I have been getting traditionally waxed for years, but this is my first sugar waxing and I will not be going back! The wax is perfect for my sensitive skin and the estheticians here are amazing. I loved Alejandra!

While obviously I can’t show you the results, I had a great experience with Anna from Sugar Cove. The first time was as painful as she said it was going to be but during the entire process she kept me calm and conversed with me to take my mind off of the pain. The pain only lasted in the moment and by the time I walked out it was gone. I’ve never felt smoother! I’m thinking about doing other body parts but my Brazilian was amazing!

The same mixed girl from the long beach location is now at this location with the same terrible customer service, actually in my opinion, its gotten worse, impossible right? She proceeded to argue with me this time, telling me when I have and have not been there all because she did not like my form of payment (very judgmental). I got a discount through groupon (always do since I only go once a year) instead of paying full price. I emailed the people running the company and they backed up her inexcusable behavior for a place of business. They tried to charge my card 10 times for the full price because she felt I was lying and had been there months prior with a groupon discount. Never in my life will I go to another sugar cover establishment.

I like how they treated me, is clean and it was fast, the only problem is the hair is growing really fast, less than a week and I feel the itchy, and the hair. So I dont know if is worth the pain.

This is the second time I come to this place. I wanted to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves but it seems like theyre just into getting money off people and not caring about actually providing good customer service.The first time I came using a Groupon. I read their cancelation policy and got there 10 minutes after my appointment to see they had already canceled it and charged me the cancelation fee. I brought this to their attention and they cleared that charged, saying the computer automatically does it. The person who did my wax was very nice and courteous.This second time, I get a phone call 5 min after my appointment, as Im driving to the place. I let them know Im on my way and they tell me they can only hold my appointment until 10 min after since there is someone else that was booked after me. I get there 11 min after my appointment for them to tell me that they had chosen to switch my appointment with the person who was supposed to have their appointment after mine. Even though I had gotten there within the time of their cancelation policy.I really like sugaring better than wax but I dont like their company policies.

Called to make an appointment using the Groupon I bought. The personnel asked me for a credit card to be put on file just in case. Unusual as I did say I was using a Groupon but I obliged. Couple days later, I see a charge on my credit card for a Brazilian wax I didnt even receive lol. This business is shady and charges customers without their consent.

Wow. I just love this place. Take these 5 stars seriously because if I could give them 12 I would.The people and vibe = absolutely excellent. I have a membership here and I’ll probably keep it forever. Also much more efficient than normal waxing.

Jenna is the best, I get my brozilian from her. She was definitely patient with me when I was a first timer, informative and put me at ease. Loved my results and yes its true that it gets better after each visit.

I received a Brazilian sugaring today plus a happy trail. Customer servicewas very substandard.Upon entering, I wasnt greeted. I said hello, how are you? immediately Jessica, the receptionist says very abruptly name. Right away I felt uncomfortable. I was offered water, nothing else. Another lady came in after me and things were different. She was greeted, offered wine everything. So of course, I then asked for wine! I was getting WAXED! Who wouldnt want wine. But the fact that I was only OFFERED water, really made me feel unwanted in the establishment.The best part of the visit was my sugar mama Lexy! She was very knowledgable and precise with her work. I would have given 1 star if not for her. She was the sweetest and very patient with me. She checked on me often, made sure I was comfortable, and was very gentle. I wont lie, it was painful, but she made it a lot more bearable.As I was checking out, Jessica again very abrupt stated I need to see your Groupon, and the rest is $12. I place my money in her hand, she placed my money on the counter and just looked at me while my hand was out. I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. Not to mention she was training another receptionist, Alejandra. I hope that Alejandra doesnt pick up her bad customer service skills. I really want to come back since I had such a great experience with Lexy, but I honestly dont think that I would be able to because I was treated so poorly upon entering and leaving. My experience today really left a bad taste in my mouth and based on my experience with Jessica, I would recommend being sugared just not at this location.

Sugar Mama Kara is amazing! I used to go waxing at European Wax Center in Torrance, but my friends told me about how amazing sugaring was instead. I saw a Groupon for Bronzed Sugar and thought I would try it out. Needless to say that was about a year ago and I havent been back to EWC! Sugaring is much less painful, feels better, exfoliates, and causes less ingrown hairs. Come check out these Sugar Mamas, you wont be disappointed.

I went there for my first ever spray tan and saw Brenda. She was AWESOME! So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I walked out with a healthy, natural glow.
