My daughter hates her hair and wont leave her room and keeps a hoodie on during Zoom classes.. It was done by Pepper/Rachel Przepiora. I had sent her photos of my daughters hair and the blonde she wanted prior. More like 50 shades of orange. She started at 12:30 pm and we went home at 9:30pm and she still didnt finish. And Im really upset because now she want to charge me extra on top of the $454 we already paid her, to finish her job. I dont think Pepper/ Rachel has done this before and I dont appreciate her using my daughter as a guinea pig.

I moved to Chicago and I knew it I would never again gonna find someone as professional, knowledgeable smart, positive, energetic, friendly, skilled as Lorraine!I truly miss this beautiful place because of Lorraine that’s how great customer service she has.I am very sad knowing that I am far from this place.Lorraine thank you so much for everything!!!I really miss you!😘

I am very pleased. Ive been going to them since they were at another location. Their colorist is truly a miracle worker. My whole family loves this salon.

Love how this salon is clean and very organized. The customer service is just as awesome. Had my hair done by Mary, she did an awesome job making sure I got what I wanted. She explained to me my options from the start and throughout the entire process she would update me on what she was doing. Once she was done she only dried a piece of my hair just so I could get an idea of how it looked and would be able to determine if I was satisfied or not. I truly appreciated that, it gave me time to ask questions. I will be coming back!

First time getting waxed, EVER!!! I had a really good experience. Loraine made me feel really comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I will absolutely be going back once I need to get waxed again. Even though it was my first time, I think I hit the jackpot with this place!!!!!!!! :D

Ive been going to Lorraine for a couple years now and I am So excited that she finally opened up her own place. Lorraine is the MOST skilled and knowledgeable aesthetician i have ever been to. The first time i ever got waxed i was so nervous but she has a way of making you feel relaxed. Her staff is very friendly and i will be getting my hair done very soon there as well!
