Went there to wash my SUV in self service stall. Surprised that you HAD to spend $5 just for machine to come on! Was the quickest 5 min EVER! Vehicle was left half covered in suds! Tried to use my debit card but machine would NOT come on! $10 taken out of my account, called the management number twice before leaving, left messages, no one answered. Thought they might respond to me. Its been almost 24 hrs since, no return call. Called them back, but again, no one answers. Left another message. Was a first time customer, and a NEVER again customer. My grown children (3) were using the place, but have vowed NEVER AGAIN after this.

This car wash is a very over priced garden hose! The water pressure is equivalent to that you would get at home. Only reason I used this car wash is because I am from out of town and needed to wash some road grime off my truck. But due to the lack f pressure it wasn’t able to remove any of the grime or dirt from my truck, and it wasn’t very think of caked on either. The stalls are very small and really only accommodate a small car. Will not recommend this car wash to anyone, or will I ever use again, unless they increase the water pressure a lot. Just do that and you might be okay.

Guy that works at the carwash is very nice and prepped my car before the wash. Not the latest technology but definitely help me get layers of dirt off my car

Yallr tryn! Ill give ya that! I remember back in the stone age when water was not priced like liquid gold!Lawd, I spent $1 worth of time just trying to put 25 cents in to finish rinsing off Olblue. Have yall got a loan payment program to help us pay for a wash?!But this time yer water was a lot cleaner than the last experience in yer wash chamber. The hose and scrub brush were in good shape. A little extra soap and wax spray couldnt hurt for the price.Just keep the property clean, give us clean clear water, good soapn wax and the price will work itself out... good luck with one of the few car washes left in the south!

Its a nice little car wash. BUT... the road out front causes many drivers to re-think going up. Especially of you have a nice vehicle.

Didnt do very good. Were from Michigan so cant go back. But didnt get the ocean spray off the sides or windows of our jeep. But thanks for trying to reach out to solve the issue, we appreciate that

Ok, kinda getting old and wore out. But functional.

Have gone several times already, the machines always work, if you go during business hours there’s a person that can help you pre-wash prior entering the machine. There is enough space also to park and hand-dry your vehicle if you want. Vacuum machines work, and the coins machine to get quarters is always functional. Recommended!!!

Very disappointed! I paid for the best touchless car wash offered and still had a ton of dirt on my car. I was driving my white convertible PT Cruiser that day and was appalled when I got to the store down the road to see it was still filthy. I wont go back!!! I took pictures, but I cannot find them right this second for this post. They are in my Google Drive folder if someone bothers to contact me from the company. I think too that I saved my receipt because I was so unhappy, but Im not sure. I have went there in my other cars and I dont know if it is because of the shape of my PT or what, but this level of filth after it being washed I was shocked on. It was only pollen spots that I could wipe off with my fingernail. So I was and am not happy about it.

Very clean facility. Nice subdivision. Always bring cash for self cleaning machines. $3 min. to start machine. Change machine maybe empty/broken. They have both self cleaning and automatic washers takes cc. Attendant maybe on duty to assist you. Open 24hrs. Recommend!

Logan is always super nice when you speak with her on the phone and the two attendants a man and a woman are always very friendly and did a good prep for the wash.

Easy to use, but the timer never beeped to let me know I was almost out of time so I had to pay another $5 for an extra 30 seconds to rinse the back of my vehicle. Waste of money.

I went to this place for the second time yesterday and was attempting to go through the automatic carwash. I put my money in the machine ($12) for the full servise wash. After inserting one five dollar bill and 7 one dollar bills the machine said it was “printing receipt”. No receipt came out of the machine, I am not sure if it was out of paper or what the deal was. I didn’t really care for that but I brushed it off and was like whatever pulled forward into the wash. The previous time I had use the car wash, there was a lit up sign that would say Stop or pull forward. After sitting there for about five minutes - No lights ever came on and nothing happened - as in the car wash never started. I reversed back to the machine I put my money into And tried to hit the refund button several times, the machine just continued to say “ please wait, car wash in use”. So basically the car wash stole $12 from me and my car is still very much in need of a wash. I kept my cool and looked around to see if there was an attendant or anyone that worked at this location. There was not a single person at this car wash at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. There was a customer service number to call on the back side of the building. I have called four times and left two messages and I still haven’t gotten a response or a resolution or my money back. I also have no receipt to show I paid for the wash, I’m assuming they would have cameras though. I did take pictures of the inside of the car wash not lighting up and all of that. I would not recommend this place.Add after reading all of the reviews, I am fairly certain I am not going to get a resolution. $12 is a lot of money to take from somebody, very irritating.

Vacuums $2 for 4 min, they literally don’t suck. I added an additional $0.75 and still couldn’t finish my small car because it didn’t have good suction. Rip-off.

You’re paying $5.00 just to get it started and it $1 a minute not enough to wash your vehicle I’ll never go back there again! It’s a total ripoff!!

Two dollars to use the vaccume and really expensive to run the wash even though only two of the options worked. Turned into a an expensive wash quick.

This place actually made my car dirtier, the water pressure isn’t high enough to get the soap fully off the car so it dries and leaves a film on the paint. What a waste of $11

Absolutely nothing was working! Both change machines wouldnt work, the automatic car wash worked half way.

Got the car clean. Bill receiver wouldnt take any of my bills in the bay so I had to use the changer.

Touchless wash. Its more of a rinse. It works for the pollen though.

The sign said there was an attendant on duty, but I never saw one. They have two automatic car washes. One of them didnt seem to take my credit card and the other one was out of the spot free rinse.
