I used Air Express to replace two old AC units. I met and talked with 6 separate companies before selecting Air Express. I had settled on using another company and then I spoke with Josiah. I could tell in a few minutes that he was a guy who loved what he did. He came over and spent 2.5 hours looking at all our duct work, units, and vents. He listened to me when I told him about certain rooms that did not get enough air. He built a plan to fix each issue. All the other companies told me that there was not anything to be done because that was just how the house was designed. I decided to use Josiah and Air Express. While we waited 2 weeks to get the new units installed, he came out and recharged the old system to keep us comfortable. He personally came out during the install and showed us how to use the new system. He has took the initiative to follow up every so often to make sure we are still happy. He has come up and made a few minor changes to really dial the system in. I am so happy with him and Air Express. I really cannot say enough good things about them. I believe you will be very happy if you use them.

Top tier a/c company all the way. I have used them in the past always with good results. They explain everything thoroughly however many times you need to hear it.I just had a complete new ac and heat system installed including ducting and with some recommended changes to the existing system it came out great. From past experiences I did not even shop their price.If something is not to your satisfaction they want you to be happy and will work to resolve the issue.I completely recommend Air Express.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Air Express. All employees were respectful, knowledgeable, and worked with urgency. I had a leak in my evaporator coil and it was quickly diagnosed and replaced. I called and reported my concerns on a Thursday morning and they had me back online by 4 pm Friday. They even recharged the system at no charge to keep the house cool Thursday night. I highly recommend this company and commend their employees for making the company great not just good.

Air Express truly is the best HVAC company around. We have been using Air Express since 2018. Josiah was the first technician sent to us (back when he was a technician) and we were sold on this company. His knowledge in the field and the time he put into every job whether it be cleaning units or replacing parts was something we have never witnessed before. He went above and beyond, and I am convinced companies we used prior to Air Express didn’t clean our units when they were being paid to after seeing Josiah work. This truly is his passion and I feel like he takes care of clients the same way he would his own family. We are so impressed with every technician that works for Air Express and commend the company for hiring and training the best in the business. My parents use them as well off our recommendation and have also said they have never seen a company that has the kindest, most professional and knowledgeable employees. It is hard to write reviews about a company when you feel like you hit the jackpot by finding them and want to keep it a secret, but Air Express deserves recognition for the outstanding business they have created.

I highly recommend this company because they are professional and proficient in delivering services honestly. The technicians (particularly Josiah) always spend time educating me on air conditioning parts and their purposes. Oftentimes, he goes beyond the call of duty if he sees something that may be problematic. I appreciate this information because my system is aging (over 21 years) and it helps me to make an informed decision. Everyone I spoke with on the phone went out of their way to answer all my questions before I even paid them a penny. My experience only got better once Justin showed up to do the work requested. He went out of his way to point out a few things that the builder missed when building this house. Justin was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any more questions I had. There are tons of HVAC companies but I’m glad I choose these guys.

Air Express is a Godsend! We have used them for years. Every technician we have ever had has been courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They have brought solutions for every issue, and help keep our aging system in working order until we are ready to replace.The one time we used another service we regretted it immediately because they could not diagnose or fix our A/C; the owner of Air Express himself came to fix our problem the next day, and had our system up and running very quickly!I don’t know or care if their pricing is a little higher than their competitors because I know I will receive quality service from the best technicians when I need it, and that’s worth the cost. I have never felt like I paid more than I should. I recommend them to my friends and family any time someone mentions needing a good company.

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with Air Express. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. We had our 3 year old air conditioner stop working suddenly. Air Express came the next day, diagnosed the problem, dealt with the A/C Manufacturer, and ensured that we could get the items replaced because they were still under warranty. They did all the leg work, then we only had to pay (a very reasonable price) for them to install the new parts in the unit. We also use Air Express to do maintenance on our systems every 6 months. They are extremely thorough and never try to upsell sell us with new or different projects. I always appreciate their honesty in their work. I highly recommend this company!

On top of $70 /1#free-on.• The tech guy more interested in high priced sales pitch than technical repair.Immediately upon arrival without actual checking, he pressure the annual maint $200 + $3,500 repair evaporator leak (he said 90% of the problem) !Conclusion: Not recommend .

