Just contacted them & was informed that they currently don’t do regrouting 🤷🏻‍♂️❓‼️❓

I just completed a major remodel, including 2000 SF of plank tile. Groutzilla color sealed the entire floor, and it looks fantastic! They also grouted and color sealed two showers (walls, floors, and shampoo boxes) which also look fabulous! Professional, thorough, and clean! A great value for the price! Highly recommended!

For context, I don’t remember ever having posted a negative review. In this case, I can’t in good conscience stay silent about Groutzilla, when I might be able to help protect others.For the estimate, He showed up on time for the estimate. We asked for a quote to refresh the grout in our two bathroom surrounds, one tub and one shower There were a few tiny holes in the grout that needed to be patched, and we had numerous stained areas, as well as a different color grout which had been used around a soap dish attached to the wall. I asked that the grout be the same color throughout, and he gave us a very reasonable quote.On the scheduled work day, his crew (the twins) offered to remove the soap dish with the mismatched grout, and to replace any tiles that would then need to be put in that spot using matching grout. The twins said they would do that today for no charge, since we had extra tile, and because they were re-doing the mismatched grout around the soap dish anyway.We agreed, and a few minutes later the soap dish was removed from the wall leaving an empty spot needing tile. We provided the replacement tiles.They worked for awhile, then told us the work was done. When I pointed that out that there appeared to be NO CHANGE AT ALL in the stains and discolored areas, we were told that our quote did not include that, and that any other work would cost more.As for the hole in the tile created by the soap dish they had removed, they now said that they had run out of time and would not be able to do it today, but that they would return on Saturday to repair the hole by installing the tiles, again staying that there would be no additional charge.One of them handed me a bucket of the material he was using, and told me it was a mixture of grout and glue. He hurriedly said that if I worked quickly and remembered to clean off any excess from the tile before the grout hardened, I would be able to finish more of the tub surround (which is what I thought had paid THEM to do!). Then they left.As they walked out the door, they said they would not be able to return on Saturday, and we should call to make an appointment to repair the hole they had created when they removed the soap dish.When we called to set it up, we were told it was not free, and that it would cost more than $50.We were out $250, had a hole in our tiled shower stall, making it unusable, and still had stains all over the grout in both bathrooms.We were stupid. The price had been too good to be true. We should have known better.Don’t hire these people unless you want to donate money to them, because whatever they promise, you won’t get it.

I have a summer townhouse in Dana Point. Excellent service! I had two 25 year old tile showers that were looking bad. Tile flooring in main part of house were badly stained. Re-grout of door frames and showers and all tile floors. Now, its like I have two new bathrooms for a fractionf the cost, and my homes flooring look almost new again after they scrubbed the tile and color-sealed the grout. Great company for making your old tile and grout look new. On time. Courteous. Great value.

We had Groutzilla regrout our 25 years old shower that is now back in style and they did and amazing job, Also replace a broken tile downstairs bath and again fantastic. So professional, clean and excellent work
