WOW!! What an amazing first experience going to this salon, I had the incredible Julie do my nails and she absolutely killed it! The service and atmosphere was one of the most friendly I have ever seen, all of the employees seem to love their job and they deserve our business hands down!! I’ve already had so many compliments on these nails I can’t wait to go back for more sets from them 🤍

Very happy with my nail technician! I brought him a photo of the design I wanted and it came out exactly the same! My natural nail is already very thin and in shape is very small. He was really careful when filing (which I loved cause many other places have cut me multiple times) Of course I changed the length because I work at a restaurant but still the price was fair for the length and design.

I just had my nails done by Katie and I absolutely love them! I’ve gone to legacy nails 3 times and have always left satisfied. Today I wanted a full set of acrylics with a pedicure gel tip and I’m very happy with the work done. I called and Lexi answered, she was super nice they were busy and unfortunately I did not have an appointment but they were still very willing to accommodate my party of three. Katie did amazing work and was super friendly. She was very gentle with me and timely. I gave a four star rating only because the other two members of my party felt like the services they received were not up to their standards by their techs. If booking an appointment I highly recommend asking for Katie she does amazing work. ☺️

Not as clean as I would like and my tech cut me three times, twice with the cuticle trimmer and once with the orange buffer. I paid for the deluxe ($41.00) and it was not worth it. Tech did not trim or file my nails. Tech did not salt scrub my left foot (just the leg) and did not give me a massage. She used a callous scraper that she took from the tech next to her and that tech had just used that same scraper on the girl next to me. I don’t know why I didn’t say something right then. I doubt the polish will last because she also didn’t put a top coat on. The girl next to me had a deluxe pedi and it lasted twice as long, her toes looked pretty and she got a leg and foot massage. I do mot recommend this place.

This is my second visit to this place. Great service - great price - friendly staff!! Super safe with covid!! Will come back next time in the area for a mani/pedi.

Hai did my nails the other day and they came out AMAZING! He did a beautiful pink ombre and even suggested a pink that had An amazing sparkle to it. I was seated fast and my nails were done quickly but not rushed. I love how they came out and ill definitely be returning

OMG... so I have never had my nails painted before and this place was absolutely phenomenal! They talked to me on the phone, and then when I arrived I was able to show them the pictures of what I wanted. They made the entire experience flawless.

I live an hour out of Reno and had set my appointment at a different salon. When I showed up they had set the appointment for the wrong day and I was pretty SOL on a Saturday evening. I called around to other salons, all booked, until I fell on this place. The lady on the phone told me to come on in for a walk in and boy am I glad I did! They got me in within five minutes and Hai completely transformed my ugly misshapen acrylics into beautifully shaped fall nails without damaging my nail bed or taking off my previous set. He was amazing! Thank you so much Hai!!! I’ll definitely be back ☺️ You were the hero of the day!

I’ve been to Legacy a few times because it is convenient. Each time I’ve left somewhat disappointed but kind of an eye roll..you get what you pay for. After much time I gave it another try. Pedicure was ok barely. Top choice and a five minute message? Electric file hit my toe and now angry red. Using antibiotic on it. And polish on left foot completely bubbled and peeled off within one day. I can’t go back as I’m now out of town.Fill was better.I will not be back.

Amazing nail place! Pedicure + acrylics are very good. I had an appointment at 11am and it was honored. I didnt have to wait much. Plus it was very hygienic and clean.

Came to this place for the first time! I usually do my own gel nails myself but wanted to try the swirl design but couldnt get it right. I came to here and let me tell you I WILL BE BACK. My tech took her time and gave me such a great manicure.

WAY over priced for the work. My natural nail was way over filed and the acrylics aren’t done very well for the price they are charging. Only charging this because of where they are located They’ll definitely get you in the same day but they get everyone in same day and it’s just a busy mess. There are so many other places in Reno that do quality work for a better price. Felt scammed here.This is about a week after my nails were originally done. They are lifting quite a bit. Im always happy to pay for my length desired and for design. These cost $70.

Went in for a gel manicure & despite the place being super busy I was seated with a nail tech pretty quickly. My nail tech was super friendly & attentive, so no complaints there! The quality of the manicure was just okay, I wouldn’t say it was worth the price I paid at all, but I wasn’t expecting anything perfect from this place upon walking inside. My issue is with the cleanliness of this salon- it was super packed and when I sat down there was still nail dust left behind from the previous client and tools left on the little desk area. The area wasn’t cleaned & instead the tech just wiped away the area with his bare hands and started working on my nails. A few days/maybe a week after my manicure here I literally developed a wart on my thumb- & I’ve never ever dealt with warts before. It wouldn’t go away so I had to go to my derm to have it treated. I will absolutely not be going back here in the future & would recommend no one else does either, I didn’t feel it was sanitary and I regret not walking back out after seeing the state of the salon upon arrival.

