Took my Jeep in at 8am and repairs completed by 11. Was given a ride home and picked up when complete. Friendly staff. Ive used Kyles at least 4 times for different vehicles and have always been very satisfied with the service.

Have spent a lot of money there last couple months and now they charge 50 bucks to look at brakes and give a bad opinion. Guessing rippin people off to pay for upcoming Spring break???? Lost a customer for sure today..

I took my car in because it was making a terribly loud noise on the right side when I turned left and the breaks seemed to be acting funny. They called me a couple of hours later to tell me that they drove the car and didn’t hear a noise(?) and that everything was fine with the car. I questioned how they didn’t hear a noise Because you seriously can’t not hear it and he blew me off and said if I hear it again to bring it back in. As soon as turned my car on and turned out of their parking lot I heard heard the noise as plain as day! Fast forward to a couple of weeks later I took my car somewhere else to get it looked at again and it turns out I needed all new breaks and they fixed the tire no problem! Moral of the story take your car somewhere else!

Had some issues diagnosing my 91 chevy truck, ended up heading both heads replaced. They were very professional and now the truck runs like new.

Took my 2012 F150 to the local dealership to have the parking brake looked at. Was told I needed a complete brake job on all 4 wheels - rotors warped beyond resurfacing and corroded pads - to the tune of about $1,400. This didnt seem possible for the trucks mileage and type of driving I do. Kyles guys looked it over and said the brakes still had half their life left in them. There was only a slight warp in the rotors, and the pads were only half worn. They couldve easily told me yup, the dealer was right, your brakes are shot, we can fix them for you, but they were honest and straightforward. They will get all my business from now on. Highly recommended.

What was scheduled and what they performed were 2 different things and did not include major items discussed initially. Charged like all the work was done. Would not recommend to anybody

Took my truck to get a leaf spring bolt out. They cut the bushing and the sleeve damaging the leaf spring itself. Then tried to charge me $1,040.00 for a new one. Very unprofessional. I fixed it with a $20 piece from Rock auto.

I was on my way back to Fort Bliss when my drivers headlight wentout. They were able to get me in and fix it quicky. They were very friendly and professional. Thanks for helping me get back on my way to Texas.
