I used to live in Chesterfield County and this was the best front end place in town. People drove quite a way to do business here. My dad would have done business with them, and he was demanding as an engineer. Its been a long time, but I am glad to see a good thing still cranking.

Got a front end alignment. Had to wait a little while to get serviced but once in the service was quick. I got the front alignment done at a great price too. Highly recommended!

Never got truck aligned. I had to go somewhere else because there was a lot of people waiting and the mechanic wasnt even there yet and that was when they opened!!!!

I have never experienced an auto shop that actually cares I left getting service from Sams front in alignment drove over to get to Sams wheel balancing just for you get the tires done and I was heading home and I noticed that my gas levels was low and it was about a 20-30 minute ride but the quality of work and the people that Ive experienced was worth the 30-minute ride so I get to the gas station turn off my car get my gas turn it back up in the car went crazy like it was like a possessed type of feeling and of course quite naturally I figured oh my God they did something my car they didnt the gentleman add Sams front and auto is super amazing he sent out of mechanical drove 30 minutes to check on me and see what was going on with the car told me what was wrong with it at all on his own no charge but of course you know something cost just out of generosity even if its a dollar this place is amazing

Great service. They went above and beyond for my 2005 Ford 500. Needed front and back brakes done and they did em for a great price. I also needed brake caliper and only got charged for the labor. Im from Delaware, and to come here to this type of service is a breath of fresh air. They also do Inspections here, so I was able to leave knowing my car was 100% ready to get registered and tagged. Even had a minor battery issue upon picking up my vehicle, and they charged me up, making sure I was safe for the road. Thanks Sams! #LETSMAKEIT

I love these guys, very honest

The service was pretty good. I went there on a Thursday morning about eight to get a state inspection and an oil change. The one inspector was not there yet. I waited about an hour for him to show up but once he got there I was in and out. I needed tires and they got them for me from their tire shop right across the street. Super convenient. I went there because I was told I could wait for my vehicle while it was being inspected, which I did but the waiting area smelled like flowers and cat urine. They had a plug-in that did not help. I saw an old cat in the office so perhaps he cant help himself but the smell was unbearable. I had a headache the whole time I was there. But I didnt feel like I was being ripped off, which is super important for me, being a woman who knows very little about cars. Id go back but next time Ill wait outside.

Excellent mechanics. Never over charge. Never tell you you need something done if you dont. NEVER! After my initial visit, I never went anywhere else. But if you can, always make an appointment or call ahead. Always give yourself some time before your inspection expires, they get swamped because they are very in demand. After seeing the last few reviews though, about a new mechanic, I will post this with reservation until I return. I hope all is well and that nothing has changed

Did not go to Sams but to the restaurant beside it. Its very basic, with a single mother and some friends.

I took my car in on Sat 11/24/2018 at 900am for a alignment. Shorty after my car was looked at I was told I needed a left lower control arm, which would cost 295 + taxes. I refused the services had to pay $25 for them to look at my car to tell me a lie! Id recently repaired the control arm. I also got a second opinion and was told that I did not need to repair the control arm! I dont know what type of SCAM artists SAM has working for him but I will never give this shop business again! I am looking into consulting my attorney.

The guys are friendly and explain what really needs to be done. Get your vehicle washed and detailed by Boo! He has goid attention to detail and wont let you drive off until he is satisfied with his service!!

Been to Sams front end alignment a handful of times and never been disappointed. Trying to get an alignment on a lowered vehicle is difficult because many shops refuse to do it. Sams will align my car to the exact camber specifications that I want and the service is unbeatable. If you have a custom vehicle that needs an alignment I definitely recommend Sams Front End Alignment.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! This place is a scam!!!! Took my vehicle in for an alignment and the guy rolled up on the machine and did nothing!!! Still pulling, steering wheel still turned slightly to keep straight on the road. Spent $60 for nothing!!! Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit of extra money and take your vehicle to a reputable shop not these con men!!!!

