I moved in a month ago and I have to say that Waters Edge is the most peaceful, quiet and cleanest place Ive ever lived in. The management is wonderful - Jamie has been very responsive to any questions I have and is very friendly. Maintenance is fantastic! Robert, the maintenance supervisor is knowledgeable and does a great job. Both communicate and follow up on everything. My neighbors are friendly and I dont have any noise issues at all. I actually look forward to going home now so I can sit on my patio and listen to the river while I have my evening glass of wine.

So Ive lived here coming up on four months. I have not lived anywhere that has been so great ! The pricing is very good for the size and amenities. I love the staff! Jamie the manager is very easy to talk to and work with! The apartments are very clean, it has a BEAUTIFUL stream inside the complex, it is a quiet complex. Lots of people who have been here for years and never complained. Im it is a great location to live if you want to be downtown. I go on nightly walks with my dog and child by the river. Its a beautiful apartment complex with very respectful and kind tenants so far. The laundromat on site is neverfull and easy to use. Even comes with an app so no change required. I would highly recommend trying to rent here. There is occasionally waiting list but its well worth getting on. honestly speaking I couldnt say enough good things about this place. Im a disabled veteran with PTSD and theyve been very accommodating. Best place Ive ever stayed in Reno!!! Awesome for families with kids!

Great place to live, close to the downtown. Or just a stone throw to the Truckee river. Where one can raft down in the warm summer days. Quite, with great neighbors, wonderful gardens.

The management is NOT great. They are not very responsive when it comes to dealing with issues that concern tenants. There are plumbing issues and they like to raise the rent every year.

Beautiful views lovely set up i really love the way these apartments give a more nature feel being so close to downtown and right on the edge of the Truckee River

Nice apartment complex along the Truckee River just a cross from Riverwalk and just just down river of the Idlewild Park complex
