We have lived at 575 since they were completed.In the 4+ years I have lived here the experience has been 95% positive. The property staff is AWESOME!!! They go out of their way to help tenants and are very responsive.

YOU DO NOT RENT over there . I had a TERRIBLE experience in my life in this place few years ago. Like Leslie Pool already wrote the investors and owners are abusive ( so ready her review for that). SO BE WARNED THEY PLAY DIRTY THERE. So, I tell you what STAY FAR FROM 575 COLUMBIA.

Well as far as apartments go it ain’t bad but the PARKING is horrible usually have to walk 200 yards to my apartment because they are all reserved which you can pay extra for, the hotel style a/c is very loud and you need a fan to push the cold air into your room/bathroom and the hallways/stairs are filthy never been power washed in the two years I’ve been here. They are also some of the most expensive apartments in town. :)

575 Columbia Apartment is indeed a great place to live. I have lived here past 7 months now and it is been great. It is within 10 minutes drive to most amenities in the tri-cities area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and love the fact that it is about 5 minutes of walking distance to the Columbia Park Trail along the Columbia River.

No parking at all, they expect you to park across street and we pay 1025 for a 1 bedroom apt!! Not really any amenities, a tiny weight from and swimming pool is it. Office staff isnt bad just the apt is not worth the price youre paying.

Where do I start? From day one management put the extra effort to make me feel at home. I arrived in Tri-cities late on a Monday night, and yet management met me to turn over keys even though it was after hours. The apartment was in excellent condition, and maintenance has been attentive whenever I needed them, often replying to my requests within 24 hours. Great staff, and great place to live. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years now and I can honestly tell you that I love this place. Simply put, there is not a prettier or more well maintained complex in the Tri Cities. Anna at the front desk is one of the most kind people I have ever met and she has always made every effort to be there for me as a resident and make me feel welcome. I often walk across the street to LuLua or Anthonys and have a beer or a glass of wine with a burger after work. Do you like golf? Well you pretty much live on the golf course. The Columbia river is a stones throw away. This is the best apartment complex in the Tri-cities. Just do it you wont regret it.

DO NOT RENT HERE. The property managers and investors of this complex are abusive in their real estate practices. They have scheduled 4 inspections of my unit in less than 5 months. They do not provide 48 hrs notice. Rather they back date the letter and provide about 24 hrs notice (illegal). They do not have sufficient parking, and they advertise partial month rent free for moving in, but when you ask about this they say we dont have any more of those units available. Again, this is illegal under RESPA (false advertising). I have been documenting several violations personally, and will be filing a law suit via my attorney, for their illegal practices. I hope they get sued by others as well.
