I am 17 and we teens are all about hair style. Nowhere in the valleys have I been able to find a salon that can do fades or tapers as well as they do. They truly live up to their name. Precision cuts are truly precise. Love it there this is my new place to go.

I always come here to get my haircuts. I always struggle finding a decent barber who can cut mens hair styles. I highly recommend Q for all mens (and boys) haircuts! He will spend the time you want and make sure you leave looking good. Ive never left and had any feelings of regret or worry that my hair was cut incorrect. Even when I make a big change to my style he still gets it perfect! 5 stars for sure!

Best hair cut in the north valleys

This is a quiet and quaint salon with a happy and friendly atmosphere. It is clean and well taken care of by the staff. I was greeted in a friendly manner and able to be cleaned up quickly. I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail by the technician, she did an excellent job in a decent amount of time. I will be going back for another hair cut sooner rather than later now. The price was definitely competitive to all the other big shops, but the hair cut was better!

I never post reviews but I got my hair cut done here. It was a last minute walk in for them and they decided to do it. The women brushed my hair but not from bottom to top it was top to bottom and ripped out some of my hair, it definitely hurt and she didnt care. She didnt really ask what I wanted it or what I thought of doing just chopped it off and when it came to my bangs I asked for angled and she just chopped it from eyebrow to cheek bone exactly what I didnt want, she didnt take her time and ask what I wanted. Just did it. She asked if I wanted layers and I asked for her opinion and she just said nothing and went ahead with her own thing. I was scared to get my hair cut because of these kind of stylists. It was by far my worst experience. And when she flat ironed my hair she didnt use any heat protection at all. I would never go back

She did exactly what I asked for. I was afraid of anyone doing my pedicure after a bad experience ACROSS THE STREET, where they pulled out an ingrown toenail without soaking my foot!! Ive NEVER experienced anything like that before. Loann was professional and careful with my injury. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been coming to this place for almost a decade, since I was in high school, and I have to say this is my favorite place to go for a haircut. The staff is very friendly and always give me the haircut or hair dye that I ask for. They’re very professional and family friendly and I plan to continue going for as long as I live in Reno .

We walked in for pedicures and didnt have to wait. The ladies in the shop were very professional and friendly. The shop and the equipment were clean, the service was great and our pedis were awesome. I would come back and highly recommend this shop.

Louann did my hair. I thought with the good reviews I would try this place. Nope, $$$ down the drain. I feel like she screwed up on purpose because when she told me she wanted to charge $120 I asked if she could go down to $100. She said ok but I cant cut your hair...ok whatever I had her do it anyway. Absolutely horrible blending job! The photo on the left is what I showed her I wanted, two on the right is my hair. I told her not to go so high. Also her husband washed and dried my hair so she can tend to a different client. He half-assed washed/dried it and was rough. He didnt put any product whatsoever in my hair and also used his fingers instead of a brush when he dried. I told her I didnt like it and she just waived it off trying to explain to me what hombre style is. I had an hombre at one point and it didnt look like this! I wanted to leave without paying, but I still did just no tip. Bad experience.

Worst pedicure ever. I went in for a mani/pedi, but after an hour and a half for the pedi, I had no time left to get my mani done. To top it off, my pedi was terrible. Very poor job on my cuticles and even worse on the polish. The woman had to remove the polish twice on one foot because she kept bumping it and messing it up. On a positive note, she was very nice. Shes probably a wonderful hair stylist, but she has no business doing nails. $40 down the drain.

Worst haircut my husband and I ever had, we had to go home and attempt to fix it ourselves, very unclean and outdated as well as no air conditioning. We will never be back.😝