Came in the next morning and was sat right away with a nice girl, she was super nice and friendly. She got started right away. She was very mindful of what I wanted, always asked if the length, shape, etc were ok.

I have been going and seeing Julie for a few years now. She has always done AMAZING stuff with my nails (I am very picky about them). She is creative and will always share her ideas with me. I would be lost without her!

I came in to get a pedicure and this was my first time here. Came as soon as they opened without an appointment. Very nice staff and my nail technician was very good. Overall great experience. Ill definitely be back again soon

This place came highly recommended by my hairstylist and I was sorely disappointed. Went in for two pedicures and a full set manicure for myself. Haven’t had nails on a while as I work outside. That being said these nails are disastrous. Bubble imprints on multiple nails, uneven lengths, some are crooked, and some just don’t even fit on my entire nail. I asked for oval and somehow managed to get a mix between oval and almond. I wanted a specific design but was told I had to do something simple. My nails look super thick in some areas and very thin in others. I will not be going back to this place again, I will stick to somewhere closer to home with less gouging prices.

The techs here are so friendly and did a great job on our pedis! Good array of color choices. They offer standard and gel options. Standard pricing.

My wife came in to get her nails done by a guy named Erick. First off Ill say my wife is very unconfrontational so I will speak in her place. She asked for fairly basic design on her nails that he couldnt do. He basically only could do solid colors, which you can do with a kit you get off Amazon. She said it only took 20min to get a full acrylic set but felt like everything was very rushed. She said he was filling so fast that he was hitting her skin and hurting her. On top of her having to settle for less than satisfactory nails. Erick wasnt very personable and felt fake, his attitude shows in his work. They also charged $70 for basic nails. Overall I will not be sending my wife back here to get her nails done.

Friendly and always welcoming. I go to Hannah. She is the best and comes up with the most creative designs! I just pick out a color and let her work her magic. The setting is also very relaxing and beautiful.

My wife has had her nails done here for the past 3 months. Hannah is her manicurist and each time her nails are beautiful. Each time a different design. They last a long time with no lifting or problems. The shop is very clean & sanitary. The people are very professional and polite. My wife is thrilled. Happy wife happy life.

Got a regular mani and pedi here earlier this week. The salon was sooo clean and the staff were so accommodating. I rarely get my nails done, but this is definitely a salon I would keep coming back to.

Katy is a queen! She’s super flexible with appointments, always willing to squeeze you in and get you taken care of. I do simple solid-color acrylics, in a short stiletto shape and Katy’s got a good attention to detail and always listens when I say “shorter and sharper”.

Way over priced. Spent a little over 300 for 3 basic pedicures no gel cause that would have been 30 extra bucks a person, the rest was 3 full sets simple designs. Ive never seen prices like that. Get tired of doing my own nails, but with prices like that Ill keep doing my own. Never againThe date was March 21st. I spent 303.29. 31 for 3 basic sets no gel cause the lady said it would be 60 for gel. The 3 full sets.

Took my Moms here for mothers day. It wasnt a great experience. I felt like it was rushed. Especially for me, my feet were started 15 minutes after my moms and was still finished at the same time. Paid for 3 pedicures with tips was $200. Ive had better experiences at cheaper places.

I can’t express the love I have for Julie! She always knows exactly what I want and I’m never disappointed! Thank you, Julie for being my favorite nail lady!

Edit: I’ve been getting my nails done for a year now by HANNAH! Her sets are the STRONGEST I’ve ever had. They can last me a whole month before getting a fill! I’m super clumsy with my nails and have even dropped weights on them at the gym, and I’ve NEVER had one lift or break!My first time here was great! Julie did an awesome job with the design, shape and length of my set. The 1st picture is 2 weeks later, Im very happy with the results, they have managed to stay on, and I havent experienced any lifting or staining.

Really bad pedicure. Nail polish is super thick so it’s not drying properly and the edges are very sloppy. Won’t be going back.

I received a Spa Pedicure with Gel polish from Katie today. I was professionally treated the minute I walked into the door. She went beyond her service to make my feet smooth again and I highly recommend the Spa. Don’t wait schedule ASAP!

