Kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. I was hesitant to get anything like a facial previously, however, I went in about three years ago and Kaitlin worked with me. She is sweet, incredibly knowledgeable and doesnt over sale services as other spas in the area do. Everyone working their is great! Prices are very reasonable and they have numerous promotional sales. If your looking for skin care services, facials, fillers and so much more dont go anywhere else. I love to call this place home now! Im always happy with the results.

I came here for my first fillet session, I was not aware at the time that they are sold by the syringe. The nurse who helped did not inform me of my treatment. I purchased 1ml and only about 5 cc’s were used. She kept the remainder and was not offered a follow up to use the rest. She did a poor job filling my under eyes that she left them uneven. It was in this time of having it fixed in a different location that I was informed I had half of the syringe leftover and I could have it reapplied on my follow-up appointment.

I have heard so many great reviews from friends about this place and finally decided to check it out for myself. So happy that I did! The staff there is so friendly, helpful, attentive, and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They are awesome!! They are happy to answer and questions you may have and really walk you through the process of whichever treatment/service you’ve chosen. I am very pleased with my results and will definitely be back. 😄

I had such a great experience at this location! Erica was very insightful and answered all my questions about the product and the procedure. I got a full syringe of Restylane in my lips with Chelsea. She was very nice, took her time to make sure I got the look I wanted. She walked me through the aftercare and explained to me thoroughly the healing process. My lips look amazing!! The actual procedure wasnt too painful, I did get the numbing treatment so I only felt a slight pinch. The bruising wasnt bad, it only lasted the first couple of days. The swelling went down after a day or two. I love the way they turned out, I cant wait to go back for more! Erica also recommended some amazing products that have changed my skin routine completely! Loving the SkinCeuticals brand! I will definitely be coming back for more services! Thank you, Erica and Chelsea, for the wonderful customer service!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would best experience I have ever had at a medical spa. The customer service was outstanding thanks to Amanda and Danielle, they were so kind and helpful. Lauren filled my lips and also did a small botox tweak I cannot brag or rave about her enough, people go see Lauren she was so gentle and knowledgeable and my lips looked amazing and perfect. I am going back next week with Lauren for a little more because she was that good! do not miss out on this gem of a med spa in Redondo Beach, and not only is it above and beyond the prices are amazing for the high quality products they use. Erin is the Best! My upper lipstick was bleeding into my face from my wrinkling lipsand her filler magic made them plump and taught again! No more lipstick mess! My lips look Beautiful and natural. The girls are all so nice there too!

Came here for Botox a few times. I was really nervous the first time and the nurse I had was very knowledgeable. The second time I went I went to Jennifer and she was super informative and put me at ease and the third time I went to Caitlyn and she was super sweet and listened to me and I haven’t had any problems. Never had a dropped brow or anything weird. Botox has always lasted at least four months and they’ve always known how much to give me and I am very sensitive. Would definitely recommend if you are nervous or a first timer.

Each treatment is seamless and they have a great eye for detail; not to mention they are very gentle and precise. Its nice to be able to afford these treatments. Prices cant be beat!!! Ive drank the kool-aid and am NOT going back there. Its truly a hit or miss with the physicians... Some are AMAZING and others are BOTCH JOB GIVERS... but in this economy when people are working on your face... and THEN wont do something as simple as print out a coupon for you, when youve been going there for YEARS!Not worth my money!!!!Id rather find a location that CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTAL, and HONORS their loyalty. Than operate like a corporate mechanism.We cant print your coupon - its a policy... when I needed to use the coupon because the doctor recommended more units...This basically says to me WE DONT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.PASS ON DERMFX
