A FEW HIGHLIGHTS:- TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND READY TO WORK.- WE WENT THROUGH THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND NEGOTIATION FOR THE FIRST 15 - 20 MINUTES.. WHEN WE AGREED UPON THE SERVICES AND PRICE, HE STARTED WORK.- HE DIDNT STOP UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETE (~2 HOURS).. HE PUT REAL EFFORT INTO MAKING SURE THE CARPETS WERE CLEANED THOROUGHLY.- HE WAS PLEASANT AND PERSONABLE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE VISIT.WE WOULD USE AVENIDA CARPETS CARE AGAIN.
