We are remodeling...Rob and his team insured all new duct work system was in the best place to move air as efficiently as possible. They Made sure the new vents for dryer are the easiest to maintain not necessarily the easiest to install. Cant wait to move in to get back to what I know will be a fantastic system. Terry was the 4th AC company I had come out and assess an issue we had with our upstairs unit cooling to a set temperature during the summer. Two of the previous 3 companies tried to sell me entirely new systems, quoted at $15K and $17K. One company stated that the unit was undersized for the house. The other company told me the unit was bad. (The house is only 6 years old). The third company stated that TCV value was bad. Terry came out checked the system and confirmed something was wrong. He then checked the outside condenser and found that it was dirty He cleaned the unit, rechecked everything and found that the unit was cooling within specs. I will be using Terry for all of my future HVAC needs from now on.

We had two visits from them, the first was the service call where they came out to identify what our problem was - Mr.Kenny was on time, professional, excellent with my mother, patient, and very very knowledgeable. He was very straight forward and clear on what was wrong and what we should do - he also explained, very patiently what our different options were & costs. We had to replace the out door unit and the box in the attic (I cant remember the name). It took a day and a half to get the machines and took 2 (TWO) hours to replace them. That crew was amazing. Early, fast, clean etc etc. Everybody here was amazing. Afterwards Mr.Rob walked us through everything they did and answered all our questions. He also replaced a burnt out thermostat for us. I really cant recommend them more, Ive already passed on their info to a friend.Other things to note - they carry Carrier, and helped with registration of what we got with them( the warranty).Really recommend.

After a recent move, I discovered Terrys AC on Yelp and couldnt have done better. They responded quickly, didnt overdiagnose and require expensive replacements, and ultimately resolved the issue by finding a very small, hairline crack on a small component. I was impressed by the attention to detail, which resolved the issue for much less than alternatives, and I appreciated their sensitivity to addressing the problem with as little expense as possible. I highly recommend these guys!

Rob has installed multiple systems for us. Always, works hard to get us the best equipment for our needs at a fair price. I was selling my home and had issues with the buyers inspector. He claimed we needed to replace the whole system. We called Terrys & they promptly came out to inspect. We didnt replace the system and sold the house to the same person. Terrys a/c was on-time, mindful of safety, and very courteous & clean. They fully explained every step and I never felt uncomfortable or skeptical about what he explained. Before doing any work they informed/ showed me why it needed to be done. I never had to take their word, they actually showed me. The 12 year old system was 3 lbs low on freon. That indicated a leak but how severe it leaked wasnt known. Robert had a solution. They also added some dye to the system and came back in 3 days to check for leaks. Nothing was noticeable and the system was maintaining correct pressure. Robert also sent me a full digital report that I was able to use in my negotiation with potential buyer. Not a handwritten, faked numbers report but what seems like something that could be used in court if necessary. Thats how in-depth and official his report was. The pricing was fair and I never felt like they fixed something that wasnt broken. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. They made the process easy and most importantly I was comfortable with everything they did. I dont always get that feeling when dealing with home repair companies. Some are better than others and Terrys A/C is one of them. Honesty and integrity is hard to find but both technicians that were at my house seemed to have both in spades. They repaired by Carrier A/C unit summer of 2020. It was a very hot summer in Houston, Texas. I called them and set appointment. I had fans going in my house. They came out next day and assessed the problem, ordered the parts that afternoon and came back out the next day to take apart the unit and put back together that same day, with the new part. The cost was also very reasonable. I was impressed and will certainly use them again.....hope I dont have another breakdown anytime soon. They said they warranty their work, I believe for 10 years. Terry’s was the 6th company that came out to work with our heater and I wish I would of called them first! After 5 different people coming out and not being able to fix our heater we were recommended Terry by a friend. He came out the same day I called and was able to figure out and fix the problem within 30 minutes. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and well priced. We will never use anyone else!!

Our systems were both at the end of their working life and we decided to replace both the heater and air conditioner. They did NOT disappoint. The work was done efficiently and well. Rob was absolutely amazing. We had him go inspect a 3 story condo that had extensive visible mold present on the 3rd level. We didnt realize we should have brought him in prior to having mold remediation performed so he could more easily do his inspection to help determine what was causing the growth. That didnt slow him down any. Once we described the layout of the home over the phone he already knew the issue. Rob went out the next morning to inspect the damage. He confirmed his original thought was what was causing the growth. They could explain better, but basically the dwelling was requiring one unit to do the work of what at least 2 units should be doing. He was amazing at explaining everything to us. He talked in layman terms that made it easy for us to fully understand what we going on. After my experience I reached out to a few contractors I work with to provide them his information. HIGHLY recommend Terrys AC to anyone that has HVAC system issues.

Kenny did an outstanding job for us. We were selling my Dads house and had no knowledge of his air conditioning and heating systems in the house. Kenny inspected both systems and took the time to write a history on each unit complete with copies of the past invoices. Kenny was thorough, polite, and took CDC precautions regarding the COVID virus. He was honest in his assessment. I can see why my Dad kept his business card!

Terrys provided honest, accurate evaluation of my HVAC system problems. It took Mr. Terry less than 5 minutes to diagnose a problem with my system, that my service provider could not diagnose/fix during 18 months of service calls/complaints. Mr. Terry provided a report, for my service provider and Carrier, explaining what needed to be fixed. I was able to get the work done under my current parts & labor warranty. The price I paid for the 2 service calls from Terrys AC (diagnosis of the initial problems, and then QC of warranty work performed) was reasonable. It was money well spent.September 2021: Follow up visits to maintain the system and troubleshoot wiring problems from the previous service provider have been fairly painless. The main problem is that the equipment is not ideal for this application, and really needs to be changed (that would be very costly considering that the system is barely 2 1/2 years old, and the previous service provider charged excessively for the equipment and poor installation). Terry’s AC is trying their best to keep the system working at performance standards so I don’t have to bear the expense of replacing the non-ideal components. Mr. Terry has gone out of his way to try to make this as easy for me (and my wallet) as possible.

Excellent Processional Service…Called Terry’s A/C after discovering a leak in my A/C unit. Fast response & quick diagnosis of the problem. The leak was due to an improperly installed plenum that needed to be replaced. Terry made minor repairs & adjustment to stop the leak. He suggested that I contact the builder as the unit was under warranty. I contacted the builder and submitted Terry’s complete & thorough diagnosis of the issue and was surprised that the plenum was replace within a few days. Will be using Terry for any future repair needs. I am in the process of contacting Terry for regular maintenance service.

Used Terry a few years back to replace my blower motor and board. He did not test the heater unit since this was in the summer. Of course the heater does not work properly and shuts off early. I have spoke with him twice about coming out to look at the unit and acknowledged he would come however nothing happens after that. I am not pleased with his unresponsiveness.Another thing to note was that the part was under warranty but charged an arm and a leg to simply replace a part that took 1 hour.
