The service here is absolutely amazing my eyebrows always look exceptional

The worst place ever to get a facial! She poured water from almost an empty water bottle into the bowl she uses for facials… then with the same cream she used to scrub my face she massaged me. She kept massaging the cream harsh on my whole face even inside my nose I could hardly breath. She proceeded putting cold wet towels on my eyes. So unprofessional.

My brows are horrible. I went there 2 separate times and my brows were done by different techs. The 1st left on brow thicker than the other. The 2nd did a rush job, did not even out my brows, did not cut the wild hairs or apply anything afterwards. Plus she poorly used a brow pencil to cover the botched job. I could have plucked them myself & done better, but that’s what I paid them for.The lines are not smooth and defined…and all the hair was not removed. I am not satisfied & will not be returning.

They made my eyebrows SO THIN. It’s going to take me months to grow them back out. I should’ve listened to the reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Do not go to this place they do not know what they are doing . She put my eyelashes on my skin and my lashes were ugly and separated she told me that it was something I did I must have touched them. I went right back in for her to remove the lashes .

Customer Service is good not the best needs improvement. When you walk in they don’t greet you they just stare and continue doing what there doing. I came in as first time and since they didn’t greet me i just sat down and waited for my turn when it came to my time the lady said “sign in” it was my first time there so i had to create an account something I could’ve been doing when i was sitting down. Her work was good but prices are overpriced. $30 for a full face!! Ummm i don’t think so. I normally pay $20 and thats with tip included. Here it would’ve been $30 PLUS tip. So I decided to just get $8 eyebrow

Use to come here for years but they have gotten worse to the point where I will never return. Sharda is the worst person there and should never be allowed to touch people’s faces. She cut me several times on my eyebrows and did a terrible job on them. She was so rough when waxing my upper lip and took off multiple patches of skin. Also, she got a huge amount of wax on in my hair when doing all of this. So unprofessional and didn’t listen to any of my request to be gentle.

Would highly recommend. Went in with no brows and now I have em. The lady who serviced me was sweet. Very satisfied.

First time coming here and if I lived in Texas it would be my spot. Acknowledged me when I walked in, I asked for my brows to be cleaned up and she did such a great job.

Great customer service. However, Im not pleased with the way my eyebrows look. Theyre uneven at the moment and one of my brows are way thinner than the other. I had to go to another salon to try to get them cleaned up.

Worst eyebrows I have ever had done. One of my eyebrows came out way thinner than the other and she didnt even trim the hairs and shaped my eyebrows straight. Then proceeded to tell me it was my eyebrows that were the problem. I will never come back to this place and I suggest no one go!

Today was my first time to visit the...the young that threaded my eyes was Rana she was very polite and nice my eyebrows are so jacked up from last shop but she explain what she was doing and how so I will be returning in two weeks so I keep everyone updated thank you Rana

I found this threading salon while visiting the area and I had my full face threaded. The lady who attended to me was pleasant. She acknowledged me when I walked in and asked me to sign in through their electronic device. The wait period was not too long and I visited around noon. I will definitely visit again when in the area.The salon was well lit and the prices were good.

I love this place! Always come here to get my eyebrows threaded. After the lady is done threading my eyebrows she gives me a 2-3minute massage on my forehead which I LOVE lol. Wish I could give more stars. Eyebrows always looking right because of this place! 🤗🥰

First time getting tint. Absolutely love it!!

I was in a hurry and found this place through my Google Maps, it had been way overdue for me to get my eyebrows done, Gina was able to clean me up and still keep the shape I liked. Cost me the exact same as my regular place so I was happy, liked the touch screen check in and they werent busy during the middle of the day which really helped because I was kinda in a rush. Pleased with the results, price and service.

Wonderful experience. Probably the most painless threading session Ive ever experienced. My eyebrows are looking great and I anticipate to return soon and would certainly recommend this establishment for eyebrow threading and likely their other services which I will be partaking in, in the future

Not very personable but very professional. First time anyone has every plucked waxed or threaded a brow on my face and did a great job. My Dsughter also had hers threaded and was pleased! Very fast service. Reasonably priced.

I have been going to the same eye brow lady for the past 5 years or so and I had to find a new one because I recently moved. Im so happy 😁 I found this place. They took me right in on a Friday evening! & I left trusting them with my crazy brows. Definitely coming back here!

Definitely recommend this place. I normally pay $5 at some other place, but this place is so hygienic & they actually take their time with your eyebrows! My eyebrows have never looked so good!!

They do a great job. Never had to wait for very long. Clean atmosphere & nice employees!

