Experienced technician Mike saved us unnecessary expenses, and final bill was actually less than originally quoted. He is extremely comprehensive and professional. Hamilton Heating & Cooling response is always quick and thorough. Staff are highly trained and have quick problem solving responses. We changed from oil to gas about 7 years ago. The coordination of services was amazing as there was asbestos that needed to be removed and an oil tank. The boiler is an incredible machine. It heats promptly and is better for the environment. Over the years we continue to rely on them for expert maintenance of the boiler. They are on standby all year to assist their customers.

Hamilton Heating & Cooling has been Serving us for 3 years now. They are on time and ALWAYS good a good job! We have had an AC installed and the ducts cleaned and sealed. They even repaired some existing duct problems that no none caught before. They explained what they were doing as they went. We are very satisfied with their work. Always a good experience!

James made a late night call to service my AC that started blowing hot air earlier that evening. He was so nice and helpful. Even after a very long day that wasn’t close to being over yet, he was still so nice and pleasant. Fortunately, the repair was minor and James was able to fix me right up. My technician was here to service my HVAC unit for its Fall tuneup. He was exceptional and did a few small extras which werent part of the service. There wasnt a lot to do with the tuneup and he wanted to provide a few extras to make it worthwhile for me. He went above and beyond what he had to do. I hope I have him for my next tuneup or will request him.

I called Hamilton Heating & Cooling to come out to my house for a service call because my unit outside wasnt working. when scheduling the appointment the lady over the phone was kind and efficient, scheduled me for the same day and a technician was out to my house 2 hours later. The repair cost was affordable and the technician was knowledgeable. I will be using them again in the future.
