The repairs were acceptable but they damaged our vehicle and the body shop they sent us to across the street will not contact us. Fettys says they have contacted the shop but they still havent called. So tired of this. Btw.. the body shop is across from Fettys and the guy is named Randy. I will remove this review when you follow through with what you are responsible for.

What do I know about cars. It runs smoother, was done sooner than it promised and answered all the questions I knew to ask. Thanks Fettys.

Dropped my car off for a possible tire patch and to get help putting my wiper back on that fell off - was initially asked if I wanted to wait there, but declined and agreed to come back when called. Took them two days to tell me they couldnt find a leak in my tire and when I picked the car up the tire with the leak was flat and the wiper was not installed correctly. I had to ask them to fix the wiper and fill up my tire before leaving. I thought this was a trust-worthy place, but I wont be coming back.

Was told 2hr wait, but 1 hour later I was in my truck. Fast, efficient and friendly service

I was on a road trip with my wife and 3 young children. My truck started shaking while on the 95 i stopped at Walmarts auto center and the employee directed me to Fettys. Also a customer in line recommended Fettys also. When i got there the guy up front im assuming he was in charge told me that all the techs were busy but he would make sure someone would take a look at my truck for me. We waited about 10 minutes, We were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Eric. He got my vehicle fixed in just a few moments. I am so grateful for Fettys help. I have a heart condition and i was already frustrated being 400 miles from home. They were a blessing to me and my family. I will never forget how they saved the day. Just down to heart guys man really brought my prelude up there to get checked out did my diagnostic free as charge and didn’t jump to saying OH THIS IS YOUR PROBELM ITLL COST YOU 1,500$ TO FIX.. I reccomand these guys 100% thanks agin guys

Gray old fashioned repair shop service with honesty and service

Just went for a inspection and failed for bad tires which are new and just put them on a week ago.... Plus a 2 years ago payed them to change my oil and when I came home the oil was black... I had a friend look at it and it was the same oil filter... I wouldnt go there unless u want to pay for stuff that u dont need or stuff they say they did and didnt..... DO NOT GO THERE

Theyve had my car for over three weeks I got it back for one day had to bring it back they fix the whole bunch of other stuff supposedly but the reason I brought it there was that the car was stalling so theyve had it for 3 weeks not sure what theyve done with it I just want my car back and I want it to be fixed they charged me $1500 for it to not still be fixed