I’ve been going here to get my nails done for about a year and a half. i’ve gotten a bunch of different people and some of them have been good and others haven’t. i got katie a few months ago and have been going to her since. she does a great job and takes her time. it’s obvious that she cares about her job and takes pride in her work.

I have been going to this family business for nearly 15 years. Their work is outstanding. The staff is kind and caring. I cant recommend them enough.

They have the best nail & pedicure services I have come to find. Katie is amazing!

I went to Legacy nails, being new to town. I had the best customer service, Katie took her time did a fabulous job on my nails. It’s a little more expensive ($5) more than other places but it’s worth the money for good customer service and nails that don’t lift. It’s in a great location, clean building, and friendly staff. I also got my eyebrows done by Julie waxed and am pleased with them as well.

I’ve used this nail salon 3 times in the last few months and was happy with my first two appointments but today was terrible. I had a lady by the name Jennifer doing my nails. She was very rude and stabbed me several times with her own fingernails, pinched my hands several times and smacked me on the hand at least 16 times telling me to relax. It was terrible! She also laughed and mocked me when I told her to add a $5 tip to my total. I didn’t think she deserved anything after how I was treated so badly but decided to give the $5. I was also with a friend who got the exact same manicure as me and I was charged $45 and she $35 but didn’t learn this till after we left. I will not be going back.

As much as i appreciated the cleanliness of the place and their friendliness i cannot recommend their gel nails. I have been getting gel done for years and this by far was the worst. I got them done for a weekend away and on day 3 of my vacation they already started chipping and lifting. As soon as i got back i called and was thankful they said come right in. I went in and felt as if i was then a burden and was rushed through the repairs. She didnt even listen to me tell her the ones that needed repair and only took off one nails polish and roughly filed down the others thinking if they sand off the chipped area it will look good. When i explained that there were more repairs she quickly painted clear on top hoping that would seal it down and walked off and said you done sadly enough i had to flag down another worker to ask to have it done right. He tried but unfortunately the next day they peeled worse than the first time. They did my daughters acrylic beautifully, but i will tell you this DO NOT GET GEL! Seriously lacking in training on how its done! I have pics to post to prove the work done was not good not sure how to upload them.

Had a not so great experience here. They made both my husband and I bleed because they were going to fast. I should have known this place would not be careful based on 50% of the pictures on this app showing bleed marks on the cuticles. And during the pedi, they sat us between plexiglas but then sat a random customer on the other side of my husband where there was no plexiglas. The regular nail color did not dry smoothly either because she missed a step in the pedi or because the paint was terrible, see photo. The water for my pedi was freezing cold and the tub was barely full. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because they had a good movie on the tv, they werent over priced and they fit us in early.

This was the best experience I have ever had!! I had amazing artwork done on mine!!! Thank you Katie!!!

She wouldn’t let me pick my nail color.She popped my old acrylics off and hurt me.It was 50 dollars and by the time the experience was over and fighting back not just getting up and leaving in the middle of the manicure she asked how much I would like to tip her. My nails hurt and I paid someone to not allow me to get the color I wanted.

I was referred to this Salon and specifically to Hannah. She was fabulous. My nails were atrocious when I came here. It didnt take Hannah long to get them in shape and looking beautiful. She gave me some good advice on nail care. She was gentle and also helped with the design selection. A great experience. So very pleased.Loved so much I returned for a second visit14th of June.

Ive been to this nail spa at least 6x since Dec. 2019 already. This place is great!! Ive had two other nail techs there. Both were skilled, and unique in their own way. Their Spa pedicures are amazing!! However, my FAVORITE nail tech is Mimi, and I will always go to see her. Shes very personable and professional. Honestly, she is AH-MAAAZING!!👍💅 I love her work and especially the way she applies Acrylic. Its not too thick and overdone. So when it grows out, its not noticeable. Highly Recommend!!

I highly recommend legacy nails. The business itself feels clean and is a fun environment to be in. MiMi specifically has wowed me with her attention to detail and her willingness to please the customer and get me exactly what I ask for. The latest she did was purple ombré and it’s better then I expected! Go to MiMi you won’t be disappointed.

Legacy Salon is beautiful, clean, and always has a relaxing environment. Katie, my nail technician, is caring and very talented at her job. My gel nails last 3 weeks and always exactly what I want. Katie makes sure that she is flexible with her schedule and it’s apparent that customer service is her top priority.
