It was super easy to set up an appointment with them, very knowledgeable, and helpful. When I went in to get my tires changed, I was greeted quickly, and assisted, and they got my tires switched and I got my car back all within an hour and a half. 10/10 would recommend!

My dad had just passed away and my mom needed new tires before making the long drive home. Not only did they mount the new tires, they also checked her brakes, fluids, belts and hoses to ensure that my elderly mom could make it safely home. There are no words to say how much their kindness and excellent service was appreciated at a very difficult time for our family.

Got brakes and rotors replaced on my 2003 Sequoia -they were prompt and professional. Reasonably priced from other places I called!Problem: the rear rotors where frozen and completely stuck. They didn’t have the tools to undo them. BJ called around for an Auto shop who’s able to handle this. He went above and beyond to make certain I can have these done and who to see!Great place!Thank you!!

We we bought a new car in January so needed snow tires. I called, have the tire size and made an appointment. I had new studded tires in no time. Very fast, prompt, and courteous. The next day all heck broke loose. I had driven to Bend, done some shopping, then got in the car to return to Redmond. When I turned the key, dash warning lights and a whistle-like warning greeted me. The car told me I was losing tire pressure!! I thought of calling AAA or Gill’s. I got out and looked at all four tires. They looked unchanged from the previous day so I hazarded a cautious trip back to Gill’s. As I stood in the parking lot of Gill’s, again looking at all four tires, out came the same fellow as the day before. He checked all tires, reported that they were fine, and urged me to change the pressure parameter in the car’s computer. Voila. Great tires; great service (twice); good advice.

I dropped off a tire for a flat repair just before they closed, and the customer service was exceptional. Not only did they get it done quickly, they said no charge because the register was already closed out. I gave the rep a tip and don’t expect service for free, but I will surely be going back for future tire service! Very impressed.

Saved our bacon!! We hired a hauler to haul our recently purchased fifth wheel for us. He ran into some trouble on the road and we needed to replace 2 of the tires late in the day. Was able to make an appointment for a Sat. (23rd) which is tough as they are very busy prior to the snow time alert. Arrived about 15 minutes early and they took me in right away. A simple tire rotation was all that was needed but I appreciated that they honored my time. The phone was ringing constantly but the counter person was very good at asking me key questions about possible tire needs. Great job.

I had come in with the sidewall of a tire blown out. The computer was down, but they found a tire to put on my car. I have Toyo tires on my Subaru (just bought them 5 mos ago). You put Nokian tire as the replacement. According to Subaru, it is recommended that all tires are the same. You told me that nobody knew what they were talking about, that you can mix treds. Subaru dealer says NO. Next trip I take to Salem, I will get the right tire put on, even though i will now have to pay for another new tire, even though i just purchased one that shouldnt have been put onto my car. Not happy. I am one of the many who have been evacuated due to fires and really cant afford to have to buy something twice to make it right. This is a hard time for a lot of people. Dont take advantage

I am at Les Schawb replacing a blowout on a tire I bought from point s. Point s wanted 3.5 hours to fix. To busy I suppose. Good for them! They told me they do not take appointments.As of today I’ve told this story 150 times.Again I was told first come first serve and that the following morning would have no promise of a wait time.

Went above and beyond to get me back on the road ASAP. They even put my spare tire back under the truck, which is a total pain-in-the-A! Outstanding customer service.

I had an oil change scheduled. They found a nail in one of the tires I purchased from them six months ago. They are replacing the tire at NO charge. Great great service.

I am a long time customer of the mechanical services. I have appreciated their time in promptly and often immediately responding to car emergencies. Even if busy, they have taken time to pull away, look at car, and provide an immediate assessment. Appreciate their knowledgeable experience.

I switched to Point S years ago and have never looked back. Tires, prices, and service have been fantastic.

Took my vehicle in for a rubbing noise and an alignment. They didn’t align my vehicle the first time because my “control arm was damaged, as was my passenger side hub assembly.” I replaced the hub assembly and it kept pulling to the side and rubbing. They offered to do the alignment again. This is when I was told that a tire tech did my suspension inspection and that’s why he miss diagnosed my problem. Point S DID NOT fix my alignment. My vehicle still pulled to the side and told me that my transfer case was making the noise. Long story short I had my vehicle towed to the dealership where they found the DRIVER SIDE hub bearing was bad. It was never the passenger side and discovered my alignment was way out from where it was supposed to be.

William did an excellent job, very knowledgeable on tires. They had what we needed in stock, and were able to get the tires on the same day. The waiting room had free bottled water and they were playing positive and encouraging movies. Was a very nice change from what I am used to at other tire shops. I will definitely be getting my next set of tires here as well. I highly recommend this place.

