I shouldn’t have left with toes that felt barely touched, uneven nails, and an overall lackluster experience. The woman who did my nails seemed like she was touching the tools/feet for the very first time ever. I asked her to shape my nails more “square,” a fairly simple request given the length of my nails and they’re natural shape, and did not get that at all (or rather, she seemed to try on one foot and then forgot with the other). She dropped her tools on the ground and still tried to use them on me. When she was done painting my nails, she didn’t apply a top coat or say anything. She just raised my arm rest and showed me to a dryer so someone else could have my seat. Would try another place before returning here.

Nail work and customer service is top notch. I cant wait until I can come back to visit a fill next week!

Awful experience here. My dip looked like a blindfolded kindergartener did them. It was so thick and disgusting, and after pointing out that the color didn’t match my pedicure, the nail tech slathered a lighter color all over them without an type of finesse. This along with a pedicure came to $95. I will never return.

My first time to this salon and I was very impressed. Very clean and polite. I came in at 2pm on a Saturday and was seated right away. I had the classic manicure and pedicure with an eyebrow wax. The staff was extremely professional! They are cash tip only so make sure you bring that with you. They also offer a rewards program with I have never seen with a salon before!

I hadn’t been to this salon for over a year. Won’t ever go back. The tech that did my pedicure was so distracted that she didn’t even file the nails in one foot until she was ready to put polish on. Also, didn’t appear to know what she was doing. Almost put color on before a base coat. She never spoke to me when she started to work on my pedi. I had to speak first. And on top of that you have to pay cash. They have an ATM in the shop. If you want professionalism, don’t go here.

!!!!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!! The set up is nice but the workers aren’t very detailed. If I’m paying for a service my expectation is that it will be perfect. The guy who did my pedicure did a poor job. He put in minimal work on my toes from the cuticles to the nail polish. He didn’t remove all the polish from my previous pedicure so when he put the new coat on you could see the imprint of the light pink from before. I would not waist my time or money going here. It was worst for my husband. I guess the mother did his and it took someone else to complete his pedicure for him to be somewhat satisfied or just fed up. He left out with his feet damn near the same as they we’re when we arrived. Both of us left there unhappy and will not return. Don’t know what it was but our experience was subpar!!! Will not return!!! If I could give them no star I would.

I have never had a manicure look this bad before. Lady put gel on each nail over 3 times & I now have ultra thick nails. I was charged $50. DON’T waste your time or money.

At my previous salon I got tired of the same old colors, designs and being told we cant do that design so I began looking for a new salon. In the 3 + years of getting my nails I have NEVER encountered a nail salon like Elegance! The entire team has a great personality and have never told me no, we cant. Nothing is impossible for these highly skilled nail techs/artists. Every design has impressed me time and time again. The product used on my nails is never thick. I have never had any lifting or chipping of any kind. Needless to say, I will always be a loyal Elegance customer.

After leaving another salon upset because they didnt know what they were doing, I decided to check out Elegance Nail Spa in North Chesterfield after amazing reviews from my coworkers.They turned my bad day into an amazing day after fixing what another nail salon messed up. Lovely decor and employees are nice and welcoming! Staff is super funny and friendly especially this one guy which I dont know his name. My nails always come out fabulous and they have a wide selection of colors! It’s great when you have more options to choose what we like. Or if you can’t find for your style, they will recommend you with a reasonable price.Would recommend to everyone go Elegance Nail Spa to experience wonderful day!

Very good pedicure for reasonable price. But when it comes to designs they suck!! They cant even do the simplest design like a flower. Ive tried two different ladies including the owner (lady) then they get upset because you dont like the smudge flower. I always ask them before they work on my Nails if they are capable of doing what I want. If they cant I wont waste their time or mine, just tell me!!!😡😡 Will defiantly look around for a better nail salon

This is the only nail salon in Richmond that gives me a perfect SNS manicure. I moved to Richmond and it was a very difficult time to get a proper foundation. I only do SNS, but the other nail salons I tried here at Elegance used cheaper dip powder system products mixed with SNS powder, and they always gave me a bumpy foundation. If I pay to finish my nails, I want it to look smooth and perfect. I have been very pleased with Elegance in two different manicuring technologies and I will only come here from now. I would recommend to all my friends about this place.