AC was turning off and on every couple of minutes. Justin, Service Technician, came out and first asked me what I was experiencing to help troubleshoot the issue. After performing several tests it was found that the condenser coil had a small leak and the unit was low on refrigerate. It was determined it could not be repaired and a new coil was ordered under warranty. Justin added refrigerate on the intial day to help us continue to have AC. When the new coil arrived the installation crew were here to install the day after its arrival. Justin and the installation crew were all professional in every aspect of this job. After the installation was finished Justin came out on the following day to check that everything was woking perfectly, the installation crew had also confirmed all was good.. I highly recommend Air Express for any HVAC installation or service. We also purchase their Elite Service Plan which puts you at the front of the line if you should have any issues plus a 10% discount on parts and service if required. Josiah came out to price a new system for us. What impressed us the most is the time he took to understand the specific type of system design that would best serve us over the years. Many other contractors have simply priced the cheapest equipment or duplicated the design we have currently (which has some design flaws). After deciding to wait on replacement for now, due to budget concerns, we had Josiah back out to do a complete inspection, servicing, and maintenance of the system. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the things he was testing, their impact on the life of the system, and which items should be addressed sooner and which items could wait.It speaks volumes about the integrity of a person and a business when they are honest about the things that dont need to be done, rather than trying to convince you that they do. In most cases the customer doesnt have the knowledge to know what really needs to be done and what will just add to the profit for the contractor. I appreciate when a company is honest enough to say, No, this really could wait or No, theres nothing wrong with the amount of coolant in your system. Things like that build trust. Being able to trust a contractor to tell me the truth, even when they can benefit from bending it, is the single most important thing to me when deciding to hire them. Air Express personnel were very professional and quick. They were scheduled to replace both A/C and Heating units in my home over a two day period, one each day. One of my units blew out and quit operating a week and a few days before scheduled dates and Air Express move other jobs around to replace the blown unit early, making my home bearable in this summer heat until the other unit could also be replaced cooling the entire house. The two crews that did the unit replacement did not mind all the questions I was asking and volunteered information as to what was being done and why. Air Express made the (not wanted but needed) experience as easy as it could have been. I will and have recommended Air Express as an exceptional A/C - Heating Company.

This is the only AC company I trust. Josiah Wood and all the other techs that have come to my home have been nothing but professional. I recommend to all my neighbors and friends to use this company. The maintenance plan is a great value and offers peace of mind.Had to replace my out of warranty builders grade unit due to a rodent getting in there and chewing up the coils and aluminum Freon line. Called them on a friday afternoon and they got me taken care of by noon on Saturday with a new / better unit. The owner also came out today to help with the heavy lifting which I was impressed by.

I first used AirExpress probably 15 years ago after being told by another company that my AC could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. They replaced a $6 part and everything was good. I have used them for maintenance and repairs since and they have always been friendly and professional. When I did get an AC and HVAC replacement I was given plenty of options and was confident that they had given me all the info to make the best choice.

I honestly do not have enough words to express how impressed i am with Air Express. Josiah came to the house and gave us a thorough explanation on the brands they carry as well as explained whats best for the goals we required. He took the time to understand and listen to our frustration with our current AC/furnace systems. We made a decision on the spot and they were out for installation within 2 days. In he meantime Josiah gave us some freon to get us through until the systems were replaced since were in Houston and its always hot. I have a 5 year old house, and the HVAC system was never setup properly. Air Express replaced both of my A/C and heating units in 2015 so my annual heating inspections are expected to be short and simple. The service technician, Carlos, has serviced my units before and really goes above and beyond when it comes to checking the details. During my recent heater inspection he did all the usual checks but also went the extra mile to tighten a loose support strap for one of my heater vents. It is this attention to detail that resonates throughout the company that encourages me to continue using them. They are always punctual and call if there will be delays. I have no reservation recommending them.

