Jeff was an amazing tow truck driver. He had a tow truck big enough to tow my van and 3 passengers in the cab with him. The truck was new and clean. He was very friendly and professional. Although it was a tough situation needing to be towed 150 miles and 3 of us needing a lift, he made the experience the best it could be. I highly recommend using Trac Towing and Jeff as a driver.

Good place to find cheap cars

2002 Ford Excursion (8 cylinder turbo diesel with kayaks, bikes, and camping gear on another trip to Canada) blew the turbo and muffler. We were fortunate to be stuck 10 minutes from Bend. We called Triple A (aka AAA) and were told that since we were on the highway that we would receive priority service. Two hours, one call, and a sheriffs visit later, Vic arrived as the emergency after hours roadside assistance. He understood that we were tired, more than disappointed with Triple A given the length of the wait, and set about to tell us about options in Bend to fix the turbo diesel and hotel options at each location. He even called hotels with us to determine where he would leave the vehicle for the night. He assured us that Triple A would honor a continuation tow the next day and instructed us on what to do. The next day we called the mobile mechanic that Vic recommended since he worked on Sundays. The mobile mechanic diagnosed the problem. We needed to get the Ford to his garage, however. We called Triple A per Vics instructions and were told it would take at least two hours to be towed. We asked for Vic, but Triple A told us he was not working. Disappointed and knowing that Triple As estimate should be doubled, we were prepared to spend another night in Bend. Minutes later Vic pulled into the parking lot in his tow truck. He said he was working, drove by the hotel, saw us in the parking lot, and decided to check in. Dale the mobile mechanic had helped us identify a tow truck that could assist us immediately and we called Triple A to assign them, but with Vic there, we again called Triple A to assign Vic. The only good thing I can say about Triple A is that they assigned Vic. If youre stuck in Bend, call him.

Had a dead battery today. Called AAA, they sent out Trac Towing driver, Tanner showed up, was very nice, very professional and got me back on the road. Appreciated his work. Very happy. Ive dealt with tow truck trivers many times, Tanner makes up for all the past jerks. Tanner was awesome!!!

I came out of work last night to a dead Prius, AAA sent Trac Towing and the driver was wonderful, jumped my car, offered to test the battery, and gave advice based on age of my car. It was cold, windy, and he got it going in no time at all. Grateful for the excellent care.

Nice office lady...but she said she had called me with information and she really didnt....if she had tried to call she could have left a messaage....she says it didnt ring...but I know it would have allowed her to leave a voicemail and she did much

Called AAA for my Ford F150 to be towed from Ford in Bend to my residence in LaPine. FORD was unable to work on the vehicle .So the Guy takes the F150 off the tow truck I go to move the vehcile the battery is dead. One of the things Bend Ford couldnt change in the week they had it .So I go get my jump pack and jump my truck as the tow guy is doing nothing . He asks me for my AAA card. Which I didnt have and I said I wasnt going to get it. I called AAA for the tow service and the gentlemen from Blue Line Towing that towed my truck to Bend Ford said he didnt need it.As I am leaving he makes a comment about cancelling my AAA membership.I have been a member since 1998.My husband and two 19 year olds all are on AAA membership.I was disgusted with the laziness to make me jump my own vehicle and the nasty comment to cancel my membership.
