This place will never get my money again. The first three times I went, I noticed that they over charged me a little; between $10-$20 each time. I dismissed it and said I’d make sure to calculate my services at the counter and confirm the price before walking back to receive my services from here on out. Well that opportunity did not come. My guy and I attempted to get weekday spa pedicure today and were led to a small room to the left. On our way to the room, we noticed a black woman in the hallway near the lobby, receiving some type of manicure service. It was odd to us that she was in this awkwardly positioned station, and not the main room. When we arrived at the small room we were to receive our services, there was another black sitting in a spa pedicure chair. I left out the room, as my guy was seated and removing his shoes, and went to look at the main room. I observed 2 women ; one middle eastern in appearance and another Caucasian. The rest of the seats were empty. I went back to the small room and told my guy to come, and that we were leaving. A male employee asked was there something wrong, and I replied to him that I wanted to sit in the main room. He responded that they were social distancing. To whichI told him that I’d rather be in a big open space with two people, rather than a small confined space with 1 person already in it. He then replies, but we don’t have seats together. I sent my boyfriend to look at what I’d just observed. The main service area was largely empty with numerous seats available. His excuse didn’t check out. All black customers were being herded to the confined area to the left in the front of the salon. It’s not right. There should be no room for segregation and discrimination in business and certainly not in the service industry. The only color that should matter is green. This practice at Nails of America must be stopped.

Beautiful place and my nail tech Ethan was very good, he paid close attention to detail and listened to my requests. Drink selection was a great bonus too 🍹💅Update -Came back for a refill and Ethan did an amazing job again! This will definitely be my new permanent nail salon.

They make you pay for their mistakes. Have had to come to get my nail fixed twice within 10 days bc of them breaking off. Second time they made me pay bc it was day 11 even though it had broke on day 10 and I didnt have time to come in. Talked with the manager who didnt care and proceeded to tell me it was past 10 days. Obviously the powder is faulty, this is the second break within 10 days and two completely different nails. I had been going here for a long time and usually spend about $200 every three weeks just to have to come in several times to fix my nails and pay to be fixed. Definitely wont be back and its not even about the price to fix it, its about the customer service. They only care about $$$ not the customer.

My lash extensions were done super poorly, so much glue, weren’t in proper spot on my eyes, we’re super hard, and caused major irritation, swollen, pain and infection. I called immediately and they were super rude and not helpful, went in next morning and they said they could remove them Wednesday therefore making me go another 24 hours like this i went to another professional lash place nearby and they removed them and told me they were absolutely fine incorrectly, had way to much glue, and were pretty certain they used regular glue vs sensitive as I asked for since I’m allergic. Nails of America wouldn’t help, and when I asked for a refund they said NO all their services are final! Never will I go here again for my nails or any of their services!!!

This is my second time at this location and I only came out of desperation due to my regular nail shop being over booked.I was seen right away and asked for a refill and chrome finish. As she sped through filing my nails she did not change the shape. Just a regular quick buff if you will.I was disappointed in the bed side manner and the overall finish of my appointment. I was charged double the price of a refill for “shaping” and chrome.I’m used to paying extra for chrome. Typically $15.00 but NEVER have I paid for my nail shape to stay the exact same and get charged for that.Seemingly, my nail tech gave a price and then front desk had to find a way to justify it.I will not return.

The technicians were good and Jasmine is absolutely great! However they are expensive and have taken their prices up again and charge for every little thing so best to ask your charge up front or you will be surprised. Two of the three managers are very rude especially Olivia with very little respect for people in person or on phone, especially blacks where there’s an obvious attitude and rudeness about her. I suggest going to another nail shop where people are much more pleasant and appreciative of your funds.

This place is awesome! My nail guy is Andy. I absolutely love him because he takes my ideas and blows them up! And even when I don’t have a idea his visions are so creative! And the atmosphere feels so calming and relaxing!

