Oh my gosh the best HVAC company! The service is fantastic, from the office staff to Jamie. I was in need of a new system, he thoroughly explained everything from start to finish. He was extremely nice and was able to give me the best deal compared to others. Jamie by far is the most exceptional person out in the business. They will forever have my business, since I have 2 units to maintain.

I stopped in to Superior Heating and A/C to buy a filter for our unit and to make an appointment to have the capacitor on our unit checked because the fan had stopped working. Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful in figuring out what filter I needed (I had the dimensions, but not the filter number), and when I asked when I could make an appointment, Jamie said that he could come by right then and change the capacitor. He was at our house within ten minutes, had everything up and running, and even gave us some helpful tips to help our unit last longer. He was super friendly, and very knowledgeable about his work! We will definitely be using this company in the future.

I asked them to repair a mini split system. The system currently works perfect it just needed the supply lines to be routed through the track to protect from the weather. Replacing the lines was recombined and agreed upon. When the price came back at over $15,000 it was clear they didn’t even want to take the job. That’s more expensive than the entire Hvac system cost new. Make sure you shop around for prices. These prices are just plain offensive.

I called Superior Heating & Air about 3 weeks ago ... a serviceman named Jamie was here w/in a few days. Serviced my outdoor unit, then came back in one week just to make sure it was still doing well.I could not be happier w/ the friendliness (of Jamie) and Service quality (of Superior). I recommend this company over any that I have used in Richmond.

The technicians were very helpful and tried their best at patching up my 16 year old system. They repaired the fan and capacitor but found that the compressor had also failed. At this point it was clear that I needed a new unit. They did not try to up sale me and initially priced me a relatively cheaper unit. I asked them about other options and they gave me additional pricing and even informed me of how to get into contact with my electric company to get a rebate. All and all they were very courteous and helpful and never tried to talk down to me. The service was thorough and as fast as could be expected. Although I will call them again if I need them a part of me hopes I dont have to.

Superior heating and air, is a wonderful company to work with. Seems every summer we alwaysneed something done to our unit. They always come in a very timely fashion and always get the problemfixed.Jamie is the tech who came and serviced our unit. Hes so polite and usually in and out of here in a very timely manner.I would highly recomend this company.

We used Superior Heating & A/C to do 2 repairs on our heat pump. They came the same day and arrived right on time for our appointment, even a little early. Jamie the technician was polite, friendly, and explained the problem clearly. He didnt try to sell me a whole new unit like so many of the other HVAC repair companies do. He ordered the parts we needed for a good price and came back the next day. He worked quickly and didnt leave any mess. I would highly recommend using Superior Heating & A/C. They are honest, fairly priced, and do neat and efficient work. Be sure to ask for Jamie!
