It is a good car wash. Due to what I think are technology limitations, the wash does good on 95% of the vehicle. The rear spoiler on most Crossover/SUV keeps the entire rear window from being cleaned properly.The top-level wash is $20 and is a little steep. I would not quibble over $14-16 for this level.

Ive went to a lot of the car washes in the area and havent been happy with the end results. Today I found this place on accident and while in line was paying attention to how the cars looked. I was impressed. I ended up getting an ultimate pass which for right now its buy one month ultimate wash get 1 month free so $30 for 60 days I was sold! Love the free vacuums and microfiber cloths with cleaners. Customer service was great!

Great car wash facility! Won’t go anywhere else for a car wash.The service is great, they provide great towels and have a phenomenal window cleaner spray.

Edit to say I canceled my membership...there was an oily splash type result from Im assuming the wheel cleaner.. gave up..Ill do it myself again.There was still a perfect line of Pollen/dirt that I could literally wipe off with my finger.Also wheels were not impressive. I will give it another shot since I bought a package. For now see photos

The prices are unbelievable. $20 for the highest package and 1 month of unlimited car washes. The vacuums and glass cleaner, all purpose cleaners are all free. The employees have been extremely helpful. My vehicle has never gotten so clean in a drive thru car wash.

Great experience in past using other Savannah Car Wash locations. Bird droppings still on front and sides after wash so attendant touched up with brush and left residue. Ryan Smith, acting manager would not allow me to go thru again to get residue off unless I paid again or on monthly plan. Said he would have manager Tim Howard call me (today is 5th day no call). Ryan would not give me Tims nor the owners phone number so I could try and resolve while there. I judge companies not by their mistakes (we all make them) but their willingness to resolve. I can afford to loose $20 and believe this location does a good job overall based on its reviews but my results in Richmond Hill were poor.

I was able to get in early this morning and get the dirt and pollen knocked off my truck. This was does a great job all around. Its my very week stop!

A great car wash. Always busy but you dont have to wait long. If you buy the unlimited and go more than 2x a month it pays for itself. Only reason I gave it 4 stars...have gone through 3 times with my Suburban and several times with our truck. The very last shammy before you pull out that buffs the hood doesnt always drop so the vehicles look unfinished on the hood in comparison to the rest of the surfaces. The fact this has happened to us more than once, I believe this is a common problem that should be addressed. Especially during pollen season!!

They are so busy right now because of the pine pollen that there is usually a line, but they are always pretty quick and the works are always pleasant and efficient. Its a good place to get your car washed.

I recently setup unlimited service on my new truck and with that a temp tag that can not be read by access camera. The Rhill morning staff has been awesome about letting me access the wash while I wait for my new tag. They have been very helpful in the process and understanding why I could not get initial access.

Mr. Tim was very helpful and kind with the situation that I had.

Went Monday afternoon and they were out of towels. Asked the person in the office and he advised they were out for the week. No apologies or attempt to explain situation.Vacuum novels often clogged with cigar and cigarette buts.Canceled my membership on the spot.

I have the monthly and my receipt rarely works. So thats the only reason I have them 4 stars. Other than that go wash every time

BRAND NEW CAR WASH... I am so happy this car wash just opened up… It is fantastic with all new state-of-the-art equipment.Staff is extremely friendly, the vacuums are free, the mat cleaners are amazing and the wash left my car sparkling.Also, most washes leave your car wet, not this one, they have big clothes that dry your car, it comes out extremely clean AND DRY!!!It also cleaned my rims... which most washes never do. I signed up for the monthly unlimited wash club, I will be a regular customer for life…

In was excellent except the car seat was taken out and when it was put back in the car, it was not buckled back. It was just sit on the seat. That would’ve been fine, had I been told that the seat was not buckled. I realized it before using it, but someone else may not. This is a huge safety issue. Someone could put a baby in the car seat not realizing it wasn’t buckled

It was my first time to wash my car here and I like the fact that they have all the towels and cleaning stuff for us to use plus the vacuum is so powerful too. Love it.

On some days my car ends up pretty clean after being washed, but on some days I have to use their cloths and spray bottles to re-wash it, as was the case on 11/13/20. Im glad I actually had the time to do that. I pay a monthly fee of $20 and go often.

Came by and checked out this new location during the opening week. My experience here was great! All of the staff were very friendly, and my car looks amazing! The free vacuums are awesome, and had great suction. I will definitely be coming back!

I attended the car wash today and was initially impressed until we got do the drying stage The blowers lifted my wiper blades all the way up and the last roller bent the drivers side arm.I drove around and informed one of their staff in the office who frankly couldn’t give a hoot about what had just happened. She went on to say that I had signed a disclaimer and it was not their problem.Not quite the service I was expecting.

Great establishment

Some of the most down to earth management team. They show that they truly care for you as a customer and want to make sure you are satisfied. All locations have great staff and just genuine caring attitudes.

Got home and tire shine was still wet all over the tires and splattered all the down the side of my truck. I had to rewash it when I got home and scrub each dot off. I went to the park down the street for a couple hours after I went through the wash and this tire shine has no cure time. Its just black oil.

16.00 bucks for a wash on Ford truck. Terrible job. Streaks everywhere and missed spots. Didnt wash it. Washed at it.

Ill admit my truck was dirty, but had higher expectations from the $20 wash. The rest of the truck looks fine, but somehow the top looks pretty much the same as it did before the wash.

I was happy with the looks of my car so I went back to get another free one and about half way through the tunnel, the spinning things that scrub the sides of you car ripped off my driver side mirror, and nothing was wrong with my mirror so I think something is wrong with the machine because it totally broke it and it has to be replaced.
