From the very first time I stepped into the business until today, I have always had nothing but great things to say about Bright Threading. I found this place on yelp after moving here from out of state at the beginning of the year. I was skeptical to try but i LOVED it. Both girls were very nice and welcoming. They did a great job on my eyebrows! Came out perfectly. I decided toCome back and get my hair done after another salon messed it up and it was fixed perfectly. Explained everything to me told me what they were doing my hair. I have been coming over since. Both girls are friendly and welcoming. They are very accommodating to work schedules. After reading many good reviews, i decided to try threading service here. I just do a full face threading. The service is good. The way she talked is nice. But I really dont like the shape of my eyebrows. And you can easily notice that theyre mismatch. The right side is lower than the left side. Its my third time I do threading but this one is the most hurtful and unattractive experience.

After reading the great reviews I decided to give this place a try. I came in, it was clear that there was only one person working. The lady greeted me after a minute or so and said to give her 10 minutes. 20 minutes passed and I still hadn’t seen her again. It would have been nice to get a realistic time frame or have been acknowledged after the 10 minutes to let me know she would be longer than expected.

Salon smelled pretty bad when I got there. Price wasnt bad however the lady took off the beginning of my right eyebrow.

I love coming here for eyebrow threading and body waxes. I have been coming here for 1.5 years. The price is affordable and Leena is great! She Is quick, efficient, and does a fantastic job!!! I will keep coming here for years to come.

I went here for eyebrow threading but today j stopped by there, and I noticed the door was unlocked but when I went in, the place was completely empty. Im not sure what happened but for now this place is closed.

Today I got my eyebrows and waxing done here. The staff is amazing and prices are very reasonable. The work they did was top quality and I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for any beauty service.

I came here to get a full body and face wax. They paid great attention to detail and were efficient in the removal of hair. They also use chocolate wax which is more gentle on the skin and smells delicious. However, they burned with me the wax on my back and after a few hours I developed a blister on my back. It is painful and disappointing since the reason I went was to get bikini ready for a trip to hawaii and now I have gross blisters on my back. I did call and they offered to compensate me with a discounted service. I also thought they were a little unprofessional. The lady waxing me answered a call on her cell phone while waxing my bikini.Note: I do not have sensitive skin and have been getting waxed since I was in middle school. I have never been burned before. I asked for a refund and they said they would return me $20. They only refunded $17 which is what I had given them as a tip.

The facility is always clean and the staff is always top notch! I have had horrible experiences at other locations that offer eyebrow threading services so I was hesitant at first. After a few weeks of consistent eye brow threadings I can say you will not be disappointed! They do an AMAZING job and the ladies are seriously the sweetest. Got my facial done this Saturday and it was amazing. I got an appointment in advance and the wait time was less than 5 minutes, which was incredible as I hate waiting after taking appointments.Leena, who provided the facial service to me, was very professional; she suggested me the correct facial for my skin type and also explained the process and stages of the facial while performing it. I was very impressed by the service and will surely return again in the future.

I am never disappointed when getting my eyebrows threaded at Bright Threading; yesterday I went in for the usual threading, but decided to ask about getting my hair re-colored and a haircut. I am so glad I did! I paid half of what I usually do at Ulta, and it came out great! These ladies are so wonderful!

Leena is absolutely amazing and so patient! I have to stop her when threading my lip because i dont handle it well. But i have to stop her so many times and she is always so friendly and just so patient like I said. But she had a gentle hand and so friendly!! I schedule an appointment for my brows on my lunch break. Once I got there I had to wait 20 mins due to she was doing a wax. Once my turn, a lady of came and said she will be first, due to the lady went and got her food. I will NEVER go back.

This place is ok for threading. Do not get waxed at this place. The women who waxed me did not know what she was doing. She ended up pulling skin. I left the place bleeding and now have a small scar.

Staff here is very friendly. I loved how they did my eyebrows threading, quick and precise!But when it comes to waxing, I had a very unpleasant experience, they used 2 different types of low quality wax on me, and the cloth they used to remove the wax was jeans cut into long piece which made my experience very painful. I didnt know if it was to save money, but it was very unprofessional, I am never setting foot there for wax services.

When Radhi told me she was moving to a new location, I had to follow her because her work was just as good as her personality. You cant find a lot of people in her field who takes their time on your eyebrows and genuinely cares about their client by simply remembering conversations from previous visits! The prices at this salon was also cheaper than competitor salons in the area (eye brows $4 & upper lip $2). I will definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone who loves great customer service & brow work!

I went for the first time I guess I got stuck with someone who didnt know what they were doing! Half my eyebrow came off! And the tint was so dark I looked like Frida! The girl reeled of smoked and wasnt paying attention she even answered her phone. By the time I could so anything it was to late! Never again who ever gives them more than a stat please tell me which girl because definitely dont go to the thon ome with big eyes
