Ive been going to Teresa L. for many months now for massage, and I have got to say that she is the best masage therapist I have ever had! Its not only relaxing and stress-reducing, she also has been able to loosen up my pectoral muscles that affect my posture, strenght and flexibity. I have more energy and ability to work out. Ive never been one to get monthly massages, yet Teresa just keeps me returning every month!

What an epiphany! I have traveled extensively throughout the US and globally and enjoy getting facials. I have had the gamut of experiences between excellence (Including a spa at Ashford Castle in Ireland) and sheer disappointment (we’ve all been there!). I will enthusiastically share that Kimberly gave me the most outstanding, professional, and glowing facial experience I’ve ever had. Starting with her positive happy energy and foot bath while she made a personalized plan for my needs. The table was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. The ambiance was soothing and she went about her business like a ninja - skillfully and quietly. The facial was two hours and Kimberly would not accept a well deserved tip. She said she loves what she does and charges according to what she hopes is a fabulous experience for the client. Believe me. It was that and MORE. Thank you Kimberly. I’ll be back. Often. :)

Kimberly took time to understand why I came in, what my facial concerns were and seemed to tailor the service to me! It was so soothing and relaxing that I almost feel asleep. I booked a massage with Liberty. WOW....I was in pain in several areas in my shoulders and back. She took the time to find the bound muscles and pinched nerves and gave me relief. It wasnt just a rub the skin massage. It was deep and helped me find relief.

The massage it was so relaxing, were kind a late a few minutes to arrive for our schedule time for few minutes and aswering some question and filling up the papers doesnt realized that for my 45 minutes for massage I ended up 30 minutes for it because the filling up papers and some question is part of 45 min. of my time. But still I had a good time still recomemded to other people.

Teresa exceeded my expectations from the very first massage she gave me! I’ve had 4 now and will continue one each month from now on.She started with a hand hammered round coper tub for a quick foot soak and rub.Then, the massage actually started! She had hot rocks for my lower back, a heated lavender rice pack for my upper back, and ended with a wonderful warm towel underneath my neck for a nice little stretch! It was incredibly relaxing and healing. I would recommend Teresa Lienau @ the Nook any time. I am hooked!