I would give a five star rating, but the inconvenience of dealing with the Goodyear credit people tainted the experience. They need to clean that up, the six months same as cash is awesome when you have to put $1,000 worth of tires on your rig. The service in the office and speed of the installation, over estimated the time, was so much better than that other tire place in town. I will not hesitate to continue to give Gills Point S my business until they give me a reason not to.

Gills Point S in Redmond is where I take my company vehicles for service. They do a great job there. They say what they do, they do what they say they do, and they prove it to me everything. They saved me one time I took the truck in and the found a broken caliper mount. If I would have driven any further is could have caused a serious accident. Thank you to the team at Point S Redmond.

Do to my work as an on call Service Tech, I needed service quickly and at a good price. It was late in the afternoon yet got in and out quickly, something that a major tire store in our area can rarely do. Highly recommend them to everyone!

They quoted me a price of $125.00 to install the tires on my BMW i3, then after they had all the wheels off, informed me that it would be $200.00, because the wheels were 19 inch and not 18inch, Ive changed tires my whole life, theres no difference. I dont appreciate being lied too, and scammed, I wont be back.. The manager remained firm in his statement, that these were much harder to change than a wheel 1 inch smaller, amazingly, it didnt take them any longer to do than the car before mine with smaller tires

Very disappointed with my service here. I was quoted over $800 to get my car aligned so I went and purchased my own parts thinking it was going to be cheaper then they doubled the labor prices on me. So I took it to another mechanic and the things they quoted me for weren’t even wrong with my car. Wish I could give negative stars

My experience was great! I called and they were able to get me in that week for a brake service. They were very pleasant to work with and very friendly. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I have an extended warranty which pays a portion of some of the services required on a car - but they told me they don’t take extended warranties so I have to send in a receipt to the warranty company and wait a month to receive a refund for the portion the warranty company pays which is a little annoying/inconvenient as it’s more money up front out of my pocket but... the service is great. If they would take extended warranties I’d give them 5 stars hands down!

I have fairly new tires on my pick up. I did however happen to pick up a screw. I took it in to have my tire patched like I’ve done at various other locations in the past. Once the tire was off the truck I was told I needed to buy a new tire. Having had flat tires in the past and the location of the screw which was no where near the the shoulder I asked that they put the tire back on the truck. I simply went to another store for a second opinion where they said we can fix it no problem. I was in and out in 15 min and they also topped off my windshield wiper fluid.

I have used Gils Point S Tire &Auto multiple times for both tires and oil changes. The staff are always friendly and give me an accurate wait time to expect completion of the service. I prefer to patronize local businesses and Gils Point S doesn’t disappoint.

Overall timeliness of overall service was good. Pricing seemed comparable to all the other places around. I bit better honesty and quality than other tire service organizations in town. One complaint is that I had two pretty good “summer” tires that I told them I wanted to keep that were not in my trunk when I got home. I called the next day and they told me I could come down and go through their tire pile and see if I could find them. I was on my way to pick up horse feed and did not have the time or room to look for my good tires and haul them off. I was hoping they could locate them and set them aside so I could pick them up as time allowed.

Bought two new batteries for my truck they noticed I needed to rotate my tires they took care of it and I have a dually, in a short time, they also honor vets, will continue giving them my business

Bryce was awesome. My car needed complete brake replacement and axle replaced. Dropped off Thursday morning and had the car finished by 5:30 . Quote given was incorrect by 300.00 die to a math error. They were honest about it and adjusted my invoice down to the correct price.

They were friendly and fast, I made a mistake and they fixed it for very little cost. A bit of oil was spilt on my brand new engine and not cleaned up tho, which was a little annoying but not a big deal. Over all a good experience.

Had a leak in a tire almost didnt find it once found repairs went smoothly employees were very courteous and was fixed in the time they said it would be ready.I like no hassels and Gills point did was hassel free.

I needed a simple vehicle inspection to renew my Taxi Insurance for my business. I had 1 week to get it done. They told me to come down in 3 days. An hour before my appoinment they said the mechanic went home sick and to come in 4 days later. Then an hour before that appoinment they called and said the mechanic wont be coming in today they need to reschedule. I said today was the last day I had to get my business insurance renewed. He said yeah sorry What kind of a place is this??! Now I have to scramble at the last minute to find a place that will take me in last minute

I was treated to bad customer service. I’ll never go back. I wasn’t informed about the fact that my brakes needed to be replaced. But the worst was being put off and ignored when I had questions. Store was dirty and disorganized. Horrible experience.