Im a returning customer, I have given them business several times,since they are close to my house, however sometimes I go to a different salon close to my job depending on my schedule. Today 5/22/2021 I decided to bring my mom in for an overlay,and I needed 2 of my nails fixed, they sat my mom for her manicure, but they refused service to me because the nail I needed fix wasnt from the work they did rather from the other salon. In order for them to fix it they said they would have to do a whole refill. My nails were still fresh, no need for a whole refill. I just wanted to basically change the color on both my index nails. I was going to pay,its not like I was asking them to do for free. At that point I realized they dont value my business nor the business I brought, my mom. At that point my mom said lets go. So I drove farther out to my other salon, now were happily both being attended and serviced. I cant wait until their competition salon a few stores down from them opens up,Deluxe Nail and Spa,because from now on,that salon will now be my go to when going from home.

I really love it here. Its so far from me but I hop on the toll way everytime and look forward to it. I dont have a particular nail tech but even if Im unsatisfied, changes are made until Im happy with my nails. Its also very clean, which is so important; especially during these times.

This is like my 4th time going and I am never disappointed. I have had a different nail tech every time and they have all been amazing. Highly recommend and always have availability.

I purchased the classic pedicure that included calus removal. The tech only scrubbed my feet with the calus removal and did not remove the dead skin. My mom got a classic manicure and the tech did not even clean the excess paint from around the cuticle. The place is overpriced for the quality of work. They rush their work and its too crowded. Everyone is on top of each other. Its like a milling factory. I will definitely. not return

Ken is your BOY! I got white tips w/ clear powder thin and square (not rounded most nail techs will round off and I don’t like it) and HE did an amazing job!! Im a very picky person when it comes to my nails but I told him once what I wanted and he delivered. He was very detail oriented and cleaned up the cuticle area (usually after a week my hair gets caught up because it starts lifting) and behind the nail. Confidently can say its my best set Ive ever gotten as per my request. Cant give enough praises to Ken. I’m very picky but for that reason I tip very well. Only reason its 4 stars is theyre iffy on prices. One girl told me 45 and the next girl changed it real quick to $50. I didnt mind because its still a cheap set but only because my nail tech did a great job.

So far so good. Did not like being seated right next to another client still with covid when there was extra area to at least distance a little. There is NO social distance not even 3 feet of personal space. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Was knicked, they didn’t do anything for my cuticles and came off in one week when it usually last 2-3 weeks.

Lol this place is a joke of a business. The prices are too high for all the headache you go through here. The owner is a b word, extremely rude, money hungry and definitely doesn’t deserve a penny that goes into this business. Good luck for anyone who continues to pay for her to keep it open.

I have been coming to this salon since I’ve moved to the area . I checked in as normal and they called me by name because again I’ve consistently been coming to this location. The past two weeks I haven’t because it’s been packed. They told it would be $20 to repair my nail(which is way to high) because it wasn’t done there. I agree then the nail technician comes over and acts like “ it’s so hard to find the same color” which I knew it wouldn’t be perfect but I was okay with that. I finally tell them not to worry about because it’s clear they do not want to fix it, which is fine run your business how you choose but don’t price gouge and then provide poor customer service because you don’t want to do it because didn’t originally do the work. I will no longer be returning as a customer and was able to go to Deluxe nails and spa who repaired my nail for half the cost and were professional. Visit at your own risk .

They have different prices based on the customer. Person on the phone is extremely rude and receptionist is also not friendly. I will not be referring any more people to them.

I’ve been to this salon for a very long time and always pay the price for my nails. i got a full set with design and a pedicure this time. i had messaged them before hand for an estimate on the nails i was planning to get and they told me it was $40 for a full set and anywhere from 20-35 for designs. with that in mind, i made an appointment and got a pedicure (rounded to $28) and the full set. when we were done, i was charged $159 for toes and hands which is way too much. the design was beautiful and the artist did a great job but i argued because 159 is entirely too much for a full set and a simple french pedicure. she told me that they charge extra for length and shape as well as design, which has not been true for my previous appointments. safe to say i’m not going back here

I went here often to have my nails done by Eric but they refused to make appointments for me because I canceled not just not show up for a couple appointments after having a baby and now they say they cant make any more appointments go somewhere where they value your money and customer service. I always spent over 150 EVERY time I went between a pedicure and nails. Great way to treat a loyal customer!

