Best company Ive worked for. They truly take care of staff and client alike. Lots of perks and good benefits too. I love seeing my clients smiling and happy.

This company is a joke. As stated in previous reviews. There is a high turn over. Management is horrible. They dont listen or care what happens to their employees. They take clients words over their employees. I was racially discriminated against by upper management. Other employees of color have also be discriminated against as well.

I’ve been working here for little over a year now. It does have its ups and downs but it’s a awesome job. I love working with the clients and watching them achieve their goals. I also really enjoy being TC. It’s a hard working job but it is definitely worth watching the clients achieve their goals and to get far in life.

I havent been working here for long but I love every single minute of it. It has been the most worthwhile job that I have had.

Don’t let these reviews think this is the best job in the world because it just might be the worst. The job itself is great and very fulfilling, but the management is the WORST management I have ever worked with. They act like they don’t care about their clients or their workers. Their turn over rate is bad for a reason, folks!! They still owe me money which I know I’m not getting, along with my sister and her fiancé. Save yourself a headache and don’t let them fool you.

DO NOT WORK HERE! I wish I could give it 0/5. No help from management. Employees do not matter here. I worked here 9 months and they only ever “gave” a 15 cent raise ( that was never actually given to me for Bogus reasons) Not a work environment you want to be in! Go somewhere else. You’ll thank me later.

It is not easy for anyone to try and deal with special needs or mental illness, but this company does a stellar job of helping those in need try and make progress and grow. The goal for programs like this isnt to isolate them, they are humans with equal rights and should be treated as such even if we dont understand their behavior. I think this company does a great job of helping these people and they will continue to help them without judgment. These people need help and are getting it. These are the types of programs that many people wish there were more of, to give those who cant provide for themselves a home and a life.

If I could give it only half a star, I would. Unethical, immoral, and all of management is in cahoots to protect each other. Did not listen to me. I asked for email addresses to complain to them when I quit and they did not give me any emails. There was no exit interview or anything for me to express my concerns either. I was yelled at by more than one person in management before they could hear the entire story or my reasons or logic. They verbally abuse their clients and their staff. Poor leadership. Unprofessional. Hire anyone and everyone, not professionals and not people who want to advance in the field. 18 year olds who have no experience or desire to be working the job other than the money are hired. Unusually high number of people who quit. Management and other staff talk behind your back to clients and other staff members. Heard one too many horror stories about management getting into yelling fights. Heard one too many clients cry and complain theyre not taken care of. Was encouraged by management to go against my morals. I have too many complaints to put here. Unethical and immoral. That should be enough to warn you.

Awesome place! They give AMAZING support services to adults with disabilities. Plus, theyre always hiring so swing in and pick up an application.

Management is very involved in clients lives they always listen to staff and help out. staff really care about the clients and do a great job. this organization is really good.

Its a decent company, not super professional.

This company has a poor moral foundation. Mistreatment of clients by employees does not get corrected. If a client is assigned a uncaring employee they will be mistreated with no correction.Supervisors are expected to do extra training with no additional pay. Any money spent on gas to take clients to doctors appointments or to do fun things is not reembursed to employees.In addition, management will threaten to fire employees if they decide to file police reports on clients that physically or sexually abuse the employees.When some of these problems were brought up receptionists became verbally abusive and the owners refused to address the problem period.If you are considering working for this place keep all documentation of hourly work, pay stubs, and read through all paper work before you sign it. The company has been very thorough in the paper work they provide to the employees and any wrong doing they could inflict on employees is carefully covered in this paper work. HAS inc not ethical or morally sound.

Well the police were called to the H.A.S home across street again last night. Obscenities being yelled, outside as children in our neighborhood were walking by. The resident told the police that she was not taking her meds. We live in a very nice peaceful neighborhood and have since the 70s. It is a shame that this home has changed our neighborhood. We have family members that have came by and have been afraid to get out of their cars. They have crossed the line when workers are assisting the residents by coming with them as they knock on our door soliciting money. Wow something needs to be done.

I worked for H.A.S. in Idaho Falls....😶

Not only is one of their customers harassing the neighbors by going door to door to solicate money but it is being done in the company of their staff member. After contacting two levels of management of this business about what was going on I was told that their was nothing that they would do to control their clients behavior and it was obvious that they did not care. They also told me that they were aware of violent activities by the people that live in this house in our neighborhood that has elderly and very young children. I made sure that the police were aware of this situation and I was not surprised that this was not an isolated event and that just one week before they were called out. Their are eight of these business locations in Rexburg and Im not sure how they do it but I hope that you dont have one near you. Im not sure why the city of Rexburg allows these business to be in residentual neighborhoods.
