We were heading through town on our way from North Carolina to Minnesota. They were getting ready to close and I was having real car problems. We were so grateful they were willing and able to help us and get our car back on the road. Real customer service! You guys are awesome!!

I was passing through the state trying to visit some family up North. My front wheel hubs wore out and one caught fire and I was in a terrible spot. I was going to have to rent a car and leave mine in another state. Ron swooped in and saved me. He got me worked on same day which was the day before a holiday and was very fair in pricing where other auto mechanics may have taken me for a ride. I cant express how blessed I am to have found Rons Auto Service!

So I have this sweet little old sister in Richmond and she took her car there and the guy really ripped her off done work that did not need done and charged over $300.00 and she had to go spend more money some where else don’t go there by yourselves ladies

I was totally scammed out of $1500 and even had to give my Nikon digital camera to cover the last $300 bill owed. Dont go here.

Number one place for service in Richmond. He is honest and fixes the problem. If he doesnt know he will tell you. Only draw back is he is so busy. However, that tells you how good he is.

Friendly staff fair prices and good work can you ask for anything more. They told me that I needed new brakes also which Ive known for some time they said I didnt need new rotors they could resurface then, which saved me money. I like how they did not push extra on me.

PLEASE READ!!Ron’s Auto Body is without a doubt the worst place of business I’ve ever felt with. The service he provided was beyond horrible and costs me thousands of dollars due to having to take my vehicle to another shop to repair his mistakes.The time in which he kept my vehicle was also ridiculous. It would sit for weeks without even an inspection. If all of that wasn’t bad enough his attitude was the worst part!Trust me when I say... do not take your vechicle to Ron!

He is lier do not go here.....he has had my truck for almost 2mths now he does not answer when called and repeatedly lies about what has been done and when my vehicle will be done he has told us multiple times he would have it done on these days at this time and it still is not done yet please I repeat do not go here he took out 2000 dollars and has done nothing to our vehicle to fix it

I had recently had my breaks and rotors replaced at Tire Discounters and took my vehicle to this place when my ABS light came on. They informed me that I needed all new brakes and rotors, when I had new ones put on less than 2 weeks before. They obviously try to take advantage of those who are not well informed about automobiles, and I warn anyone who seeks their service.

Very over priced spent 800 getting a car worked on it was worse after being worked on with problems that steamed from them working on it. Very poor and slow service kept car for over a week before starting repairs
