The place was very clean with no loud annoying music and overly chit chat stylist. Very relaxing and comforting atmosphere, my hair stylist was nice and polite. The result was okay tough not amazing. But the 1 hour waiting time really biggest turn off. I set my appointment at 9:45 am, but she started doing my hair at 10:50ish with no explanation. Almost unacceptable, but I wasnt in the mood in being Karen that day. The paying method was also limited to cash, Zelle, Google and Apple, no cards.

Ive wanted to balayage my hair for years but was always too scared to do so. Finally decided to go for it this past weekend and Im so glad I did! Crystal was very communicative and patient with me made sure that I loved the final result. Definitely recommend!

I was in transition of relocating to Dallas from another state and was searching last minute for a hairstylist for my wedding day. I was recommended to Crystal Knight by my florist and instantly connected with her. I forgot to provide certain supplies for my hair trial but she ensured that the style I needed did not need a necessary trial anyways due to the simplicity.The week of my wedding I encountered an issue of hard clumped together hair from doing a self henna and indigo treatment at home. When Crystal arrived on my wedding day and seen what happened to my hair she respectfully advised that our original style which consisted of some blow drying my natural hair before creating a low bun could not be done due to the state of my hair.She used her creative hands and did a freestyle plan- B. Let me tell you my hair looked AWESOME! Long story short, Im a happy bride who is blessed to find Crystal. Shes fast, has dope creativity, respectful, knowledgeable, and the serious about her trade. THANKS CRYSTAL ^_^