We also have the service contract which they schedule each spring and each fall to check that the units are performing perfectly. Josiah Wood from Air Express visited me yesterday to troubleshoot issues affecting my A/C unit. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and well mannered. After witnessing people messing around with the electronics of the furnace and control panel, I was very impressed with Josiah and the way he methodically addressed the problem, step by step and carefully. Within minutes he identified and resolved several issues dating back to the original installation of my A/C unit and some other due to failed troubleshooting attempts by different vendors. He then proceeded to confirm everything was working as per the manufacturers recommendations and left my A/C unit running smoothly, like it never did before. I am extremely impressed by Josiah and would definitely recommend his services. It is reassuring to know that there are honest and ethical people like Josiah out there.

Extremely pleased with the service I get from Air Express. I have worked with Air Express for a number of years now. I used them in the past for the service package where they come out twice a year to do maintenance on the unit. I just moved back into a house in the Richmond/Katy area of town and requested Josiah to come out and check out my AC units. Turns out the new one was in pretty bad shape due to improper care from prior owners. He worked with the manufacturer and was able to get the warranty transferred over to me and worked with me on getting a good deal on a new furnace since that was not replaced when the compressor was. Josiah is top notch at what he does and I highly recommend having him in your home. Air Express as a company is wonderful to work with as well. They will get you cool or warm when you need them to and their prices are very competitive with other AC shops.

The turn around from the time I contact them to the time they come out to address something is less than 24 hours. They usually send the same technician which I prefer because he knows our system, operating times, special needs such as napping children, etc. All the technicians are AWESOME! They always explain what needs to be done so that I can understand. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Air Express.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Air Express in late August, 2017. I found them on the Houston Better Business site. The technician was prompt, notifying me when he would arrive, and conversations with the home staff was very professional and courteous! They go over and above to fix problems and to look for things that could be a problem in the future. It’s nice to have a consistent positive experience with a service company that we can trust. Really great company. Just bought a house with a 10 year old A/C system. I took up their offer to join their ESP maintenance plan and Im glad I did. Josiah came out, inspected everything, cleaned the outside unit, cleared out the drain lines, refitted the main drain line saving me from having a future costly ceiling repair. Christine, Debra and Kelli are the office ladies and are cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great outfit. We recently moved into an older home with HVAC issues our inspectors didnt pick up. We had two companies come out without resolving an admittedly intermittent issue. Air express tech fixed it the first time and we havent had any issues since. Good pricing and great service. No over selling and fixing only what needs fixing. Cant ask for more than that.

I did HVAC years ago so I know enough about it to get by, but have no tools or access equipment to repair or replace my system. My air went out Sunday night and I knew I had at least 1 leak in the system. I called Express Air Monday morning and they told me that Josiah would be at my home between 3 and 5 pm. Josiah showed up on time and no issues with me overlooking to assess the situation. We found several leaks on the outdoor side and I knew it was gonna need to be replaced. I could tell Josiah really wanted to get it up and running for me and my family with as little expense to us as possible. He worked with me for about 3 hours Monday night and we decided on replacing the system. He took his time explaining all the available options and making it right for our home to resolve several issues that we had since they only put 1 system in my 2 story home that was not zoned originally. They got me on the books for Wednesday and put 4 lbs of refridgerant in my system to get me through Monday night. Tuesday morning Josiah dropped off a portable A/C for my bedroom to get us through Tuesday night. Wednesday morning they showed up exactly when they said they would and got to work. AB, Johnathan, Luis and Marcelo did a fantastic install. They were courteous and stayed until 9 pm that night with Josiah to make sure the system was completed correctly and functioning for us so that we had air. I wanted to do it myself to save money and I will tell you that the price they gave was amazing. I dont know that I could have done it myself for the price they gave me. There communication and hospitality from Christine in the office to Josiah to AB, Johnathan, Luis and Marcelo was nothing short of perfect. It is nice to see a larger company out there who truly cares about their customers well being. If you want a great job, fair pricing and to know exactly how and when your system will be fixed and/or replaced, then this is the place to go with. I cannot say enough great things about Express Air. My experience was amazing and we are truly satisfied!!!!!!!

We have used Air Express AC and Heat for over 15 years and have utilized the Elite Service Plan to keep our units working properly. We have had them replace both of our units in the last couple of years, the large unit being done last week. They were so friendly, reliable, and clean. We can always count on them ! We will continue to use them in the future.
