We lived here for a year and in that time we have had maintenance randomly walk into the apartment with us signing no entry on our requests. Ive had my car painted ( which thank God they paid for that). Broke college students dont do well at this apartment. On one side our neighbors were rude on the other the man was a creeper. I was trying to give them the benefit as Ive never had an issue with management and they were always so nice. However being charged to have the entire apartment painted when we spent hours cleaning walls, the carpet, ect. is ridiculous. I understand understand the carpets as I have a service animal who sheds like no ones business and the other charges made sense but the walls.. ? Anyway the main reason we decided to leave was not only the constant screaming matches or neighbors but the fact that base rent for a 700 Sq ft apt went up almost $200. After appliances that would make it around $1,600 which is absolutely ridiculous for that place. Overall it is such a mixed review. Management was the only thing that made the apartment okay.
Ive been here 2 and a half years. Stunning views of The canyon and the city from my balcony. I really like the staff. They are engaging, and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues. The only caveat is that it is a pretty old complex. But as I said, Maintenance is working hard to correct any issues as they come up
We have been living here since November 2020… The whole apartment complex has gone through a complete and thorough renovation and is absolutely fantastic… Our property managers Sarah and Robert are super attentive and helpful… We love living here… In addition… Our new complex maintenance manager Daniel is doing a great job… We highly recommend living at Ascent on Steamboat… You will love it too...
I wish I could give 0 star for this apartment I lived for 2 years. If you do not want to pay a huge amount of moving out fee, stay away from this property. You basically need to pay everything in the apartment including replacing carpet ($1000), basic cleaning fee (100-200 dollars), insect control fee, all the blinds, vertical slats.... and no argue you can make to them. This property is managed by Avenue 5 and the lady who took the call for my billing questions were very very rude. I have never talked to a person as rude as her. She yelled to me as I did not catch her words and she hanged out my call without finishing my questions. If you have any question on the huge bill you receive after move out, you will be kicked back and forth between Ascent on Steamboat and Avenue 5. They wont give an answer, instead, they will put the bill to collection company. I was asked to pay almost $2000 after I moved out. This apartment is really old and stinky. And the apartment has mouse everywhere. Stay away from this poor apartment!!
I love the location, the view over the city is great and there are three pools, one is indoor so I can swim in the winter. Management is fantastic. If I need maintenance its done quickly and correctly. The complex just got new paint and new porches and it looks fantastic. And the rent is comparable to other complexes. Love it here.
Literally the kindest people to work with! if anything is broken, it is renovated and repaired quickly, and within reasonable time frames. The pet friendly policy makes for plenty of experiences to meet new dogs, which is always a plus! They always answer all of my dumb questions, and jump at the opportunity to help! Great place to be!
Ive only been here 8 months, only one minor issue with the water heater and they fixed it promptly! Wonderful communication within the office and maintenance, rent prices are reasonable, with the new upgrades the complex is beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone!
My apartment building here was a nightmare and made me sick because it had mice crawling through the walls. I tried everything to keep them out. I kept my food in containers and up already, knowing there are mice all over in this town. Yet they kept coming. Tried to keep everything clean. My daughter was scared to even sleep in her own room. The apartments were motorized several times just kept giving me sticky traps every once in a while and I never saw or spoke with a professional pest control worker. Just some other fill in maintenance guy.I reported it to the county and nothing was ever done. I tried everything but couldn’t get rid of them or stop them. They would literally crawl out of the running boards, there was nothing else I could do and asked to be switched to a different apartment and they wouldn’t do it.Now my old apartment is the show apartment, I see online, probably because it’s unlivable due to the mice and the water damage from the washer in the apartment above exploding and flooding through the ceiling. I had to keep cleaning black mold off of the ceiling in the bathroom and the dining area but the assistant maintenance guy claimed they didn’t see it. I have pictures showing it as well.Yet they must have charged me for the remodel and more in my move out charges. Which are more than exaggerated for this horrible place. The only damage I did was with a little bleach on accident trying to constantly keep my house sanitized. I’m sick anyways and on disability and this just made me more sick, between the smell of mice and cleaner.Even house cleaning companies wouldn’t come clean it since it involved rodents. Only restoration companies have the equipment to safely clean that up, but the apartments make their employees do it instead with little to no protection, after they get the tenants out.The neighbor told me they had bats that come out of the top of another building at night as well. The management company just switched hands again, they already did this once while I lived there. Probably because they know these buildings are such a nightmare and are running it into the ground rather than fixing it. And they can “lose” your move in details. The old electrical and plumbing are just built over and rigged to work for the most part and have been for years. I feel bad for the maintenance people.I don’t suggest living here, these are overpriced, old apartments with new paint and flooring covering up A LOT of issues.“24 hour security” means there’s a number you can call who will just waste your time and tell you to call the cops. Had my car broken into as well and they didn’t even send their patrol. These apartment need to be completely redone but then they’ll charge $500 more a month and there will be more houseless people in Reno. Really, the people here deserve better living conditions. The whole city is a nightmare for renting. If you look harder you can find something better though. I was escaping an abusive relationship when I moved here and had to find something fast. This was a horrible choice. They’re nice to you when you move in as usual and that’s about it. The pools are cold and there isn’t a hot tub, just some creepy old sauna. The only thing I liked was the park next door and some of the neighbors.
