I just paid 71 dollars for this Iv came to her a few times got a few different designs the most she charged me was 60-65 for no design just shimmeryNice stuff, and different colored fingers I never experienced this with her before, She would not fix the shape of at least my thumbs yelling at me she doesn’t care I had to wait 30 minutes before she even started and I was like 5 mins early to my appointment the nail glue she used burned my nails really bad like she could have asked me to come back The next day to fix it now I have to be stuck with nails like this for weeks I am feeling really embarrassed ripped off and literally crying tonight.

Me and my roommate booked two fills together at 1 pm and my roommate got taken care of in time but I waited an hour to just get my acrylics taken off because I was so tired of waiting. Would give it zero stars for their total lack of time management if i could. Absolutely ridiculous. Whats the point of booking an appointment if I still have to wait an HOUR? The person who took my nails off also rushed to take them off so she could take another client. Stop overbooking yourselves and take care of the clients you are already working on! We will absolutely never be back or reccomend this place to anyone. Also $15 to remove acrylics and still leave my natural nails looking like garbage.

Natalie did a good job! I love the shape and color. The matte finish was a nice touch. Natalie was super friendly too. Being from out of town, I was very hesitant to get acrylics since this was my first time visiting but I’m glad I decided to get them. I knocked off one star because they did not offer to oil my cuticles and I had to ask for it. I also noticed that there were small pieces of acrylic stuck to my fingertips and under two nails.

Best pedicure, the foot message was fantastic. Paid for extra time well worth it, after working on your feet all the time. Felt like he really took his time and didnt just rush though it. Feet were completely relaxed. Manicure came out awesome so happy with the shape and color. Definitely coming back here. Convenient when my Mans gambling across the street.

My friend and I were walk ins for manicures and Mae was amazing! She is very sweet made our nails look fabulous! Prices are more than fair, and facility is clean. I am verry happy with my nails, and recommend this place to others. Thank you Mae!

I went in needing a fill. They took me in right away and was pleased with that. Right when she stated she told me she needed to remove the acrylic that was on my nails since it was “old and bad” . I agreed to it but little did I know that was the worse decision I had made! She tore the acrylic off with so much force it got to the point where my pinky nail did start to bleed. She did not ask if I was ok or asked how I was doing she just continued on tearing them off with force. When she was done she left my natural nail so short it was hurting. She then continued gluing on the fake nail and I could feel a burning sensation. I continued with the service because I figured I was already there the outcome of the nails might be good. It indeed got worse. She left my nails really fat and ugly as she was apply the acrylic. She changed the shape of my nails and on top of that the nails were painted as if a kid painted them. I was so upset with the outcome. I just wanted to stop the service and leave but I figured I was already there and would just pay for it anyway. I definitely would not recommend this place AT ALL!!! It could be that she was rushing because she needed to be somewhere I’m not sure but never going back there ever again...

I scheduled an appointment for 3pm. Theyre lucky they sat me in a massage chair for my pedicure because it took them 35 minutes to actually start doing anything. I got the basic pedicure and it was fine. I go to do my nails and the nail artist just assumed I wanted fake nails and started cutting off my attempt at growing long nails. They barely spoke English while I was sitting there. It was just a discouraging visit. And I was referred to this place by a co-worker, which is why I ignored all the negative reviews. But theyre true. Dont go here unless you have the time to wait forever and dont want to actually be spoken to.

UNPROFESSIONAL! I called around for a nail place so my nails could be done “today”! this place said they could take me at 2 not 2:20 or 2:30 2 o’clock I understand 10mins but she said it’ll be 20 mins when I got there at 1:57pm I made an appointment for a reason that’s the reason you call to make an appointment to set a time highly unprofessional! They could of said we were busy and I could of called a different place but no now I couldn’t have my nails done for the function I was attending so thank.

Unsatisfactory service. They made me wait more than one hour, then the girl made my nails so fast. At the end, my nails were horrible. My nails look like if they had stuck a piece of gum on them.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband. He is a tile setting contractor and to say that his hands were a challenge is a gross understatement. Vu took care of him with a manicure and pedicure (poor gal - his feet were equally, uh, challenging!). He came home just raving about his experience. She made him feel welcome and took great care of him. The results spoke for themselves - soft well groomed hands and feet. Thank you!

