Just got my facial done at this place by Neha it was the best facial I ever had will never go any other place to get my beauty treatment except Soibrow they have other treatments too and I am sure those are also handled very professionally. Highly recommend this place. 🥰

I visited SOI Brow on a whim after searching for a new place to try near me. I was greeted by Narmeen who did my eyebrow threading. The thread used was soft & her technique was great so I did not experience any discomfort. The place is very clean & well organized. This is my new go-to place for brow threading! I plan to try out their other services also. I am happy to find such a nice place near my neighborhood.

I used to love this location. Shabana was great and most of the other women were great. However, this last time that I went some other woman did my threading and it was not a great experience. She burned me and then lied about the discounts they offer. I have posted a picture for proof. What really bothers me is that I told her I had been there several times before which means I use the same discount every time. I could’ve gotten over her burning me but then she lied. So I will not come back.

Narmeen did a very thorough job with my wax. Prices are really reasonable and the facility is very clean. Everyone there was extremely friendly.

The visit was to get tanning but ended up observing an unprofessional behavior of the location manager Ms. Neha with one of the employee. Manager blamed the stealing with out any proof and later she found wrongful. It is very unethical and unprofessional to embrace employees infront of their customers while they are helping business grow.

The place is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and very professional. I was helped by Narmeen and did an excellent job. I was very happy and I also enrolled myself in the loyalty program. I am definitely going back!

I came in to get henna with my bestfriend and I loved it I showed Rabia a picture and she did it better than the picture 10/10 will be back. There prices are also very affordable. You will really enjoy this place.

Narmeen is great!!!!! Love her so much and I’ve been coming here for months now. Just some advice please change the playlist you have going on currently. Every time I come here you have the same 2 songs playing, Peaches or Abhi Tho Party Shuruu Huwi Hain. It’s starting to drive us all crazy.

I did a google search for nearby eyebrow threading and SOI Brow Threading came up. The great reviews and high ratings brought me in. It was easy to call in and schedule an appointment. My eyebrow threader was Rabia. She was so friendly, professional, and efficient. I have sensitive skin, but she was patient and got the job done with barely any pain. The place was very clean and neat. There are plenty of hand sanitizers available and gloves were used while threading. Not only that, but they cleaned all touched surfaces before and after entry to the establishment. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the threading and the level of customer service by Rabia. I would definitely come back!

Rabia is the girl you ask for. She knows what you want, is phenomenal at what she does & has a great attitude! Will continue going here as long as she’s employed☺️

I have been coming to SOI for the last year and have only had good experiences! I have had my eyebrows done by Neha, Rabia and Narmeen and they have been perfect each time! It is super easy to make an appointment online and especially with COVID, they are very conscious of cleaning the stations as well as providing safe services.

I had to look for a new eyebrow threading place because COVID had closed down the one I used to go to. Im so glad I found this place. Its close to our house. I went today (after months of not caring for my brows) and the ladies were very nice and the place was very clean. They sanitize everything, I noticed that they got straight to wiping everything down after I left, lol!BROWS! Anyways, Nameen took care of my hideously bushy brows and wow, she did great! All I said was just a little thinner I normally have thick brows and she knew exactly what to do! The price is the same as other eyebrow places. Its very nice, will definitely be coming back. This is now my go-to threading place!

I had Neha who was really amazing. She gave me a 30% discount for threading since I am a student. She was really sweet to me and we made conversation, and she even went gentle on me after I explained why I cannot do waxing on my brows anymore. I 100% recommend this place to anybody who finds eyebrow waxing extremely painful or has sensitive skin.

Love her dermalogica facial! She uses all dermalogica products! My skin looks smoother and younger. Face looks more relaxed and lifted. She also massages back and arms during massage. Definitely recommended!

I went here for eyebrow threading. Neha helped me out. She did a very good job. Vert friendly too. I liked the service and cleanliness.Only downside is the place is a little pricey for threading compared to the other places in the area.

4.4.2021 - Score! They have two really good threaders. Again. I am super picky and Rabia was not available and Aishas screwed me over on an appointment so I went with Narmeen. She was PERFECT! Go to SOI Brow whenever Aisha has long waits and breaks their appointments. SOI Brow does very well.4 MONTHS AGO - FABULOUS! By chance I went because Aishas was packed during the pandemic. I again went because Aishas was packed and met Rabia. Then she kept me. Her and the salon. I am VERY VERY picky with my brows because they are real and not a lot of ppl know how to understand, Clean no Arch!. Rabia was perfect. Not only did she do it quick but was THOROUGH and flawless. On too of that I am a GERMAPHOBE! She was so clean and was not trying to talk to me through her mask. She washes her hands often and cleans al items in front of you. I love Aisha but I am also in love with finding an alternative that may be permanent! Thank you SOI BROW!

I wanted my eyebrows waxed, but the girl said she only does threading. I decided to leave and she changed her mind. She said she would wax to clean up. She messed up and ended up threading to fix it. When she cleaned me up, the burning was horrible. When I got in my car I saw that she ripped a large chunk of skin from under my eyebrow. I was in tears and just left. Now I have this huge scab on my face!Update: shortly after posting this, they called me and asked me to come in so they could see. I sent pictures and they said that it’s just a scab and will go away. They asked me to take my review down and they would do my eyebrows again for free. Needless to say, I blocked them and never returned.

Ended with one eyebrow thinner than the other one. Then I was told the thinner eyebrow had a bald spot (never heard that before from anyone)..so thats why it ended like that... in other words, the thick and thin eyebrows was my fault... I let her fix the eyebrows to make them even but I dont think Im going back.