Sarah and Robert are the best. Ive lived here for a few years and throughout that time there has been an owner change and a few management changes. However since Sarah took over, this apartment has only gotten better, she made a commitment to staying and making things better and that’s exactly what shes done. I love living here and couldn’t imagine going to another place. Theres a community here, although it has been challenging during covid they are still finding new (safe) ways to keep the tenants involved and having fun! Ive lived at 3 other apartments in the area and there was never a sense of community or respect amongst the neighbors but here im friends with all my neighbors! We get together and have game nights! This is a place I would hope anyone would want to live, amazing location and amazing community!
Property management employees are always helpful and there when you need something. They make sure you’re up to date on everything and making sure if you have any questions or issues with anything. Haley and Carmen have been amazing with our transition since moving in helping us feel comfortable living in this property. Great view and awesome remodeling!!
The property here at Skyline Canyon is very affordable for the area and the amenities that are included. Unbeatable landscaping and views of Reno! The neighbors are friendly and so is all of Skylines employees. We get a lot of GREAT help and information from Haley in the office. Shes very professional and friendly. So far we have really enjoyed living here and in the area.
When you state the price as one and then fluctuate it too $700 to $800. That is horrible and shouldnt be legal. Its false advertising, misleading. Make sure you put proper rent prices instead of just lying. Look at the very bottom for the 1850 instead of 1100. Ill change review if it can be explained why suddenly a 1100 one bedroom apartment to a 1800 one bedroom apartment.
Hayley In the main office is by far one of the best apartment complex and property management employees I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly kind and helpful, I honestly love just going into visit with her. She’s always been straightforward with her answers, and has given me great information when something is out of her scope!
I have received stellar service from the property manager (Danny) and also from front office, Haley and Carmen. The views are breathtaking...indoor pool open year round, I will be moving into a top floor canyon view. Prices in Reno are escalating, so I feel I’m receiving great value for my new home...if I had to criticize anything,...it would be just include all the fees in the monthly price...$10/parking, $100 trash-water-sewer...That’s my recommendation...weeds out looky-loos... And time isn’t wasted on either side...FYI...new property owner and managers...so past posts don’t reflect the new people...so people be fair with the criticism 🌷
I Left Reno 10 years ago. Before making My Final decision, Sky Canyon was The One I Was Going To Rent. Extremely. Nice, Professional Staff. Very Clean Aptss.& Grounds. Well Maintained, Indoor Pool, Great for My Back. I am Considering Moving Back in May. They Are Definately In Top 3 Im Checking into!!! I Read some Reviews & am glad to hear Still sounds the Same.
Tessa and Alex are amazing! Moved from out of state and both stayed in email and text contact with me and made the move process so easy. Apartment has great location and my unit looks recently refurbished, no complaints. Cant wait to finish getting settled and enjoy the new area.
Our company Triple A Carpet Inc. works as vendors for this property and we absolutely love it! Theyre always so organized which makes our jobs as vendors easy to be in and out when we need to be. Both managers are so great to work with. They always respond to any of my questions so quickly and so easy to talk to! Great Management / Staff!
Not sure how they stay in business. They NEVER answer their phone. Dont rent her. They dont fix broken items. The employees are rude and unethical. The pool is never open. The parking lot and walkways arent lit up, so its very unsafe. And they dont handle issues with violent tenants. I didnt feel safe living there.