Got my eyebrows waxed here! After a bad experience with amc nails around the corner I was hesitant since I’m new to the area. The lady who did my eyebrows was amazing this is the first time anyone’s ever done my eyebrows how I’ve wanted. With such a good eyebrow experience I’m willing To let them do my nails

They have so many shades of color you get to choose from.They also have another smaller pedi- area, this place has it all at fair price. P.S they dont use cheese graders (safe for diabetics/ sensitive feet) and my feet are so smooth.

Check your total before pay! The cocktails and decor are the best things about this place. Go somewhere else for nails. I was a little shocked after hearing my total and inquired about the breakdown of cost. It turns out the tech charged me an extra $10 for the length of my nails. My first issue with this was that I got extremely short nails that day and had the nails I came in wit cut down. My second issue was that the tech failed to mention the up charge before or during the service - I was not made aware of and didn’t match the work. There was another lady at the register with a similar issue of up charges that she was not made aware of. The service was just ok, pedicure was ok. Seating is too close in times of COVID.

I felt rushed, it was to much movement going on for me. I felt as if I was at a supermarket rather than a relaxing spa. Customer service was ok, it wasn’t bad, and it wasn’t good, just blah .Prices are more expensive, based on your average nail salon.My nails and toes look good, and complementary- drink was delicious, which is why I gave 2 stars.

Customer service was terrible!!! Just moved to the area and wanted to try it out. Looks nice and luxurious on the inside.. however customer service is terrible! Timing is horrible!! Etc... I was waiting over an hour for pedicure and never received my service. I ended up walking out.

The place is beautiful and seemed clean. Unfortunately I now have an ingrown and very painful toenail. This was my first time trying this salon and normally go elsewhere and have never had a problem. All of my fingernails were shaped differently some rounded and others squared. Like that they have a punch card but probably will not be returning.

Have never met a nail tech who was a perfectionist until I scheduled with Eric! He took the time to measure my nails, both hands, to ensure that they were the same shape and length! Ombre, marble, any designs... hes your go to person. Ive recommended a couple friends to him and theyve all been happy with the outcome also! The salon itself offers a drink of choice and they have a vast selection of colors to choose from. Ive finally found my go to salon!

I have been going to the salon constantly within the week.This is my third time because my daughter and I fell in love with the salon but my last visit I feel robbed I got a simple white powered acrylic nails which is $45 no design no glitter no extra long nails and I even tipped my artist but when I got ready to pay he whispered to the front desk clerk something in their language which I believe was to charge me $65 for a simple full set and I do not like that because you shouldn’t try to get over on ppl in life. ….It’s not about the price it’s the principle especially when I’ve been coming back to back

Bad customer service, nails and toes looked great but when I went to pay I was charged more than what I had done. I pointed it out to the cashier and she would not fix price. Will definitely not be back. Just a word of advice check your total they will up charge you.

I always go to nails of America and I spent 180-220$ each time.. gladly! I go to the nail shop every two weeks and even though what I get done is simple; I don’t mind paying this much because I love perfection and good work. I always leave satisfied and I always brag on nails of America. However the last time I had a nail tech that from the beginning I could tell her work wasn’t good but I’m not a difficult customer so I let her do her work and even though I wasn’t that satisfied I was ok with it which is not great but I understand once in a while this happens. The nails were done with, I even tipped her despite being unhappy with the results and having to always tell her to correct certain parts etc for the first time ever I broke two nails with immense pain!!!! & I know it’s because of her work. I am so traumatized that I don’t think I can ever go back in fear of getting another terrible nail tech. It’s just heartbreaking because this is my go to spot 😢💔

If you want a clean place to do all your pampering, come to Nails of America. They dont use the same equipment over and over again. Every client gets all new/clean/sterilized clippers and files, etc. As soon as you leave the station where your pampering was done, someone is sterilizing that area.