I went to this shop because of the great reviews which they dont deserve.Cons:I dont know if the people are ignorant or lazy but they lied to my face about inspection requirements, which I looked up in the parking lot to make sure something hadnt changed recently.While I was waiting (a while as seemed to be something other complained about while was there); a lady came in about her car still not driving straight after the alignment.Additionally, one mechanic refused to try and replace a guys corner marker after failing him for the inspection. He claimed the whole bumper cover needed to be removed to do this. I looked this up while waiting and of course, this was just more lies; any mediocre mechanic could have just replaced it.Everyone I encountered didnt even hesitate to lie. I couldnt believe it was so acceptable. I cant support that.Pros:In the time I was there, they did not give me the impression that they were trying to rip people off at all. This was a huge relief.(pretty sure they were more just lazy)Me:I owned a repair business and was a mechanic; worked in a machine shop; am now getting my PhD in mechanical engineering.knowledge is power

Went today for an ailment very express of the speed it took and the service. The cost was amazing.. pull my truck in and finish my pull truck up to the front door and thank me for coming..this is the place to go and will do business again and we send people ur way..

They do more than just front End Alignments. Foles needs to check them out, they have several locations.

They now have a new mechanic who could care less about your car or safety. His main goal is to make as much money as he can. If you value your car and more importantly your life DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Safety first!!!

Don’t go here there don’t care about customers only your money. Went yesterday to get an inspection and they weren’t even open on time had customers waiting at a locked gate unprofessional. When I called across the street no answer the first time then the gentleman said oh they open at 8 it was 815 . Lol

They lost my sisters car keys then wanted to charge her a lot fee for the car sitting there while they tried to find the keys. Said that she had to get someone to come make a new key and they wouldnt pay for it. Im never taking my car there.

I got an Alignment for a reasonable price. I didnt like the cat walking around inside the waiting area for customers.

I went on 12/1 got there at 7:30 they are suppose to be open at 8 I waited they didn’t open until 8:45 I failed inspection ok fine I got everything that needed to be fixed fixed came back today 12/3 I got there again at 7:30 these ppl did not open until 9:30 and that was very unprofessional ppl were waiting we have jobs and schools to go to. Never go there if have something to do after because your plans are history. They don’t even care it’s aweful needless to say I will never ever again spend money in there.

READ!!!!!They failed my car because my taillights aren’t DOT approved, they tried to say they were aftermarket... but I bring my car here every year for an inspection AND they are the factory tail lights??? OH and I need new windshield wipers because the ones I got from Walmart two months ago aren’t good anymore.While I was waiting (for 3 hours) someone else’s car failed because — wait for it —— HE WAS MISSING A LUG NUT!!!! just one!This place is a joke

Full exposre. I fisrt went to Sams tires foor 4 used tires and that experience was prettygood. So, decided to go back and get the front end alignment. Waited almost 2 hours, had to add 2 items for $40 more and paid total of $100 for alignment and the 2 additionals items. Got in my car, drove less then a 1/4 mile and they hadnt done the alignment at all. Car still pull hard to right. I took it back immediately, went to the mechanic and told them it was not fixed and instead of fixing it right then and there, they just refunded me the money. Didnt even attempt to do the actual work. Went to owner and he apologized, but that was it. Wonder who else is getting work done there but not really. For your safety, I would shop elsewhere.

Should be zero stars but wouldnt let me. Contacted the shop twice this morning speaking two different people about having a car towed in to have it repaired. Both people said would not be a problem so I had the car towed. When the tow driver got there (about two min after the last call to the shop) I get a call from him sayin they refused to take delivery of the car period. Not something you want to have to deal with when you are already having a crappy day.

My front end alignment was done right, at a great price, and in less than an hour. Cant ask for more.

Visited the alignment shop on October 1st was told i need two inner tie rods for 250$ total planned on having it done but wife thought second opinion which they found one outer tie rod bad lost 25$ for the check what a shame

I waited in the lobby for about an hour and a half to two hours just to find out that the whole time my car was on the Alignment machine and my suspension is tight and good he gave me the car back and told me if I had any problems bring it back that the machine was jumping back-and-forth come to find out the alignment it’s worse than what it was before I don’t ever come here there a joke and crooks con men they take your money

Arrived before 8am no one arrived a employee from the tire shop opened up...it is now 909 am and im still waiting one mechanic just pulled up @915am still not open yet...

My front brakes passed state inspection but only had 1/32 over fail. Got my front brakes replaced with Wagner TC ceramic pads for less than the chains charge for generic pads.