Excellent service. Reasonably priced. My only complaint is the lack of privacy. I wish that they had individual booths instead of your service being performed out in the open.

Amri is the best! She make sure the seat is sanitized, she wears gloves and uses a new thread for each eye. She takes her time to get every hair and she makes sure that you like the eyebrow she did before moving on to the other one. She’s all about quality which makes me feel very comfortable. I go to her every Sunday and sometimes Saturday.

I always go here for my eyebrows. ALWAYS. So today I got my eyebrows done with the younger girl there and she did tone waaaaay too thin and the other way too thick. I’m so disappointed because I hate it when they’re thin and it’s horrible. And it’s happened the same with her another time. The other older woman does a great job but after this I’m never going back again.

The staff are not professional. Don’t expect bougieness. Just try to go when its no so busy. Friday is way busy. Tuesday is not so busy. I wish they would not put aloe vera on my face without asking first.

This hidden place is pretty safe as long as you get Shara (maybe mispelling this) I made the mistake once to get my eyebrows done by another lady that seemed new there and she butchered me. However, my regular brow stylist (if you may) is not to blame, so I kept the 5 star rating. Also, they run regular specials and after 8 trims you can get one free. Not too shabby :)

Love coming here. The ladies are always very attentive and take time with each customer. Ive gone back twice and its been great every time.

I came here about a week ago for the first time, the lady did my eyebrows PERFECTLY it only cost $8 and got a text saying my 8th visit was free. This was my first time threading and it didnt irritate my skin like waxing does. I will be coming back😁

They do a great job and keep the stations clean. Prices are extremely reasonable and they have a reward system.

Perfect location hidden away so it’s not super packed! I got in & out in less than 30 minutes! My baby stayed asleep the whole time also!

She completely over threaded my eyebrows. Please dont make the mistake I did by going here. She overdid one side and then kept going from eyebrow to eyebrow trying to make them even and turned them into almost nothing. Its embarrassing and I got them tinted light brown but theyre black. Also she kept getting my skin when she threaded. If youre weary of coming, go with your gut and turn around.

This is my go to place I always get a very good job but today I went in and there was this new lady that I never seen before my eyebrows were very thick because I came a long way when I started with them they really helped grow my brows but this new lady left them thin and horrible half of my eyebrows is missing very disappoint in the job I got done today.

This was just a terrible experience.

I recently stumbled across this store, and i am so happy i found it. its quaint, has great prices, and the service is great. will be visiting this place soon again.

Everytime I go in here its always a pleasure! I get right in & their work is amazing.

I had a little bit of a wait, but I came in within the hour of closing. One review said to not come at closing, so I got there about 45m ahead of time. The lady did a GREAT job! I usually go to SOI Brow, but this will be my new go-to place when I am in town. I really felt like she took the time even though there was a line waiting.

Sharda Rana blew me away TODAY. She literally did my eyebrows the BEST ANYONE HAS EVER DONE. I have been to several places & have never been this impressed. She took her time, went over the area to make sure she got it all. She is very detailed. I went back an hour later to get my lashes done by her. She did amazing on that as well. Ask for her, I HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER. U will be so satisfied. She is there on mondays, Tuesday’s, & Saturday’s!

Visited while in town. Im picky and this place was on point.

I give 4 stars because I was accepted as a walk-in on Friday evening close to closing time. Eyebrow threading was great, but I also received Eyebrwo Tint which is supposed to last 4-6 weeks. The lady even told me it was supposed to last 4weeks. Well it only lasted about 36-48 hours lol. SAD. Still like the place though and I’m going to try out their lash extensions.

First visit in, (walk-in) Sharda did a beautiful job on my brows! When I got to work on Monday, one of my coworkers immediately noticed and complimented how perfectly shaped they looked. She maintained the thickness while giving them a great natural arch-in about 10 minutes. I highly reccommend this salon for your threading needs.

Eyebrows are uneven. I brought in a picture of myself showing how I like my eyebrows done. Instead, I was told about how my eyebrows arent naturally that shape. I know they arent naturally that shape; that is why I get them professionally done.

Dont go here. I walked in clearly stating I DONT LIKE SKINNY EYEBROWS. And what she do MAKE THEM EXTRA SKINNY. Geesh then had the nerve to insult my eyebrows like this my first time getting them threaded. I like them shaped not two sizes down. Please have several seats lady. And ones way smaller then the other

Anita was a little rude. Didnt ask me how I liked my brows. I can in with thick brows and left with thin rounded cousins. Plus it was $8. Not even super cheap. I wont be returning here.
