Went to get my A/C fluid refilled (for ONLY $149 which is a smokin hot deal) and they tried for 1 hour and said that I have a leak and they could not fill it. So they did not charge me any $. I was instantly impressed with their service and honesty. They earned my full respect.

Recently took two of my vehicles to this place and had a great experience each time. I was way past due for an oil change on one vehicle and Nick and his team were super informative and professional in how they handled my vehicle. My other vehicle was topped off with fluids and handled with great care by Nick and the team there. It was like all hands on deck for such a simple fix which was great! Both times the team at this location went above and beyond and their customer service was exceptional! Will definitely be going here again!

My car required an oil top up and a possible adding of coolant. Jesse and the team checked the whole engine and did not charge me for the small amount of top up that I needed. The service was mega fast, friendly and very professional. Will 100% be back

I went in for an oil change. Got done quick full price. Thought it was nice. 4 days afterwards saw on way out that the full oil had Leaked out. These guys hadnt screwed in the caps right. Had to rush to an auto shop. Had to push the last 100 feet. These guys will screw you over.

Nick and team did a great job on my Ram truck. They worked great together and got me out as quickly as they could given that the truck required additional services like a fuel filter change. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

She was very professional and ensured I had a comfortable experience. So cool to see a girl working at a place like this! Will definitely reconsider going to the dealership after this experience!

I was serviced by Ron, Elliot, and Shawn. They were extremely professional. I loved the service. It was really quick and with absolutely no issues.

The Manager Nick noticed I had a headlight out, and pointed it out as I pulled into my service bay. Funny thing, I had already purchased my replacement bulb, but hadnt gotten to installing it, which we laughed about. He then, without hesitation, offered to install my bulb at no charge. What a great surprise, and I am thankful for the 10minutes he saved me this weekend. Thanks Nick.

I was helped out by at least three individuals who were working with Nick on my vehicle doing a full oil flush and change with high quality, high mileage oil. They topped off my tire air pressure upon request, no troubles, and informed me of my rather aged air filter and low coolant levels, both of which I opted to pay for servicing on, as well as a relatively cheap fuel additive that I assume helps clean out some gunk in my engine as it runs. As my car is aging, I appreciate the suggestions such as these that likley increase my vehicles usable life. Fast and professional, the lot of them.

Excellent service and good conversation while waiting

Brought my car in last week for ac service. I wanted to make sure my compressor was working. A nice young guy came out with his female coworker, asked me to start the car. He checked out the compressor, said it was clicking on just fine, but their ac machine wasnt working. He suggested the Woodinville store.i was quoted a price of $139, plus he said there was a 20 coupon online. I said great. A few days later I called the same store, just to see if the machine was fixed. The women who was with the gentleman last week said it was, and that i could bring the car in. I brought it in, they hooked it up. The same guy wasnt there, but she was. It took forever, they started working on another car, we had to sit there for 20 minutes with an alarm going off on the ac machine. They had no clue what they we doing. Well, after it was done, still no ac. The guy said your compressor is not working. The girl who was there last week lied, right in front of my face and basically said i didnt know what i was talking about. I refused to pay for service. They finally let me leave. I will never go back there. I was there over an hour in a hot car. Not happy.

The workers who were on sight on 6/26 at 2:10 pm thought it was appropriate to catcall my girlfriend while working. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.

Great service! Went in for a light issue and they helped fix it right away! I had gone to a different jiffy lube before and they couldn’t fix it so i thought it was a long shot, but Nick was extremely helpful and resolved my issue right away. I will definitely be coming to this location from now on.

I always travel from Snohomish to this Redmond location to get my oil changed. The manager Nick always takes good care of my car is honest and all his employees are really thorough, fast and do a great job. This location is definitely worth going out of your way for, these guys are the only ones I trust with my car!

Very friendly and professional while getting the work done quickly. They do potentially offer and suggest services that may not be necessary or due for in the manual but thats likely required of them and with anywhere you should bring your maintenance manual to double check and confirm what needs to be done. Nick Williams who was the on shift Assistant General Manager at the time of my cars servicing and was friendly and seemed honest, during the service I noticed he also treated his coworkers with respect and professionalism. Ill likely be going here again for my next oil change.

I had this at 3 starts before but now I will leave it at 1 star. I don’t think they did what they were supposed to especially with my tires. They messed up my tires and don’t have the proper tools. Anything for tires, go to discount tire because tire rotations are free and they know how to do your tires.I think the oil change was fine. I was super annoyed because their cranking tool for my tire rotation just stopped working unfortunately. So they told me to go to a discount tire and double check about my tires... why do you guys only have 1 cranking tool? Also I told them my tire air pressure was low and they did a horrible job... discount tire had to fix it because 2 of my tires had way too much pressure and the other 2 were wayyyyy off. I definitely think they should have given me a discount for tire rotation since their cranking tool stopped working. Probably would go to a different place next time.

Super fast service on Friday around noon! Went in for an oil change and since there was an open bay, Stefan and the rest of the crew were able to check lights, tire pressure and the condition of several other components of my vehicle within minutes. Was there for 10min at the most and got new wipers installed and an oil change! :)

Very unprofessional. When it was time to pay, the greeter asked for my card and said verbatim itll be about 90. I gave him my card and assumed hed come back and tell me the actual amount but no, he returned a few seconds later and handed my card back with nothing else.. no receipt, no nothing. Then I asked if I get a receipt and he replied no, I emailed it to you. So I had to check my email while they were finishing up my oil change to find out how much it actually cost and I discovered they didnt even charge me correctly. When I asked about the amount the guy replied can I see your receipt so then I replied back and said I didnt get one. He then reached over and grabbed my receipt which was sitting on top of the printer that was no more than 10-feet away from my car. He then handed my receipt to the cashier that ran my card and he reluctantly came back to my car a few minutes later with my receipt and said here, i gave you a $15 refund. It was my first and only time going to Jiffylube and the whole experience was really unprofessional and disappointing and I wont be back. I value good customer service and this location does not have that.

Nick was great, he was able to get a tough oil plug to budge and get the oil changed on my van installing a new drain plug that I purchased. He also fixed up another drain hose with a clamp at no charge. So happy this auto shop is in the neighborhood

I was very impressed with the service at this Jiffy Lube. I was greeted by Chris within 30 seconds of pulling in. He was competent, courteous, and professional. Replaced my windshield wiper for less money than I was expecting. The whole transaction and installation only took a few minutes. Would definitely go there again.

Was running on a tight schedule when my oil light came on to change oil. Just happened to be passing the Jiffy Lube when I Saw a sign that someone was holding that said no line so I decided to make a quick stop.
