I love ittt!! When I first came in they were all nice. The lady was rlly focus and made my nails look beautiful definitely should go back and get my nails done again🥰

Last tuesday night. i had a bad experience. i asked for gel pedi and medicure. they didnt do gel. they made me think it was gel, then my nails got mest up. i went back 5 mins after i left. they told me to come back the next day to get it fix. i came back they charge me more and were not nice about it. bad customer service. i wasted 2 days and money and driving back on traffic for a second day. not reccommended. :/

It was good, I was treated fine, and as a man that has never been in a place like this it was okay. I got the pedi if anyone wants to know but I would not come back unless my gf made me. I liked it but it is not for me, I have nothing bad to say about the place and it was clean to me but then again I do not know about these places.

I went into the salon to get a full set of acrylic. When they asked me what I wanted I showed them a picture of what I wanted done. It was an white faded into pink with jems alone the base of the nail on my pointer and ring finger just glitter. I didnt get anything of what I asked for. My nail tech (brenda) was filing to hard. Not (also she didnt size my nails first and didnt fall enough)(using her manners and managed to make me bleed 2 to 3 times and not once did she stop to say sorry for clean the blood . She filed over it and cleaned it without my permission. What I got instead of what i wanted wasThumbs,middle, and pinky- plane pink colorPointer - pink with small round dimons going down the middleRing- plane glitterIf I ever go again Im not getting her

I love this place they have great service. I love how Brenda and Mindy Work. I always get my nails done with either one they are both great. I really recommend this place.

I WISH I CAN GIVE IT 0 STARS, to any custmore that even bothers to waste their money here .. PLEASE DONT, horrible horrible customer service!!!!! .... I nicely asked for the prices and one lady told me $35 than she tells me $45 so $60 in total ! And I kindly told her that wasn’t what the other lady told me ... she still insisted and was yelling in my face so unprofessional and RUDE !!! I didn’t even bother I walked out right away please don’t go to this over priced nail shop they do not deserve it ... I have so much axiety even writing this

Today I came into the happy nails location with an appointment to see nail technician (brenda) in the southbay galleria mall.Only to see her about to get started on a full set nail service when my appointment is in 7minutes.Shes asked me to come back later.I explained to her how they always see me late 15 to 40 minutes after my original scheduled appointment. That today I could not wait.I asked her if someone else could see her since she had not started and I had an appointment in 7 minutes with her. She turned her face and just walked away with out a hint of anything.And with out saying a word to me she walked away. Worst human experience of my life. The receptionist didnt even acknowledge me after.I asked her if they were seriously not gonna see me. And she just stared at me and didnt say a word.I told her if I leave I would not ever be returning. With out a blink of her eye she said there was nothing she could do..

This place is the worst nail shop I ever been too way to over price and horrible work I will never never come here and tell anybody that wants to go there not to 20$ just for gel color that’s a joke the nail polish don’t eveb cost that much. I went there to get a full SET & PEDICURE and it cost me 77$ ...... 77.00$ for a horrible full set and toes nothing special just color and short at that -_- what a rip off do not go there

I have been going to Mindy Vo for over ten years very happy with her work excellent work on my fill. Also Kim does anexcellant pedicare.

I am visiting the area for work and due to my long week, I wanted to get a pedicure. I looked for places nearby, they all closed around 7pm. This location was the only one that stayed open so late. I called and asked for their availability for a pedi. They were professional over the phone and I decided to go in. When I reached my destination, I was in a mall’s parking lot. I called again for directions through the mall to get to the salon. I made it to the salon (3rd floor near AMC) and was greeted by the person at the front desk, told her I was there for a pedi and waxing service. There were quite a few of clients being pampered and I was directed to the back room for my waxing service. The wax technician was very kind and did a thorough job. Afterwards I was directed to a pedicure chair and Donna took over. I got the Pamper Me Pedi and it was worth every cent. The pedicure had many steps and took about an hour from beginning to end. I was so relaxed and felt so comfortable, I dozed off, not once, but twice! Donna was really sweet and I appreciated that she wanted me to relax and enjoy myself. I will try to visit the salon again before I leave the area. Two thumbs up!

This place can get pricey, however, I love the service that I receive and I never have complaints about my nails. Wendy and Rose do a great job. This is the only place I have gone where my acrylic looks good after a week.

HORRIBLE attitude on Mindy, she gave me her number to make appointments with her, I did just that to get my broken nail fixed and was told that it would be 5$ and I said Id be there at 3:30. when I went in I was first greeted with shes busy and that she had left her phone at home and someone else texted me supposedly. I asked how long the wait would be and was told 20 mins so I said I would have to come back another day because I had somewhere to be. Before I left I was trying to ask the other lady if the price I got for the fix was correct since someone else had supposedly responded and mindy went off saying I told you 5$ not to come in and I simply responded with ok so it was you texting me (as her phone was sitting right in front of her) and she kept yelling so I told her she was being rude and had lost a customer. She continued talking very awful of me as I walked out. Will NEVER go back here.

Wendy is awesome.Her work is exceptional.She is professional and her service is flawless.I had the opportunity to be served by other members of the nail team.Their work was also very good.Wendy ismy preference.😀

Worst nail experience ever no happy nails here! Ugh 😑 Nails are hideous, I explained what i wanted and didn’t get nothing what I wanted! I mean im not here to get what you guys want thats why we pay!!! DONT COME HERE !

My hubby and I had pedicures before our trip to Tonga! Great place to get a full service pedicure, exfoliate and wonderful customer service.

Come here if you want to be treated poorly and treated like an idiot. the lady that i talked to about getting my gel nail extensions treated me like i didn’t know what i was talking about and that what i was referring to was acrylic. if you guys don’t offer a service then don’t say that you do.
