Families undergoing the turmoil of losing their children to the foster system and working hard to get them back is a concern that has not been voiced loudly enough. It is even more difficult for them to go through their struggles being deprived of the confidence their children are safe or knowing something traumatic has already happened to them outside of their care.Roberta and Thomas Goe are not capable of caring for children. Their sole interest in fostering is for monetary gain and personal utilization of childrens tax credit. Bobbi lets anxiety get to her and lashes out. She speaks poorly of biological families to the foster children in her home, making pointless and demeaning remarks that are opiniated and unimportant to what she should consider her primary responsibility.Furthermore, it can be debated that making a careless mistake may be more forgivable when honesty is present. However, acting out or allowing something to happen to other peoples children, then taking drastic measures to hide, cover up and sweep under the rug instead of admitting, is when it becomes a crime. When Bobbi violates her role, regardless of intention on multiple accounts of severity, not only is she guilty but commits illegal bribery with children she fosters and/or threatens them not to tell anyone. Currently, this family still has their license to foster despite being responsible for numerous offenses against children.For those families who have children in the foster system, especially in the Madison County area, it is important to document as much as possible. Removing a child from their native home not only to place them in an unfamiliar setting but also subjecting them to more harm is not the answer. You are correct in having a gut feeling organizations and centers affiliated with DCFS or CPS are employed with workers who are far less concentrated than you for the safety of your children.With what little concern most of them have stems from their interest in only keeping their jobs, with knowledge if an illegal event has occurred in the foster home - every caseworker involved is liable. For that fact, members of the department are limited to having a true passion for children if they choose to place jobs first before safety and work to hide the evidence instead. We feel even the justice system is deficient in what should be their proactive involvement with childrens security, as this countys judges have heavily based their decision making from relying on corruptive caseworkers and are nonchalantly dismissive.It is best for Bobbi and Tom Goe to resign from fostering, before any more children be affected by their cruel and disruptive actions. Bobbi may not have intention to cause harm, but she is certainly too dim-witted to care for children. She lacks common sense and only fosters as means to obtain extra money. She does not do it to help struggling people with raising their children while they work on their issues, or advocate in strengthening family bonds. She does it for a reason completely irrelevant towards having any sort of interest in helping others.Whether they choose to do so or it may be illegal to post individual names is irrelevant. This is a matter that has to be heard, and it is being forgotten and silenced. There shouldnt have to be a desperation for posting online or fear of disciplinary action when voicing out a serious concern a family member may have about their children who should be held under high government standards but are not. There are people devoting the rest of their lives to seek legal justice and creating awareness derived from what these unqualified people have done to the innocent who fell under their care.To any person having or had a negative affiliation with a department who is ultimately responsible for childrens safety and not overall, but completely devoted to each childs well-being in entirety, and who is passionate on seeking a change, the approach is to not be forceful, but to be bold, strong and not ever back down when wanting a difference.

Its okay if they close for covid-19, but not anyone else. Lost all help my family was receiving, because of covid-19 tanked my business, and my Dad needs full time care. I cant get a letter from the doctors office, because he is overwhelmed by covid-19 regulations. Dont know how we are going to eat this month, and God for bid one of us gets sick. Thanks for being there to help....not.

Got finger printing done.Very fast, and efficient. Also very helpful when we where late due to weather. They still fit me in and helped me without issues.

Most of the time they arent helpful. They usually arent super rude or mean, they are just inconvenient and inefficient. I am okay talking with them on the phone, or having an agent talk to them, but when I go in person, I just feel like Im wasting time.

They were not able / willing to help me! ( Probley because not black or Mexican.?). They get lost of help.!