I had one day to find a place in Reno.I had gone to a lot of apartments and was pretty disappointed in the ones I had seen.I almost didn’t go to skyline but I did and I’m so happy I did. Tess is the one that helped me . She was amazing. She helped me in getting a great deal and wonderful apartment if I ever needed anything I’d talk to her she was always right on it and got things taken care of. The only reason I’m no longer living there was I was able to buy a condo in the same area as the apartments I would recommend them to anyone. Great place to live!!!!
We had some problems with the old management company that were fixed up by Brandy the office manager. She honestly listened to our concerns and she was very helpful in making sure that the right thing was done. I would tell anyone asking for help that they should immediately request her. The apartments themselves are nice enough and the dog specific features made walking our pooches very easy.
I had the most awesome experience living a Skyline. Surprisingly affordable place for the amenities, and a friendly community.Management was always helpful and going above and beyond the call of duty.
Skyline Canyon Apartments are old and creaky, but I absolutely love it. I have a great view of the city from my balcony and it is breath taking. The landscape is gorgeous in the surrounding areas as well. The canyon is a great place to go for a walk. They have 2 outside pools, and 1 indoor pool which I love. Also they have a great clubhouse which I rented out for my son and step daughters graduation party and might I add at a very reasonable price. I moved in from a gorgeous 5 bdrm home to a 2 bdrm and I was afraid of downsizing so much. But things are great and it was not so tough because Management listens and acts on our behalf to help maintain a great living experience. Thank you Skyline for this great experience. I would recommend this to everyone.
My wife and I are selling our home in CA, and needed a place to rent while we explore where we want to buy. We were a little bit nervous about moving into a rental property because we havent rented in over 35 years! We looked at more than a dozen rentals, and when we visited Skyline Canyon, we were greeted by Tessa, who could not have been more hospitable. And we loved the views. The prices were reasonable, so we pulled the trigger, and signed a lease here. We just moved in a few days ago, and couldnt be happier. First, the apartment was meticulously cleaned and painted, which we really appreciated. We did find a couple of minor punch list items (one key didnt work, doorbell didnt work, stove wouldnt come on), and when we reported this, the maintenance crew was on it in a flash. Ive met 3 of the maintenance staff, and they are outstanding: helpful, friendly, and they got our problems taken care of immediately, even though none of them were urgent. This place is very quiet, and weve met a few other renters, who all seem nice as well. Another bonus about this location is that 3 excellent restaurants are right across the street: Sushimis (all you can eat sushi), La Vecchia (great Italian), and Skyline Kitchen and Vine (small plates, great vibe). In short, we highly recommend Skyline Apartments! The combination of great location, responsive management, and fair rents is unbeatable.
Went in to see an apartment, was left sitting in the office for an hour while two employees talked. Once I finally interrupted them they were very dismissive. Later that day Amanda (manager?) apologized and sent me a text asking if I wanted to set up an oppointment. We agreed on the following day at 10. I showed up at 9:30 to a sign saying “back by ten”. So I sat and waited till ten. Then at 10:15 had to tap on the window to interrupt a meeting to be told that they forgot my appointment. Absolutely unprofessional. If how they run that office is any indication of their competence in the rental business, then I feel bad for all the current tenants.Edit: Just received a call back from Amanda, who was trying to call someone else but mistakenly called me. She explained that she had gotten sick and that it wasnt her fault. She didnt have an answer to why she couldnt call me to cancel the appointment, or why she couldnt have another employee take me up to see an apartment.
I have lived in this complex since 01/2016. Management past and present have been great. Dishwasher was acting up, fixed within 24 hrs. refrigerator stopped working, had a new one the next day. mold in the bathroom, cleaned up in 24 hrs. very friendly maintenance crew and security patrols overnight. nice view and a great trails to hike. no complaints.
Living room is quite large, and the area is quiet. Maintenance has been an issue. Though response times have been improving, the quality of the service is below average. Slightly overpriced here, but at the moment, it seems this is the state of the housing market in Reno.
I wish I could leave 0 zero stars, but I cannot. This review is for Skylines current management (2017). If management changes, maybe consider living here, but until then, AVOID. You can also check out the BBB, there were reviews written about Skyline.
I am not sure how this place stays in business. They literally NEVER answer their phone. Do not rent from here. The pool is always broken. Front desk employees are rude. There is a lot of domestic violence. Very shady. Stay away.