First time going here. Needed some extra love so I got the $50 pedi. The guy did a good job. And I always leave a tip.What really got was when i was leaving I paid the girl up front and instead of giving me my change she looks at me and says The rest is his right!? To me it was in very poor taste and I wont waste the hour+ drive to go there again.

This is the worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. I came in to get a simple gel manicure. When i came in i was one of only two people in the salon and a man started to do my nails. As he was about to put on the gel polish a woman walked in late for an appointment she had and he actually got up and walked over to begin her pedicure instead of finishing mine. The nail tech next to me then got up and put the gel on my hands within 30 seconds getting it all over my fingers and incredibly messy and clumpy. My “manicure” consisted of her then alternating between 3 customers and wiping my hands quickly with a hot towel for a second. After being charged $30 i asked for a refund after realizing how terrible they were. I was told they looked bad because of the matte top coat and that they wouldn’t give me a refund after i expressed 2 timed that i wanted to go somewhere else. They insisted on “fixing it” which consisted of them putting on 3 more coats of gel. So now i have thick, messy nails that i spend 30$ on be js they were rushed. Do not go here.

I was looking forward to having my nails done today! I was very disappointed with the quality of the job done to my nails and was very annoyed that the person doing my nails was on her cell phone the whole time. I will not be returning to this establishment!

My favorite nail salon! I drive 30 minutes to this salon because everyone is so friendly, and no matter who does my pedicure, it’s always lovely! Highly recommend going for the premium pedicures! It’s worth the money! I never feel rushed, even on a very busy day!

Super friendly and nice people. My mother, daughter and myself were seated immediately and taken care of. They were wonderful with my 8 yr old who messed up a nail before we even walked out the door. Remembered all 3 of us when my mom went back 4 weeks later. Prices were the same as everyone else and servicewas much better than most places around here.

I didnt get much help when trying to get the right settings for my massage chair. I mean, they watched me struggle and didnt try to understand what I was trying to do. Okay, maybe they think I know what Im doing. But then the pedicure was mediocre. There were air bubbles under the polish and a few days later, there was a chip on two toenails. When I do my own pedicures, they stay pretty intact. I wouldnt come here again. Thank goodness I didnt get a Mani here.

A few times, for convenience, Ive stopped in other nail salons and I always leave disappointed. Here at Elegance, they do the best work for the best price. Polish doesnt chip and the Manicure tends to hold up longer than ones from other places. I always ask for Su...(I think thats her name). Shes been here forever and does a wonderful job. I never feel rushed!::LOVE LOVE this place.

This is a beautiful facility and I had a great pedicure. My gel manicure was horrendous. The technician painted all over my skin and the gels peeled off the very next day. I went in to have them fixed and she had to redo one hand twice because they looked so bad. After two trips and wasted time, the gels are still poor quality. So disappointed because they are such nice people

Brand new chairs that are wonderful, upgrade options available for pedicures with hot stones etc. Love that this salon carries different brands of polish, as the OPI brand does not last on my nails or toes. If you have a problem with polish staying on, be sure to tell the tech! They can recommend a different brand.

I went to two salons in two weeks and I hated my nails. I looked up this salon and saw the reviews. I love, love, love my nails. This is where I will go from now on.

I got my nails filled in at 12 this afternoon and at 3 one broke; not doing anything out of the ordinary ; did not catch on anything..evidently they dont warranty when u get fill ins..they did the full set 2 weeks ago.I get my nails done all the time I never ever have broke a nail in the same day. I wont be back not to mention there staff are rude. Also I have never spent more then $20 on fillins for acrylic nails..They charged me $28...rip off! And no I did not get gel nail polish..

Called an hour ahead to get a fill in when i got there i picked my color and i sat down where they told me to sit. I was there waiting for two hours and when i got up the lady in the front told me I’ll be right with you when she kept skipping me. I told her i had to leave and she had the nerves to say they don’t know how to do fill ins. They could’ve told me that on the phone. Rude staff.

I was getting acrylics done and then all of a sudden the guy doing my nails just left and Ive been waiting for about 10 minutes for him to return. Horrible service, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