I took my car in for a front end alignment and was told I needed approx. $680 in repairs first. Myself being a back yard mechanic wanted to check it out first and then I took it to another shop and didnt say anything about the so called repairs needed. That shop said I did not need any repairs and in fact the car was in perfect alignment. Always get a second opinion when dealing with business. I will not be going back and not recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new set of tires in March, have tried 4 separate times to get them rotated and balanced. i have had to rotate them myself in my driveway because they are always to busy to get to them when I call or stop and offer to leave the vehicle. the parking area and shop areas are empty. They were sure glade to take my money for new tires and had no problem getting right on getting them installed, but have no service after the fact. DO NOT SHOP HERE, go to Walmart and get tires at least you know they can get you taken care of after the sale.

I realize it’s an oxymoron to say “honest car mechanic” but that IS what you get from these guys. I always get more service for less money than expected. They never try to “upsell” me. I would be comfortable sending my grandmother or my 20something daughter there.

Called Point S to drop off the car for a tire rotation. We bought tires from them a little while back because we wanted a change from Les Schwabs expensive tires. Saved $$$. We planned on dropping the car off overnight but when we got there at 4:30 they pulled the car right in and did the rotation. No cost. They encouraged an oil change and when all was said and done, 45 minutes later, we were driving the car home. Great service with great attitudes, especially right before closing!

I took my flat repair in at 8:30 am. Went to pick it up at 1pm and it still wasnt ready. The counter person acted like it was my fault they were busy. Ive bought tires from this company for years and have watched them progressively go downhill. If they dont want to service the customers and take care of repairs they should say so up front. Having worked in the tire business I know you can always make time for a flat repair, especially when its already off the vehicle. Ill not go to point s in redmond again..

I was quoted $470 to do some work on my pickup.. Dropped it off and later that evening went in to pick it up and job wasnt complete and I was told by Brian that X didnt need to be fixed but O did need to be fixed and the charge would be about the same! I said go ahead and fix O... Went to get it the next afternoon and he charged me $1392.00! Huge difference and wouldnt negotiate!! Not only did he argue with me that I didnt have an appointment that day (which ended up being the call centers mistake) I had to reschedule, bring in following day and no call with the X&O problems just waited for me to come in and get my pickup that shouldve been completed to let me know what needed to be done !!. So had to leave the pickup for another day!! It was a AWFUL and EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE!

We had an appointment for saturday morning. 2 vehicles and 8 new tires. We left the suv at 8:30, returned at 9:45 and waited another 1/2 hour for it to be done. Was told the truck would go in next. They would not let us pay for both, so we paid for the suv and waited for the truck to go in. An hour later the truck still had not gone in while 2 other vehicles went in before us. We left and they lost a 1,000 + sale after we had already paid 600+ for the suv.

Got brand new studded tires put on my car for $500...woke up to them completely flat.

I called in less than a month ago to get a quote on how much getting a alignment on my tires would be and I was told around $75. Today I walked in being told they were too busy, this was morning time, they scheduled me an appointment(I was told on the phone it was first come first serve) and that they were now going to charge me $130 about over all. It was disrespectful how they talked down on me and how disrespectful it was that they tried to convince me to come alone and without my father. I was completely respectful even though I was being treated like I was dumb. I was obviously shaken about how much the price changed and wanted to walk out, I can find somewhere cheaper easily.

The worst service! Today I went in (8/14/18), they quoted me $200 and 1 hour to mount and balance 4 tires. I agreed because I was in a hurry.It took 3 hours!! And they charged me $319!!!And they scratched my brand new wheels! I paid. Just ridiculous, I will NEVER go there again and Ill tell all my friends the same.

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment was told they were running a few minutes behind, almost 2 hours later, they started on my car, but turned out the technician was unable to complete the alignment on my car, as it was a 40 year old car,but they didn’t charge me, I will return for other services

Stood waiting for over 20 minutes for the front desk guy to finish his personal phone call.Finally somebody from the shop came in and couldnt find the front desk guy, shop guy at least apologized and tried to help me. 2 week old tires were already noticeably out of balance.Then given a really bad story about how my wheels are now suddenly were bent and it wasnt their fault. Front desk guy very put off with helping me when he finally did show up.My wife just today called about something else and guy on the phone was horribly rude.NEVER going back. Ill take the lines at Les Schwab or Discount tire.

They installed new tires on my Chevy SUV fast and quick. I have always had a aluminum rim that wants to leak on the bead due to road de-icer eating them. They got it stopped. They did offered a option to have the rims powder coated any color for a fraction of the cost of new rims. I like they didnt press for $1000 of new ones.