We moved here before the property changed owners and absolutely loved Tessa and Alex they were always very helpful and always did fun stuff with the complex. Since the new company (Ave 5 Comp.) bought the apartments everything has been completely neglected, one outdoor pool didn’t open for summer and the second one didn’t open until the end of summer. Our beautiful pond not cleaned and smelled horribly and at one point was over filling with water and almost reaching our apartments because they didn’t know how to turn it off and ended up having to drain the pond even though there were hundreds tadpoles and other life living in there. You go to them with concerns and questions and they are completely rude. The printers that are supposed to be open for people to use, have been broken for months. Gym equipment is unplugged and never kept up to date, many broken parts. You walk into the office and they will be on the phone with friends and huff and puff when they have to get off to talk to you. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely horrible management. Proud to say I will not be renewing my lease and will be moving out before it is up.
This place dosnt care half the buildings have asbestos. The water has been shut down about a dozen times these last 2 months the French doors they have are cheap the outside decks are rotting, the pools were closed more then half the time this summer, the minisplits they have for the a.c. and heating are bottom of the line cheap also the maintenance is neglected on these units windows are all loose and rattle 2 different times maintenance works were let into our home without consent very overpriced apartments wish we went with another apartment complex worst living experience I have ever experienced
Unfortunately the property changed ownership and the amazing management changed. The new management is very unhelpful. Carmen who works at the front desk is defensible and not eager to help. The young man who works at the front desk occasionally (mostly weekends) has been on his phone every time I’ve stopped in for help. Brandy the manager tries to help but seems very overwhelmed and printer in the office is still broken. The property has been neglected since the new management with both outdoor pools still not open, the grounds on the property have not been maintained (with piles of rocks still needing to be spread out, sprinkler system still needing to be covered as it is currently mostly above ground and the lights by the sidewalks still not working posing a hazard for walking outside at night), and the outdoor man-made creek in the courtyard is blocked and not flowing allowing green growth to start covering the water.Overall we are looking to move out as soon as possible based on the negative experience with the new property management so far and are very disappointed with the management/ownership change.
Lived here a year and a half, old management was awesome and kept the complex maintained. New management is never available, incompetent and gets nothing done.
The Manager was great, helped us move in on short notice. Area is beautiful. Love our new apartment
Skyline Canyon Apartments is honestly a nice place to live if you arent one of the many experiencing water issues or any other maintenance issues that seem to take their crew weeks or even months to get to. The biggest problem ive have with Skyline was when i left. I was hit with fees to replace the carpet that was all cut up. I noted in my walk through the carpet was like that when i moved in. I moved out in the middle of the month and was charged for a full months rent. they said they would prorate me the rent and cut me a check and remove the carpet charge. I was in and out of the office about every other month for a year reminding them that i have yet to receive my check. After a year of trying and being told they lost my information and there was nothing more they could do i decided to cut my losses and waste anymore energy on this place. 2-3 years later (now) i received a collections notice from them which im assuming is for the carpet replacement fee... I have reached out to them and left a message at their office to call me back so i can speak with them about this but big surprise its been a week and havent heard back. they never answer their phones in the office almost as if they are avoiding their tenants. i wouldnt recommend anyone to live here unless youre ok with being treated like i was.
I have lived here for 3 years the location is nice and with the old management it was fine to live here. Now that someone else is managing it has become a complete misery living here. The new management has no clue what they are doing and are completely rude people. I put in a maintenance request to be completed mid January it is now March and it still has not been taken care of and I have called once a week since I put the request in and still it is not taken care of. All the Windows are outdated and when it gets windy your house gets covered in dirt. Way too over priced for the shady service you get. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.