I typically go here to get my nails done and have had 2 instances with management that will prevent me from returning again.The first instance was surrounding my stamps for my card. As a frequent customer, I pay in cash to increase my stamps towards a discount. After learning my total, I get cash from the ATM inside the salon.On one occasion, the ATM machine in the store almost ate my card. Once we were finally able to get it out, I ended up having to pay by card since the machine was not working. Instead of honoring my stamps for the cash value, I was told I would not receive them since I was paying by card EVEN though they just helped me get my card out of their machine. As a loyal customer and considering the circumstances, I expected them to value my patronage enough to honor the cash value for my stamps.They did not. I even said this. I was told no, because I was paying by card.After overlooking that incident, weeks later I had my nails polished. I was getting regular polish instead of the shellac or dip to give my natural nails a break since they were getting thinner than usual. This was advised by my regular technician. I got may nails polished on a Wednesday and by Friday the polish was chipped and peeling. I went back to speak with them about this on Friday. The manager told me they did not make any guarantees on polish even though it had only been 2 days. I was furious! I called another Nails of America and spoke with the manager there. SHE offered to call the store or fix it for me even though they are not under the same ownership and her store was not responsible. She said that even polish should be guaranteed at least a week! I thanked her for her honesty and declined her offer because it was not her responsibility.I will be taking my business elsewhere! My technicians are great, but management is HORRIBLE! There is no value or appreciation for the customer. I will spend my money elsewhere. The manager is rude, condescending and places no value on the customer. Ive never left a negative review, but her arrogance is insulting. Never again!

Love this place. I moved and was scared to try a new place but so glad I tried this! Had great reviews on Google and they really held up! Also felt very safe clean and comfortable.

I visited this location for the first time on 21 Aug 2020 because the workmanship and quality at my regular salon (where I was a client for over 7 years) has just been declining. They greeted me immediately, asked me what service(s) I was interested in and gave me the QR code for the nail colours. I was seated with Kim, a very professional, very sweet lady. She engaged with me the entire time and took time to show me each time she finished filing my nails to ensure that I liked the shape. I typically go for square but had Kim file the in the coffin shape which I absolutely love. She also showed me the two colours that I had picked out by applying a line of each on a towel so I could compare the colours side by side and make the best decision. Result is I love the colour! My nails were in horrible shape walking in but I walked out with beautiful nails. I do not live anywhere near this location but I do have business near this location so I will continue to visit and continue to ask for Kim. She made certain that I was happy with the service before we ended the session. The ladies at the front desk are also very sweet and asked me how I liked the service. I highly recommend this location.

This is my go to nail salon in the area. They are clean and efficient and I can walk in anytime. It does get busy on the weekends but I usually go on a Friday afternoon if I can to avoid waiting.

Acrylic Powder Nails:Recommend to ask technician if they are experienced with it before getting the service.This is the first time I give a business a one star. After receiving the longest and worst pedicure of my life, I will not be returning. The technician took two hours for pedicure that should have taken 45 minutes or an hour max. I asked for acrylic powder on my big toes and she struggled so much with it. I understand that some technicians dont know how to use actinic powder. In that case, most technicians ask someone else to do the power when they dont know how. However, this technician did not ask for help. The results were bulky uneven nails.

Absolutely love Nails of America. Very professional and kind. Every service Ive ever had has been perfect. I recently started getting my lashes and brows tinted, and it was relaxing and done very well. Will not go anywhere else.

Looking for a new nail salon I decided to finally try Nails of America for a walk-in shellac manicure ($33) I was greeted immediately, signed in, and given the large shellac nail color books. My technician, Mimi, was meticulous and careful. She was able to clean up my cuticles a ton especially considering I had gotten a manicure just 6 days ago.Although this nail salon is a little more steeply priced than others, (I usually pay $30 for this same service) you definitely get what you pay for.I will be back for another shellac mani, a pedicure (and another glass of wine) in the next few weeks!

