I found the staff at this salon to be friendly and thorough. The pedicure was great and not rushed. They offer a great variety of colors for a dip. The prices are very reasonable. They dont offer the bells and whistles of large places but thats fine with me. They do nails and they do them well. Ive only gone twice but will go back.

They do a fantastic job every time and they are reasonably priced and a convenient location.

This is my second time wanting to try them and they always tell me to Come back later like if I have nothing else to do .

Masons mommy . I walked in for a full set pink and white . They didnt seem as busy .... got me right in . I was taking off my nails and they had an appointment soon. They denied a woman who walked in .. then another woman walked in . They sat her down and started as well then appointment came in and guess what they focused on the two white woman that had came in maybe regulars ? But they told me to wait now how ridiculous there appointment was late and they took are of the woman who came in after me she didnt even have an appointment like me ! Never again Wont return and wont be leaving a tip.

I love this place! Hannah is the best! Every time I go in there they treat me wonderful. They always try to accommodate my schedule even when I just walk in at the last minute. Never had a bad experience there.

Lily did an amazing job on my pedicure! I am really happy with my predicure AND the price. I felt like the color options for dip were outdated so I ended up only doing a pedicure. Wonderful customer service though!

Katie is my favorite nail tech. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. Willing to fix any issues, broken nail etc without question. Nothin fancy but great ppl, clean and great rates.

I have been going to Nail Tech for many years. My mom took me with her over 5 years ago. When my mother became ill and was in a wheel chair, I would take her to Nail Tech and they helped me transfer her to their chair and ALWAYS were gentle and took care of her. The other members of my family that are local, all use nail tech. They make you feel like you are important. Hannah does amazing nails and waxing. I recently called for an appointment and was told (by Hannah) that they were so busy could I come the next day. When I told her my situation, she told me to come at 5:00. This is when they close. I was expecting to just get my face waxed but when I arrived, two new techs, Kathy and Katy, had stayed late to take care of me. I got my mani/ pedi and face waxing done all after they were to be off work. Now thats what I call going above and beyond!!!!I highly recommend Nail Tech to everyone I can.

I only came here because my regular place was so busy and I needed them asap. They worked too fast. Its only been 2 days and 4 of my nails are chipped already from the gel polish. My thumb nail was smeared from the side and they just kept painting over it and over it. I didnt notice until the end. He didnt bother to clean off the smudges on the side. I had to tell them to clean it off when they thought they were all done. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I dont like the service, they are rude. They will rush you on picking put a color for your nails (they rushed my kids and mother) and then rush on doing your nails like as if I came in on a bust day. Bad service and customer service and then gave the audacity to talk about you! Very pushy people need work on customer service....

Do not go here the guy which is probably the owner was saying a lot of mean things about people. Calling them fat and talking about physical appearance of their customers. He thought I didnt understand but I understood him quite clearly. He was completely faking it and pretending to be nice while talk about me in his native language! Then when I tipped her make a snarky comment! Dont go here! You will not be happy!

Great service. Its my first time. They are very nice and Accommodating and respectful. They stayed past the hour just go suffice customers needs in taking care of mani and pedi. Other shops turn people away 30 mins before close THIS SHOP IS OPPOSITE. THEYRE AIM TO PLEASE. ILL COME BACK AGAIN. Katie & Kat are the 2 ladies who took care of me.

They are not very friendly. I paid for a spa mani pedi. This is no spa. They wanted me to put my right arm across my chest and put on the table where they painted my left hand instead of them switching sides. I told them it was uncomfortable so he finally got off of his butt and changed sides. There was a bubble in the polish on one nail, so I had him redo it. He did not get the edges of my nails very good at all. It has been 36 hours and my polish shows wear on 6 nails. This place is a joke.

Nail techs Cindi and the younger one was rude and minimum customer service, I witness them treat an elderly woman with less respect because she had a lot of questions. I wont bother coming back.