I love our apartment, I love the community, and the management is awesome, they actually listen to what the tenants have to say and work together to solve any issues that may arise, I moved there from a large house, and I feel I didnt have to leave that much behind, we actually feel like we have gained more than we have lost, thank you so much Skyline
Me, my husband & my daughter(age 3)moved into the skyline apartments June 2017 in a 2 Bedroom, 1Bath bottom unit on the corner, by the pool so we only had a unit above us and one next to us. We also had the landscaping with the stream, bridge, and little waterfalls right out our front door. I remember when we were finished moving in, it was a warm summer night and all the frogs were croaking, crickets chirping and the sound of the water trickling and it reminded me of being in Hawaii. I loved the apartment from the minute we moved in. Next to the apartments is a huge grass field and a playground. There is also a hiking path that runs parallel to a trench with flowing water that takes you right in the middle of this little desert oasis, that is beautiful all year long. In the summer my daughter would catch crawdads, frogs, and bugs and would look at the fish and tadpoles in the stream. The windows were placed perfect so the the morning and evening light would brighten the kitchen and little dining room, we would leave the French doors open and watch TV on a rainy day, the walk-in closet in the master bedroom had plenty of storage space and our front porch enclosure was our spot to watch our daughter play outside. The indoor pool was open all year long and at the time we lived there, the other two pools werent open, which we were bummed about, but the one pool my daughter loved to swim in. I even loved the drive to and from the apartments because its in such a beautiful area. The one thing I didnt like was the parking. It was hard to find parking for a second vehicle or to have guests over. As you have read, I love the skyline apartments and have many fond memories there, but me and my husband had bad luck that year when he lost his job. I had an extremely tough time paying for everything by myself and it eventually caught up with us because I couldnt do it anymore. The manager at the time, Heidi, was so understanding and gave us options instead of facing eviction. So we gave up the keys, paid the current month, cleaned up, moved out, and they found another tenant to live in our unit for the remainder of our lease. Heidi made a very painful situation so much easier and we will never forget it what she did for us. Me and my husband went through a separation after that for a year but since then we have reconciled. Now we are trying to save up for a new place. We received a bill last month(February 2019) saying we owed IQ Data international (the creditor being skyline apartments) almost $8000(which would have been the remainder of our lease). This sent us into panic mode since we are trying to get a new place by working on our credit and savings and then we get this bill a year later. We stressed for a couple weeks getting all the old paperwork together and researching issues like these and then on a Friday, we decided to just go up to skyline. We sat down with the new manager Alexander and he looked up our account and said yeah you guys are paid off it was probably an old collections. We left smiling so big and all that built up stress melted away. He talked to his accountant and gave me a call later saying it was all taken care of and it should show up on the IQ Data end on Monday. We tried calling IQ data multiple times over a couple weeks and when my husband got ahold of someone they said we still owed and we have time before it affected our credit. So we were getting a little worried when IQ didnt see it on their end yet. Yesterday, March 12th 2019, I get an email from the skyline manager saying it is all fixed, he gave me the name of who he talked to, when he talked to them, who I can contact and he sent an attachment of the proof we dont owe anything. Just WOW right?? Skyline apartments employ some pretty amazing people. I know they get every excuse, circumstance, stories but they have been so kind, efficient, professional and damn good at their jobs. Thank you for everything that youve done in the last two years working with us. I loved living at skyline and hope to maybe one day come back.
Wonderful community, fantastically friendly office staff!! best in town!!!
Great place to live with great views of Reno.
If I could rate zero, I would. My husband and I moved here last month with a set move-in date of the 6th of September 2017. We were traveling from out of state, 7 hours away, to move in. Upon arrival, we were informed that our apartment was not ready for move in. That was the first of many disappointments.Because our apartment was not ready, and it was close to closing time for all businesses in the area, we were forced to stay at a hotel for several days. The real kicker is, that, the apartment manager, Heidi, told us that she hadnt inspected the apartment until THAT morning ( the 6th, our move-in date) and then noticed that the carpet needed replacing. She said the carpet guy was backed up with work for over 2 weeks. SO we would need to wait 2+ weeks or choose another apartment. Before I get too far, we came up for one day to view the apartment to see if we would like it or not. On their website, the floor-plan Oasis, a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit, is shown to have beautiful white routered cabinets that overhang the kitchen sink, pull knobs, a washer/dryer combo, an overhead microwave, and a fireplace mantel. Additionally, the apartments are shown in the photograph on the website to be of a sienna brown colour.Whenever we went on the model tour, we saw everything matched the website except for the exterior of the apartments. The colour in person is nothing like the website. In fact, whenever we arrived, I thought we got the address wrong because they dont look anything like the photographs on the website.Moving forward, tour day: I expressed