I called under the assumption this was a tow yard out of boring to complain about an issue I had with another towing establishment with an identical name only to find out that they are in no way associated with the other. When I spoke to this person he was helpful respectful and understanding. I really appreciated it after my issue with the other if I’m ever in the area and need a tow I well know who to call. Thank you.

We were stranded on the side of the road on our first day of vacation. USAA put us in touch with Mikes Towing. We were pulling our 30 trailer but Mike sent out two trucks. He diagnosed the issue over the phone which confirmed our suspicion.We were taken to their shop arriving @ 9pm on a Saturday. The part that they picked up was cracked so without a blink, they set our RV up with electricity and had us stay overnight.Carson arrived early the next morning with the new part and had us on our way in less than two hours. They only charged the cost of the part.These guys were amazing. There are no words to say for a situation that was so stressful, yet they took care of us like family. Thank you Mike and Carson!

Ive used Mikes multiple times over the years. The staff are always courteous and on time. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with the owner as well and he is great! Prices are affordabl. Definitely an A+ local business! I recommend Mikes Cascade Towing!

I crashed my truck on the way out to Mt. Bachelor, and when I used my insurance company to find a tow back to Bend, Epic Towing was assigned to me. When 30 minutes went by and I didnt hear from them, I called and was told that they were based out of Redmond, so they didnt service the area I had crashed in. I called Mikes Cascade Towing and told him what happened. Even though he is also based out of Redmond, Mike said there was no way he would leave me out in the snow, and that he was on his way to come tow my truck. He reached us in just over an hour, which was impressive considering the snowy conditions. He was professional, friendly, and had great advice relating to the repair of my truck. He dropped my friends and I off at home and took my truck to Auto Body Concepts. I never heard from him about the bill because he was able to work directly with my insurance company. I really, really appreciated the help and truly dont know what I would have done otherwise. Thanks Mike!

Mike went the extra mile in customer service for us, we are new to the area and he was able to save us a lot of time by knowing who locally worked with our insurance company for auto body repairs. From the time he picked up the vehicle he has been professional and super helpful. Honest and has integrity we were happy to to business with him and will continue if the need arises again.

Guy shows up in a regular tow truck after a flatbed has been requested. Proceeds to tell me when I ask about it “I don’t tell you how to do your job don’t tell me how to do mine”. Sorry bud not going to let you car dolly my Lexus SUV. Have fun trying to bully people into towing their vehicles. It is the best business/customer service technique I have witnessed. Use at your own risk.

My daughter locked her keys in her car and after doing everything I could to open the door I finally called Mikes towing and Mike came right out and had the door open in under one minute!!!! I highly recommend him

The guy John who works there has a trash attitude and Mike was also very hostile when talking on the phone. Very immature and unprofessional. Garbage cans for human beings. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Could you leave a 0 star review? This jerk deserves nothing. Trying to get into my wrecked vehicle to gather my belongings. My insurance is paying him per day and he is doing nothing to be accommodating. When calling he was rude and condescending, telling me to call back every hour to see if he is available, then he does not answer. Why was I not given a choice in who to use? Why is someone with such poor business practice allowed to be used by city services? Well you have a choice....use anyone else for all your towing needs.

This guy drives around Bend like a total jerk when not towing. Wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him with towing my vehicle around.

Mike is a crook and the rudest person Ive ever met. Steer clear unless you like being taken advantage of.

Horribly rude and acts like people using his services are inconvenient....How dare you treat people so terribly after something awful just happened to them. Just embarrassing a grown man working in this business is so awful and has such little care for his customers. YUCK!
