Just called to see if they had any jobs, the guy act like he couldnt hear me, then hung up the phone, I called back to see why he hung up, he answered the phone sounding aggravated, i asked if he had any jobs available and he responded with we dont open until 9 (it was 8:35am when I called) and clients dont call us with jobs until 10am so call back at 10am . Who ever is working the phones is rude and should work behind the scenes if you dont have any customer service skills. And if you dont open until 9am then you should update your time on Google so people will know that. Its that simple

The only reason they have 1 star is because some of the staff are very friendly. Other than that, this place is unprofessional and unorganized. There were multiple times when I came back to turn in paperwork at 1:00pm when they reopen after lunch but there was no one there. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to arrive which is very inconvenient when they say they’ll be open at 1. They had to look around for my folder which they seemed to misplace every time I got there. Also, I wanted to find a job while I was here for the holidays and they informed me I would be able to. Once the process started with me getting the job, they sent me to the wrong places at the wrong times. I had to drive back and forth all over the city trying to submit paperwork work to them after they had me go in a scavenger hunt to figure out where I actually needed to go! I had to keep driving back to the agency and they would then send me on another journey rather than just telling me everything I needed at the BEGINNING. This whole run around lasted for 2 weeks to the point when there was no point in me trying to work anymore because I’ll be leaving to go back to school. If they knew it would take so long they should have told me from the beginning or suggested a different job placement. They are really all over the place and this “temp” agency failed at their one job. Very disappointed and I hope no one uses them in the future.

This place is a joke, they are liars and scammers, Dont, I repeat dont look for employment here, my friend worked one day for this company, when he called for his pay card the lady at the front desk told him, that he dont get paid cause he only worked one-day, talking about its their policy, theres no such thing as free labor, especially if your not incarcerated or on probation, and my friend has no record and has a high school diploma. My friend continued to call they tried telling him a 2nd lie that he picked his card up already which he hadnt, another guy by the name of Alex called him (my friend ) from the office again saying they couldnt find (it,) the pay card then suddenly he finds it, my friend goes to pick his card up, activate and its a replacement card, and it only had 6.42 out 106.82, I called the dispute line for the card holder, they stated that someone went to a gas station and used a private atm in the store, these people play games and then play the victim when you approach them about your money, they are rude and unprofessional and will hang up on you because they knew what they did, they are thieves, this company is frauding people, or they have thieving employess, either way my friend didnt get his paycheck yet, a card yes, paycheck No. The card that he was originally suppose to get was cancelled and replaced with a new one, and the balance was 6.42 which was transferred from another card that he was originally suppose to get but someone in that office took it upon their selves to fraudulently take money that he worked hard for. Theres no telling how many other people theyve done this too. Also it was a black girl, smart mouthed she hung up on my friend when he called to inquire about his check pretends like she is taking care of it and hung up on him that is guilt, they are cold busted for this one. Frauds, these staffing agencies are rip offs, thieves and rude . My friend will not stop until he finds out who stole his pay check. They are foul and lying deceiving staffing, Stay AWAY

Very unprofessional. Over the past 3 months they have shorted my hours 4 times different times and each time, I have to go through so much unnecessary obstacles to receive the money Ive worked hard for. This place is a scam and needs to be shut down!