my love over the overhead microwave, the fireplace mantel, the cabinets, and the washer & dryer. I told Heidi This is amazing! We can sell our old microwave, decorate the fireplace, hang up our pots and pans, and we can wash clothes in the unit! !! Whenever we were leaving, she (uncomfortable) put her hand on my shoulder and said I am so happy that you love the apartment. It really warms my heart. I know now that was a lie, but at the time, I felt she was being genuine, though, her hand on my shoulder was not welcomed or warranted.Heidi offered us another apartment. We had initially requested a bottom floor apartment because I wanted a patio and I didnt want to have to move all our furniture up stairs. She offered us an upstairs apartment that was also a 2 bedroom 1 bath. I told her I would rather have the apartment we already put a deposit down on, and she said simply it wont be ready for two weeks. No discount, no nothing. Choose an apartment upstairs or wait. That was the deal.Being so far away from where we moved, and having no where else to go, we were FORCED to make a decision to stay or we would be homeless.Upon going over the rental agreement/lease, Heidi told us to go up to the apartment and run the dishwasher one cycle and asked if our unit had a washer & dryer. I said, Yes, it does . She said, okay, go run your washer & dryer and make sure everything works. My husband and I went to go cycle the appliances, but when we arrived to the exact apartment, it was NOTHING like the photographs. Firstly, there was no washer & dryer. Secondly, there was no overhead microwave ( i had just given away our $120 microwave!). The cabinets were an ugly white paint and no groove, no knobs, and did not extend over the sink. There was no mantle over the fireplace..Large stains all over the carpet..Paint splatters on the carpet, dirty blinds, mildew and mold in the grout of the shower, and dirty shelves inside the closets.I ran down to the office and confronted her about the missing items. She just said in a sarcastic tone That unit doesnt have any of those things. Your other apartment didnt either. I thought you knew that. She then went on to try to blame everything on someone named Jamie. We never talked to Jamie. Heidi offered to have a cleaning crew come in and clean but that has never happened. The apt manager never returns calls or emails and there is no way to pay rent off hours. They close at 6pm.DONT RENT HERE! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Expect to pay $150 more a month than what your base rent is. I am charged $10 a month for a carport space
I lived here for three years and loved it until the new management took over. Heidi is so rude and disrespectful. She doesnt return phone calls, blames you if there is a problem in your apartment, and is generally unhelpful if you have questions or concerns. They make changes without telling tenants such as changing the keys for the pools/gym. They, however find time to post notices on doors threatening tenants with a 25 fee if the maintenance has to clean garbage from their porches. They did not mow the lawn ONCE until half way through June (over six months). They did not tell us that our heating/cool needed work. The work men just showed up one day when I was lounging at home. Then she was upset with me cause I wouldnt let them in since I wasnt given 24 hour notice per the lease. When the workers came back the next week I STILL was not given 24 hour notice. This time I let them in but asked them to keep my door closed cause I have cats. I came home at lunch and the door was wide open and the key in the lock and no one close by. When I complained nothing was done. I have more complaints but I assume this gives you a sense of what is going on. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Pros: Huge living room and great view. Plus there is a park next door which is great if you have a dog.Con: I currently live here and my apartment has mice and ants. The way that the front office deals with this is by telling me to spray for the ants and then setting down the sticky traps for the mice. The sticky traps are awful and I had to listen to a little mouse squeak until it died. When I called the emergency after hours maintenance to see if they would come and take the dying mouse away they very rudely told me to have my boyfriend come over and deal with it. I would also like to point out that I am not the only one in the complex who has these problems. One of my neighbors found 4 dead mice in his fire place when he moved in. Not only that but the appliances are outdated and there is no storage within the apartment. This place is way too overpriced for the quality and the rates are up 300 a month since when I moved in 6 months ago.
Great complex. Very quiet and well maintained.
Does anyone work here?????? Calling for weeks with no response.
MY APARTMENT HAD MICE...This apartment complex is terrible, look elsewhere. The only redeeming quality of this complex is its view and close proximity to Mary Gojack Park. One morning in November, I woke up to about 50 pieces of mouse poop on my countertops and the problem persisted until I moved out 5 months later. The complex had no empathy for the situation. I wasnt financially compensated or moved to another unit.. just a halfhearted sorry from the office. There is also not a drop-box or online payment option for rent every month, so you have to physically go into the office during their hours to drop a check off (not too practical for someone who works full-day during the day, I always had to take work off to come).I also just received my security deposit back and $335 was taken away for dirty carpets (they were stained when I moved in but the office sure didnt seem to care then), an automatic $70 cleaning fee for every tenant, $140 painting fee as I put up a few paintings on the wall and spackled before I moved out, as well as a laundry list of other bullshit fees.Dont make the same mistake I did... Move somewhere decent instead.
Called multiple times and left several messages to try and schedule a tour but no response.