I’ve been coming here about 3-4 months and recieveing services, and each time I’ve spent more than $200 in services & tips every one for my services, so your suppose to receive a stamp card for up to ten stamps well i had been spending so much money i accumulated a couple of them very fast so i always forget to bring them and i end up loosing them so i ask the front desk because they keep computer records of everything from who serviced you down to what color you used. So i told them they can clearly see i have never used them so can i get a replacement and she told me no and i just found that so rude that you can see i never used my discount and still would give me credit for it. It’s been times where i feel racially profiled while being serviced and this was the icing on the cake because I’ve spent so much money with them over a period of time. The lady showed no concern for my business she had already got my money so i was not a valued customer any more. This is what makes me what to spend with in my community because my dollar is not appreciated in theirs.

Checked our temp at the door and had us wash hands. Did a good job on pedicure and dip nails. My design is TBD and not very straight. Also the lady doing my dip nails seemed a bit impatient with me being picky about my nail color and trying to match it to pictures I found online. Overall a good experience but could be better with customer service and nail design.

The salon is very big and beautiful, theres wine service and customer service is top notch. It was an amazing experience.

I’ve been here twice and my only complaint is both times they can be a bit aggressive with filing my nails, and I end up in pain or bleeding near my cuticles afterwards. Nails are cute but that knocks a couple stars off for me.

I came here for the first time and got a full set mani and color change regular polish on my toes. It came out to be 105$ for everything. I came back two weeks later for a refill on my nails and polish my toes and it was 97$. I said why is it so much for a REFILL and polish.. The manager said the shape, length and ombre. I said it was already shaped, it was already at that length and it was already ombre... It was just a refill... Never going back as they are very money hungry...

I went to another NOA so was so happy this was right around the corner! My nails were in bad shape before and I knew they were going to need extra attention. I got a full set with the color powder and a coffin shape. Brandon was my tech and said nothing to me the entire time. He kept leaving and coming back. Sped through my nails and they are not the nails that I should have received. He didn’t even thank me or ask if I was happy. Then awkwardly stood by the register to almost watch how much I was going to tip. I hate that! I never had a chance to look over them or wasn’t ask how my services were. I’ll probably try again, but I wish they took a little more time to do better work. I was so disappointed to not have my beautiful nails after all the time I had to wait. Just kinda sucked.

My nails always look good! Wonderful customer service. The owner is very friendly and helpful. And no matter what tech dose my nails they always look good and they get the job done in a timely manner. And they serve drinks! I love this place!

Love coming here. My nails are always done perfectly. It’s extremely hard to find a salon that does perfect dip powder. They punch card helps you save and they have a ton of drink options while you’re being service. I always get dip powder on my natural nails with either a design or just a solid color.

This was one of my best experiences, especially during this pandemic. You can see they take things seriously that it makes you feel at ease. Tee was so welcoming and very professional. He made us feel like true queens. They did a great job on our nails and ensured that we had drinks and were truly pampered. With the scrub, massage, wax and more youd never think to get such a great experience for such a low price. I truly loved it here and I will definitely be back 100%. They were so they were able to seat us right away but normally request we make an appointment, and i can see why, bc this place can get super busy bc its awesome and worth the wait!

I was hesitant, its hard finding a nice gentle place to do pedicures!! Im so glad I gave this a chance vs all the closer shops near me. Definitely will be my fav place to get pedicures FOR SURE. My nail tech was a girl name Mimi (not sure how she spells it) but she was so soft and gentle. She wasnt rough at all using her tools or anything. Its blazing outside and they offer a selection of drinks which is great. I opted for a water bottle. Next time Ill bring one or ask for 2 because they give kid size water bottles. I didnt like the massage chairs but I dont care for them anyways. I loved my experience there. I definitely recommend this place!!!! Thanks Alot!

I had an amazing experience with Nails of America. The artist, Tina, truly made my experience wonderful by tending to every detail that I wanted. She was personable and professional to say the least. This is the only nail salon I come to because of the consistent quality and costumer service.

So clean and nice. They do an amazing job and worth every penny.

Today was my first pedicure and it was a wonderful experience! Alex was amazing! I had the spoil me pedicure, thats exactly how I felt. Cant wait to come back!

Amazing service every time! Today we came in at 6:30pm for acrylic manicures and were greeted by the super friendly staff and not rushed at all! Acrylic nails came out fabulous and the complimentary drink was a plus! 5/5 recommend!
