Theyre the best! I have big brows that I love and I only trust the lovely women here to tame them. You cant beat the price either. I usually get my brows threaded and dyed with henna and they always turn out great. It only takes 15 minutes tops, only 5 when I dont get them dyed, and theres hardly ever a wait.

Ive been 2x. First time the lady was kind of rude. Second time different lady was nice. $4 eyebrow thread with cash, not bad at all!

Went to go get my eyebrows tinted and they left one shorter than the other. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS TINTED HERE!!!! I’m literally crying because of how bad it looks

My lady was not wearing a mask and rushed through my eyebrows. I asked her politely to wear her mask and she instead that she is safe because she got vaccinated. My eyebrows were thick and all I asked was for a clean up. She proceeded to make one of my eyebrows thinner than the other.. I was upset to say the least. Will never go back there.

First time Ive gotten my eyebrows threaded since the quarantine started so it was bad! I was very nervous about the pain but the person who serviced me had a very gentle touch. The shop is not glamorous if that is what you are into. You cant beat the prices. I would recommend this place.

I went here to clean my eyebrows. I told her to keep my eyebrows thick and wide. Not only did she make them thin but they are not even! My eyebrows looks horrible

The women are very respectful, knowledgeable about skin care, hair care, and general health. They themselves have beautiful Eastern skin and can teach you how to care for your skin naturally. I don’t allow anyone else to wax or thread me. Very gentle and care about our skin!

Henna artist is not professional. She show a nice picture but do different and bad design. Not recommended.

I enjoy getting my eyebrows threaded and face waxed here! I usually have the owner thread my brows and she never lets me down. Her years of experience definitely shows. I don’t think I’ll be switching salons anytime soon!

They are quick but one lady in there is quick to redesign your eye brows even tho I asked for a clean up only! Ill have to let my brows grow for awhile to fill in the gap she threaded off!

Within for eyebrow tinting. Tech insisted on facial me & my friend. We did get the facials afterall. Put we never plain it we just want eyebrow tinting.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLEI have sparse eyebrows and very fair skin (blonde hair), when I went to get my eyebrows tinted they left the medium brown tint on for 10 minutes. My eyebrows came out black and the lady said they looked great. It took hydrogen peroxide to lighten them up.Listen to all the bad reviews, there is a reason this place is cheap and in a super shady strip mall.

Always in and out in less than 10 minutes. The ladies doing the threading are courteous and knowledgeable. I have been going there for years, and have never had a problem with their services.

The recent pregnant lady that works there is extremely unprofessional. Her facial expression was apathetic and her tone was very stern. I do not appreciate being treated in this manner and usually do not leave reviews as low as this one, but her attitude must change. I hope she becomes more welcoming to customers.If not, then there is an absolutely sweet and professional eyebrow lady named Medina at Sana’s Salon close by. Unfortunately, her salon was packed with people, therefore I had to find another place, but next time I rather wait for Medina than be treated so harshly at Heena boutique.

This store has very convenient location in Richardson and charges lower than any salons I’ve ever been to. But you get what you pay for. I suggest that you increase your prices and hire a better staff that is trained well to do the quality work. I had to go in twice in two weeks because they didn’t remove all the hair.

Ive going to this place for wax since 10 yrs ago .Petra is one of the best. I drive 40 min to just go to her.

Usually enjoy coming here to get my eyebrows threaded. Until today when I came and told this one lady who looks like the youngest out of all of them, that I dont want my eyebrows to look too skinny. Thats exactly what she ended up doing. Who knows now how long it will take for them to fully grow back enough for me to get them threaded again correctly...somewhere else that is.

This place is very affordable and well staffed. Your usually out in 15mins or less. The staff is friendly and the threading is great work. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area. The other salons around Richardson are overpriced for the services rendered. The area is nice and spacious.

Ive been going here for years! They have the most reasonable prices and the wax is completely natural (you can eat it natural)! I love the way they do my eyebrows! They dont over pluck them or leave them bushy in the wrong places. Since its indian, they also do beautiful henna work and herbal facials!

IF YOU CARE ABOUT HOW YOU LOOK AND DONT WANT ANY SCARS, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have accompanied my wife a few times when she has had threading done. This was the worst place ever! The woman doing the threading cut my wifes skin! She made all sorts of excuses about it. We stopped her from doing anything further & left. We noticed after that she also did a horrible job in shaping the eyebrow. There are many other better establishments in the area.

If i can rate 0 i would gv them..this lady in this photo is the worst lady and her behaviour is really bad..her manager should know this..u should treat people with respect if u want respect too..horrible..

They did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Quick and very professional.

The lady who did my brows was very nice but she cut me numerous times. I was actually bleeding but it seemed like she was used to it (did not seem surprised when I showed her the cuts). She threaded very slowly compared to my past experiences so it was also painful. I now have about 5 scabs under my eyebrows. She knew how to shape the brows but definitely does not know how to thread. I dont see the point in making eyebrows look good if it results in noticeable scars.

I love going here to get the organic waxing done on my legs and underarms! They are very thorough and it does not hurt at all.