Awesome place! Everyone was very friendly and I got in on the same day. She really took the time to fix a bad job done on my nails. She was quick, precise, and did a beautiful job. Prices were very reasonable. This place was clean and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back!

Made fun of my nails and my hands I left and cried NEVER COMING BACK! lady rushed through my nails and it was only me and my mom in there so I don’t understand why she rushed through my nails. I felt very judged and she hurt my thumb by using the file way to aggressively and on high RIDICULOUS!!

They were very nice and friendly but the quality of the acrylic nail is awful, there’s bubbles and random specs of glitter and pet hair embedded in the nail. Plus she filed them super weird so one side angles in but the other side is straight? For $55 + tip I would expect better. I wouldn’t recommend or go back, unfortunately.

Came by for a quick pedi while out of town. It’s a low key spot but they are professionals. Totally relaxing experience with lots of attention paid to cleaning up my toes. Well worth a visit.

They always do an awesome job on my nails, but this time we were in for my daughters wedding. There were 5 of us and we had an appointment. Very little wait for our pedicures and they sat us all together. All the people were awesome, asking about the wedding, joking with us and adding to the fun. Suggest for any bridal party for sure.

Even though I did leave a tip,I was not at all satisfied with the outcome of my pedicure the nail tech Did not properly trim or clean my cuticles And this is why I will not be going back for any service at the salon even though it’s four minutes away from my home .

So at first when I got there everything was good but then i. Broke a nail in 2 days later I Called And Natalie told me to come in and they’d take care of me so I came in and Natalie didn’t do my nails btw a different lady did en I showed her the nail and she said I told you too long and she said next time you come in you have to pay five dollars and that seems kind of obvious but then she didn’t take her time on the broken nail it wasn’t even at all it was longer than my Other nails and the first Time I got them done the lady that did my nails and another lady we’re talking about how they were too long and I feel I should be able to get my nails done how ever I pls if I’m paying 50 dollars for them

I enjoyed my experience but felt ripped off when it came time to pay. I asked for a spa pedicure which was $30 and was charged $40. I guess the nail polish I chose was gel resulting in a $10 extra charge, which I wasnt made aware of at the time. If I had known I would have picked a different color!

I never been to diva nails before today. My experience there was pleasant and beautiful. The place is clean and quiet. The people who work there are excellent and sweet. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone I know.

TERRIBLE. Went there on a Sunday and got a pedicure along with a manicure. We did my toes first, which are a mess the nail polish is uneven and looks like my 5 year old painted them. The lady who painted my toes was completely rushed and and could care less of the terrible job she did. Next I got my nails painted with GEL polish. Not even a week in-the paint is chipping one nail- the polish completely came off!!! TERRIBLE service. Never again, COMPLETE WASTE of time & money.

Overpriced nail salon. They will charge you for everything like length colors gel polish or not You show them a picture of how you want your nails and they tell you what they are gonna do. Because apparently what you want is not the right thing. My diamonds that I got fell off a couple hours later.

If I could rate a 0 I would. This place was super unprofessional and rude. Ju who did my nails was super rude and seemed annoyed she had to replace my gels. She took them off and asked if I wanted to keep the length. My nails were super grown out so I had I needed them a little shorter, she didn’t ask how short and cut my nails off all the way down to my nail line. Leaving me with no length. She then said a simple glitter design couldn’t be done by her and it would be more money. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I loved going here, Im super hard on nails and usually all of my nails break before I can get a fill. But I went here on a recommendation and I think I found my new nail place. Though it was a bit over priced for a full set and a design was 50, but Im not too terribly upset with the turn out!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this nail shop first time here tried to way over charge my nails $85 for new set and design ridiculous! Then had the nerve yo tell me what they not gonna do and that dont have jewels which clearly you can see on display all the jewels. The lady who did my nails was very rude and service was disgusting my friend had bad experience too by vick and uncomfortable about being sexually harassed. Another lady and her husband left mad as well and unsatisfied no wonder no-one was in there or came in during our session.. ashamed about this place and its workers so very extremely unprofessional!

They layer on acrylic powder so if you dont like thick nails dont come. the shape isnt what i asked for at all, and my pinkys are really crocked. but they are nice people
