I hate complaining but I think this one should be okay. We bought a used Jeep Wrangler and decided to have fluids changed and check the air cleaner and tire air pressure. The guys there are cool but when we got home I noticed the two valve stem caps on the right side were missing so I checked all plugs underneath for leaks and to make sure they were there then I checked the air cleaner and sure enough the clips in the back of the housing were not hooked up leaving a eighth inch gap on the back of the housing causing air to bypass the filter in that area. They failed to seal the air cleaner properly. So to the guys who failed to pull those clips in, my girlfriend reached down in there with her hands and did that for you...

I was really satisfied with the service here. Staff pointed out a few warnings with my car and changed the oil promptly. Cant beat having a free copy of The Bulletin while you wait either!

They did an amazing job of not trying to push their services so much that it was a nuisance but instead showed my what I had (In my case filters) versus what a new one and a slightly used one looked like, that level of professionalism earns my repeat business

The wait took over an hour and there was only one car in front of me. While I was waiting, 5 cars went through the other station. On top of all that, a simple oil change cost me $90. Ill be going back to changing my own oil for now on. I would give one star, but they inspired me to stop being lazy and do it myself, and for that they get an extra star.

I think I am going to stop going to Oil Cans. They are no longer owned by the Oil Can Brand and owned by Valvoline. They dont have the same oil, or offer the same services. There is a jiffy lube down the road that will still offer the all these services.

I came in today to get my oil changed and Jason, Bill and Stephen went to great lengths to give me only the services I needed . Not one person tried to up sell me anything that was unnecessary . I really appreciate these guys and wish more people had the customer service skills that these gentlemen do . This is no longer Oil Can Henrys! Now that Valvolines parent company bought them they need to just change the name to Valvoline. They stripped out everything that made Oil Can Henrys special. No more newspaper, no more newsboy uniform, much less friendly staff (they werent rude, just okay), and just a lame experience. They dont even automatically check your lights, tires, and wiper blades (I do the lights and blades myself anyway but still was nice to have them check), they have to ask you if you want them to check. Why not just do it?? Also, they have a new safety policy that you have to hand them your keys to put in a box, makes you feel lame and like they think youre incompetent. No difference in going here vs somewhere like Jiffy Lube.

We had the most unpleasant and frustrating experience at this place. I asked the attendant how long the wait would be before receiving an oil change on my 2016 F350 and he replied with 15 or 20 min. We were on vacation and didnt want to waste half of our day on a simple oil change. After waiting for nearly an hour it was our turn and it quickly became very apparent that they were not equipped with the slightest bit of knowledge on how to correctly do a simple oil change on a diesel pick up. We began feeling nervous about even allowing them to proceed. Then we sat for another 10 min while they continued to visit and laugh with one another instead of working. After having quite literally enough of their BS, I proceeded to get out of my truck, check the oil myself and tell them thank you, but no thank you and continued to shut my hood. I will never go back to this place nor would I take even a poop cart for them to service. Incapable, rude, lazy idiots are employed here.

I have used you guys for 10 plus years. For all my vehicles. And now you have valvoline making new policies. No more diesel fuel filter changes. You have just lost my business.
